After some disappointing experiences with critically acclaimed restaurants, I was a little tentative in making a reservation here. I am pleased that my faith in the Michelin Guide is restored. The service was attentive without being distracting, the house negroni was fantastic, but for me the star was the melon crudo with fish. It's difficult when a meal peaks with the first course since each subsequent dish can feel like a letdown. Despite the first dish being my favorite I found each dish interesting and was impressed with the flavors the chef was able to infuse into his sauces. Each dish worked beautifully with the wine pairing. I would return again, and look forward to future creations.

We had an amazing dinner with 7 course degustation menu. The food was delicious, fresh seafood, fantastic desserts. Big special thank you to the barmen who made our drinks! We wanted non-alcoholic drinks and he created 6 beautiful cocktails to pair with the food. Felt like a whole cocktail degustation experience, special just for us! Drinks were really creative, amazing flavours!

Amazing place , we are coming here for more than 10 years. Year by year they keep the quality and the Michelin star. The chief is brilliant. The management of the place is amazing , friendly and with the high level of hospitality. The food is amazing, all the 3 dishes were perfect. Fantastic 1 Michelin star experience with lots of fresh raw fish and scampi. Nice modern setting, lovely staff. Too bad there aren't nice hotel close by. We had to drive 30min to and from San Remo. Also no valet parking service :(
