Stopped by Tacos Flores in Humble and it did not disappoint. The tacos were packed with flavor and the grilled onions on top made them even better. The breakfast burrito was huge and loaded with eggs, potato’s, beans, bacon and cheese. Chips and queso were also a great starter. Also tried the street tacos with fajita that were the perfect amount and size. The restaurant itself is clean with a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit down and enjoy a good meal. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving tacos in the Humble area.
First time visitors. We had a great experience. Food had great flavor and was hot when brought to us. (NOTE! This is not a full waiting service restaurant). As you walk in first order your food at the registers then seat your self.
Best barbacoa tacos around. They pack the tacos and you don’t get any of the nasty fat , just good meat. Green salsa is also great.
This has been my favorite place since I was a child. Their green sauce is the best. In all of my travels these tacos are better than anywhere I've ever been and I've tried all the breakfast taco places.
Great establishment to stop by and grab some of the most authentic Mexican tacos/food Some bottles non alcoholic drinks/juices, and fresh brew coffee. Indoor sitting as well as outdoor covered. Food was delicious with a reasonable price for great portions Friendly staff and clean bathroom (no paper towels in man’s bathroom but still very clean) Will definitely come back.
Lucy the chaser was kinda ditzy. But the actual food was really good. Although I wasn’t able to order what I came for…..they have specific specials every day. And you can’t order anything not labeled for that day…. A friend told me to try this place because I couldn’t find good flautas anywhere.

Wanted Street tacos so decided here for lunch. It's fast casual, you order at the counter and the staff bring your food. They start you off with chips and salsa (which is warm, mild and refreshing). …

I'm not a review person whatsoever but this place it's Amazing!! Best quesabirrias ever! The place it's also really clean. Servers are the kindest and amazing prices too. Don't even think about it!

A photo of street Tacos brought me here! Today was my first experience with Tacos Flores and I have to say, they're pretty good. We purchased a few different items to get an overall idea of taste and quality of food served at this establishment. Let me tell you it was enough food to take home for the other 3 taste testers in our family as well. The menu was easy to navigate and not pricey at all! Entire order total was $34.00 including tip. The sampler platter star (according to the overall consensus) were the 4 sopes. A close second were the quesadillas. The street tacos were delicious on their own however adding Tacos Flores homemade salsa put these over the top! The Carne Guisada and potatoes on corn tortillas tasted authentic on their own and even more delicious after a drizzle of salsa. The chips and guacamole was a bit bland but nothing a little lime and salt couldn't fix. Water $1 & a bottle of Cola $2. Small display of Mexican sweet breads at the counter was darling. We'll be going back soon.

I've had this place quite a few times because it's close to my work. Let me start off by saying, the food can vary based off of who is making it at the time. I've tried their pastor tacos. They are decent, although not super flavorful. The meat is also a bit dry. I've had their shrimp tacos and they were horrible. There were a few tiny pieces of shrimp, but mostly mouthfuls of cabbage and very bland. I will never order those again. I recently tried their chicken fajita tacos, which tasted absolutely disgusting. There were no fajitas in the tacos at all. There was lettuce and tomato only and the chicken was horrible. It was overcooked and flavorless, sord of reminded me of canned chicken. The tortillas were literally falling apart. I took a few bites and was done. I couldn't even force myself to eat them and I'm not a picky eater at all. The thing I enjoy here the most are the street tacos. Those are flavorful and the meat in them is cooked well. I've noticed that some days, the onion will be chopped nice and thin and others you will get giant chunks. Overall I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for well cooked flavorful tacos. I will only eat here if my work gets lunch here, other than that, I am not a fan.
Great local taco place that puts out great tacos, plates and more. Seems here lately that they are messing up on many orders and they need to work on timing along with communication. Waiting 30+ …
Parking was a bit of a mess but eh! Place looked clean. Workers were nice. I ordered menudo and about 4-6 tacos? Think it was about $30+.\n Wish they'd ask people to either sit or wait elsewhere vs…
My Experience at Taco Florist I wanted to share an honest and constructive review of my recent visit, as this was a place that had been recommended to me several times as a great local breakfast spot. I finally made time to stop by and arrived during what appeared to be a normal breakfast period. From the outside, the restaurant had good traffic and gave the impression of a popular, well-liked establishment. Upon entering, I noticed approximately three to four tables set, with a couple of guests finishing up their meals. There were two team members actively clearing tables, and DoorDash activity seemed to be a priority at the moment. Where the experience became challenging was at the point of entry. There was no clear signage indicating whether guests should wait to be seated, seat themselves, or place their order at a counter. I stood near the entrance, scanning for direction and trying to make eye contact with staff to ensure I followed the correct process. Unfortunately, during the entire 15 minutes I stood there, I was not greeted or acknowledged—not even a simple “we’ll be right with you” or “welcome in.” I eventually noticed a line marked “Pick Up Orders Here” and another area labeled “Order Here,” but no one was stationed there, and there was no guidance provided for first-time guests. Meanwhile, multiple DoorDash drivers entered and received attention promptly. At that point, I realized that the experience felt geared more toward regulars or delivery orders, rather than welcoming new customers. I ultimately decided to leave without ordering and found breakfast elsewhere. This review isn’t written with negativity or ill intent—rather, it’s shared as feedback. The food may very well be excellent, and the restaurant may thrive with its current customer base. However, for someone visiting for the first time, the lack of greeting, direction, and basic acknowledgment fell short of what I would expect, especially in Texas, where hospitality is often a point of pride. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as small changes—clear signage and a simple greeting—can make a big difference for new guests walking through the door.
Now I know why I waited so long to try this place. I'm guessing they have a good breakfast because my experience with dinner was not good. I ordered beef enchiladas. They came out quick, making me think it was like the food you get cooked on the ferris wheel at a gas station. I was right. The enchiladas were overcooked, small and rubbery. I had to use a steak knife to cut them. Everything was bland. When you first come in you have to order at the counter. The video menu boards are locked on breakfast. So I asked if they had a menu. She grunted and pointed to a wood column by the front door. They did have menus and they looked like they are the originals from 2003, the same year they opened. I asked for iced tea. We don't have tea. Well ok. I give up. Give me water. All around a bad experience. On the way out a group came in. I almost told them to walk away. Before I pulled out they came to their own senses and left after looking at the raggedy menu. If you love it. Good on you. This was my experience and I hate to write bad reviews about any business. But this had to he said.
We came in here to eat breakfast as we have many times before. They took over 40 minutes to bring us a simple order of one menudo and 5 tacos. The kids working here don't know what they are doing. …
Service takes too long. Pre order and order is not ready upon arrival. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes more when pre-order.
wait times are horrible. I called an order in for one breakfast burrito and an order of pancakes. They quoted me 40 minutes. I came an hour and 15 minutes later. It still wasn't ready. I ended up …
They took forever and are not very friendly. I don’t know if it is because we are ?white? maybe, maybe not I don’t know just saying , or maybe because we ?don’t tip on to go orders? maybe or maybe no…
Ordered online and got a whole tomato in my salsa clearly they don't prep correctly how does this even happen
This is NOT authentic Mexican food, as it advertises on their building. Ordered and the food looks nice and was hot (as in just prepared) but it obviously was not cooked all the way through. The meat was very tough and rubbery, and the cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t melted at all. The sauce they provide is good, but overall it was very disappointing.
Ordered 6 tacos received 5, order was not correct, waited a long time, when the order came out after asking about it, it was subpar, dry Barbacoa & other food had no flavor. Flower tortillas had powder on them. Worst experience ever at a taco shop, the only reason we visited was because Tita’s was closed.
Two weeks ago, I was very excited about this place but had a terrible experience. I arrived to the place and it was clean and when the staff took my order they were very nice with me. But then after 25 mins waiting for my takeout order, I saw people that arrived after me get their orders first. So I went to ask for my order, as it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 6 tacos. They didn’t take it right cause I saw an immediate change in attitude from when they first took my order. They gave me my order right after with a rude and fast movement and a false “have a nice day. ” But that wasn’t all, when I was eating my pastor tacos, the meat tasted old and there was a metal string on the meat. When I spit it out of my mouth I realized it was one of the bread ties that are covered in plastic, and the plastic melted uncovering the metal string in it. I will never come back, and will not recommend anyone this place, there’s much better places to eat tacos in the area
