Freddy's is the total package. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. They even have a yummy veggie burger. We also tried the onion rings with their delicious signature Fry Sauce. The decor is so neat with the feeling of an old school diner but oh so clean. Seeing the photos and reading the history of Freddy Simom, who is the name sake of the restaurant, is so fun and informative.

I have been to many Freddy's locations because it is my favorite restaurant for a burger. I must say this location is by far my favorite because the general manager makes certain you feel welcome. Every worker has a smile on their face and their food is fresh. I will stop in every time I come to town. Thank yall so much for an amazing experience!!!!

I have realized that many people in town don't like Freddy's!? Have y'all had the tater tots?? The lettuce wrap burger with bacon? The chili cheese fries !!? They're delicious!!!

Not very clean at all- including the restrooms. They were out of tea, ice, their seasoning fry seasoning packets, their sodas were flat- Dr. Pepper and Mt.. Dew. We kept having to ask for everything and then waited each time for a bit before another person would help us. We've been to other locations, and loved the food and everything has always been great. We were looking forward to the food, because we do not have a Freddy's close to us. But ended up very disappointed.

Ordered 8 burger patties. The lady at the counter did not know how many ounces each one was? I guessed and ordered 8. They were very thin. And did not have a lot of meaty flavor. They did not have any knives out just forks so they were a little hard to eat. Overall I would have to give them a 6 out of 10 as burger patties alone go. I think they would have been better with cheese? Total was $16.00 before tax with a drink. For a carnivore meat feat I would go to another burger place .

Food is really good, but workers are clearly not interested in being there. Tables dirty, food and trash on the floor and just attitudes of indifference.

Everything was good but the poor girl at the front wanted to be anywhere else other than work it appeared 😕 we weren't sure she could speak. Maybe she was just having a bad day ..if so someone should have assigned her elsewhere for a bit . Also do your shakes come with whip cream ?

Ordered Burger and cheese Fry's. The fries were not edible they were so hard. Sad but the burger was good. Burger was fresh and really good. Almost gave 4 stars because the cheese curds were to salty but they were super fast and friendly. I think they're was at least 8 cars in front and the line keeped moving. Custard is Amazing!!!!!!

Gave us the wrong order and by the time I got home it wasn't worth driving back. Definitely was a downgraded meal that cost half of what I paid

Update: Nobody actually got in contact with me, and their idea of solving the problem was a coupon for one free ice cream. Insane how poor their customer service is. Nobody ACTUALLY got in contact with me, just robot emails and I don’t think any feedback was actually heard. Won’t be returning in the future. I’m more frustrated with their lack of customer service and how impossible it is to speak to a representative than anything else. Do better Ordered delivery through the app and it took over an hour to arrive because the driver made several other stops before me. The other stops aren’t the end of the world, but the food arrived cold which was disappointing for all of the delivery and service fees they charge. Food arrived cold, and was not correct. I have attempted to call, email, and leave feedback through the app and have gotten no response. I guess poor reviews are the only way to get these people’s attention. Very disappointing.

I wrote out an entire explanation before I erased it and will just leave it at this… Our experience with this location was awful. Mostly disappointed in the manager that I dealt with.

Food was not hot. No confirmation that my order was ready. Food was cooked a hour before I picked up. App is not easy to order. Waste of 50 dollars

Bug leg found in food; my husband pulled thru the drive thru and ordered a chili dog cheese curds and a soda $16 gets to eating and finds this bug leg; you would think for $16 for a hotdog and some curds it would be done well or at least edible. I think the health department needs to visit Freddie’s. Super disappointing, I used to love coming here; I’m not sure what is going on lazy management, bad employees? I’ll update this review if my husband gets sick.
