Loved this place! Felt I found the most fun bar in Huntington Beach! Chris was such an awesome bartender, funny, attentive, and quick! BUT THEN Will showed up and the experience got even better! He is an entertainer! Great time! Our drinks were delicious and our food was perfect. Just got some appetizers, wings and a giant pretzel! Definitely will be coming back here when in town and absolutely recommending this place!

I got a Ed Hardey Burger.. wanted the patty medium cook but I didn't get that.. I kinda understand because is only 6onz but still you should have the eye to get it done.. I also got Potato taquitos I like them but they are flautas not taquito

Just one block from the Huntington Beach Pier, there’s a hidden gem of a bar + restaurant upstairs called 2nd Floor Gallery Bar & Grill. The place has an artsy vibe and, even better, weekday Happy Hour specials that would make your wallet and belly happy. Here’s the lowdown on their weekday deals (as of March 2025 when I visited and plz double-check their website before you go): • Mon: $20 All-You-Can-Eat AYCE Prime Ribs • Tue: $15 All-You-Can-Eat Taco • Wed: BOGO Burgers • Thu: $15 All-You-Can-Eat Pasta • Fri: $20 All-You-Can-Eat Fish & Chips My husband and I were wandering Huntington Beach on a Monday afternoon and happened to stumble across this $20 Ayce Prime Ribs deal and decided to give it a try. You can take the stairs on the right or the elevator on the left to get to the second floor. We got there at 4:05pm (they start the specials at 4pm), and there was already a line. The place filled up fast, but since we didn’t mind sitting at the bar, the server brought us right over. Server came by to take drink orders first and asked if we were here for the Monday rib special. My husband was all in, but I don’t eat beef so I tried to order the pizza. However, the staff responded “Sorry, we’re swamped with ribs today, you gotta pick something else.” Fair. So I ended up going with the Fish & Chips plate. So how were the $20 unlimited ribs? Honestly, we went in with low expectations, but my husband said the quality was pretty fair for the price and note If you’re after premium steakhouse-level meat, this isn’t it. Props to the servers too, they were super generous. As soon as my husband was almost done with Round 1, they offered him more. He went three rounds total, and the portions were huge. Best part? You can take the leftovers to-go. Big win. My Fish & Chips plate was $24 which is more expensive than the AYCE ribs. (Note: Friday they offer the same fish & chips deal for $20 unlimited.) Taste-wise, it was average. Honestly, I preferred the ones I had at Alaskan Fish & Chips (cheaper and better flavor). Also I got a non-alcoholic Bloody Mary for $9. Not bad for beachside pricing. No time limit on the AYCE, and they’ve got balcony seating plus occasional live music in the evenings. Chill vibe, solid service (Jamie was super attentive) . Atmosphere was cool and hostess was prompt and friendly. Food was overpriced for what it was. Salads had very little meat, happy hour specials were not great, and fish and chips was mediocre. We would wait 25 minutes for our server to be seen after ordering just a few drinks. Much better places to get food and a drink.

Terrible Tasting Taco Tuesday, slow service even though place was virtually empty, avoid 830p karaoke hour-bad singers, thank goo for patio seating, bad vibe with Walmart type of clientele, decent $5 beer. Many better places nearby, including street vendors on Tuesday nights.

Monday we arrived at 5:40 PM for ayce prime rib $20. The place was packed with people dining on prime rib. The cute hostess was very busy and quick, told us 1 hour wait, 19 parties ahead of us, 3 with 9 people, about 20 people waiting in and outside. The place is a hip bar, lively with some music and arts on walls. 6 tables were outside on balcony. The bar had seats, people were eating there. The meat looked good and pink. I bought an IPA for $9 while waiting. Beers start at $5, various mixed drinks $13. After 32 minutes we got text they were ready, got seated and ordered. 5 young girls worked the tables, very busy, quick and pleasant. Food came out pretty quick. The plate had a slab of pink prime rib and a glob of mash potato, no au jus. She forgot to bring condiments, had to be reminded. The meat was cooked to medium rare, had big globs of fat with lots of grizzles, way too tough to cut through and chew, including the top cap, pretty dry and tasteless without jus. I left about 1/3 of the plate, grizzles and fat, and did not want to order another serving. This prime rib is nowhere as tasty and tender like $20 prime rib in Las Vegas. This bar is a fun place to meet friends, drink, watch sports. Wait staff works hard, professional and courteous. Will come back to try their fish and chip special on a Friday.

DONT BE DECEIVED, Monday all you can eat prime rib is a scam. The first serving is a nice cut, whereas the following servings are of really low and poor quality. They gave us the excuse of “supplies are running low” when it was only 7pm. I have attached photos of the gross end cut they gave us after the first serving.

Dirty restroom with liquid all over the floor you have to step around. Establishment was almost empty and the regulars at the bar looked like they live in the back alley behind the building. Walmart clientele. Apathetic manager who looks like she care more about her appearance than the place. Low quality vibes.

I was there on 12-13-2025 with a group of friends. Ashleigh was the bartender who served me. Shes the one with the dumb Mohawk. I tipped her $8 and when I checked my account a tip of $18 was added. I called multiple times and have not been able to get a hold of anyone or a manager to take care of the problem. If you end up here make sure you check your receipts. I've heard this isn't the first time they have done this kind of thing.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were seated quickly, and our server was great—cheerful, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. We ordered calamari, steak kebab, and fish and chips. The calamari arrived fast and looked good, but it was extremely chewy and tasted old, like it had been frozen too long. The steak kebab was just okay—the meat didn’t look fresh. The fish and chips were the biggest letdown: mostly batter with very little fish inside, and the fries were soggy. Overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent, but the food needs serious improvement. A better chef or closer attention to ingredient quality and freshness would make a big difference.
