We love the boneless wings and fries with the lemon pepper dry rub seasoning — so good every time! Jesus is also a great server. We always love when he’s taking care of us. I had to post a review after ordering from UberEats last night. My order was terrific. I’ve only been here twice in person so ordering from them was out of my usual. However I’m so glad I went with my gut. The food was great, packaged nicely. With a ranch I didn’t order not sure if it’s complimentary. I was left overall very satisfied. So was my stomach. never ceases to amaze me.. Bogo wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays are clutch, I was just a bit disappointed they don't have Sublime Mexican Lager anymore, but I settled for a Golden Road Brewing Mango Cart which is just as good!!! It was a great time and great food. The street tacos were to die for as it was my 1st time trying them and you can never go wrong with the house sampler. Those were just appetizers then I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with potatoe wedges

After I boycotted Buffalo Wild Wings Because of a terrible experience at the San Jose location I decided to try this location in El Centro now that I live here. My server (her name is Shilo) was a fabulous hostess. She was very prompt and very attentive. My food came to my table hot,fresh, and delicious.

Never been here and a week ago I went with my dad and my son. Ordered some regular Buffalo wings. They were ok. Expected to be a bit better I guess. The fries were really tasty especially with some ranch. I also ordered a water, tasted really weird. Sorta like a bad tap water. Had to order me a lemonade. The place was nice and chairs were really hard to move they felt like boulders haha. I'm too weak.

My family and I like the food. It's always good and the drinks are ice cold. When we eat in sometimes we get a server that is a bit rude or off putting. No one in particular. Most of the time the staff is friendly. Our pick up orders are always good.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is usually at its’ best. I’ve been here several times and the food always comes out quick and fresh, just like other BWW I’ve been to. The only downside is that they’re constantly bringing in new servers and they occasionally seem a little understaffed. Their longtime servers are the best, always friendly and know what you like, but there are few of them left since the locations original opening. The times I’ve ordered takeout is the only times I’ve had issues, sometimes a wrong order or mistake on my food, I believe this is due to a constant stream of new servers though, otherwise everything usually comes out okay. Good place overall.

Came with a large party to celebrate a coworkers birthday. We were well attended, but it was a bit of a wait with the food coming out together. Have came here plenty of times to know that service can be a hot or miss. Just depends on your server.

Sat at the bar. The service as always was good. Atmosphere in here is what you would expect for this kind of sports bar. Got tvs literally everywhere! So if you want to go somewhere. I ordered the loaded dog and it was nothing like the picture or the description. It wasn't bad, it just was not what it seemed it would be. The honey mustard they used tasted more like hot Buffalo sauce, the cheese was barely there, they did ran out of green onions, and it was too spicy for my taste. Not enough servers at 5:50 p.m. Took about 15 min. from seating to get any service. Finally got service from a over worked server. Manager was not of any help to seat people or clean tables. Manager was more busy taking pictures of dirty tables. Once we got our meal it was hot and cooked the way we ordered.

Always great food - love the wings of course! Sometimes the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of people in there compared to Wait Staff which does delay your order & the last time I was there & I requested 2 sauces & the waitress brought out 1 only filled 1/4 of the way & said she would fill it up ...I, again, asked her to bring a 2nd sauce....1 sauce & that's all I got & she hauled butt to another table. The food was decent and the atmosphere is that of a sports bar. The real problem was the service, we saw our waitress maybe the times. She took our order and dropped of the check, asked if we wanted refills once before the food even came out. Someone else dropped off the food, asked if the order was good etc. This was right after opening on the weekend so it should have been their a-team working.

The management really has to get their act together. There was 21 tables aveilable and there was a 25 minute wait for two people. I was there for 1 hour and there was 3 tables not cleaned after the customers had left.

Good wings, I ordered scheduled take out 630 two hours ahead of time. Wasnt done until 650. Take out staff seems understaffed. Another time I got passed by several times when I was dinning in, told the hostess and got a table, but server was very pleasant. So I kind of have mixed views on the quality of service on this place.

We got there, it wasn't too busy so we were sat down pretty quick. Server came got our order down. Brought our drinks and food and then we never saw her again. I had to ask another worker if we could have our check. They have the TVs and music really loud, we had to practically yell our order to the server.

12/12/22: Ana was wonderful and attentive! Plenty of seating available at 4pm Monday. Happy Hour Drinks were tasty but weak. Our appetiter arrived *minutes* after we ordered drinks and app, even before the drinks which i thought was odd. No water or anything to wash it down. The cheese flavor in the mozzarella sticks: good. The breading: lacking flavor and looked almost white, & yes they were done and crispy just not a cravable mozzarella stick. The wings were not HOT in temperature and some the sauce was dried on, not wet. Which tells me they sat a while before they got to me and that was evident anyways with the temperature of the food. This felt like fast food being served in a dining experience with sports everywhere. We still tipped over 20% because we know the food quality and timing isn't always in the serving staff's control.

Hosted a fantasy football draft. They didn’t really attend to us. Would take forever to take our orders. Beer orders would take 15-20 mins, asked manager to move us to accommodate the draft party. She told us no. Service was slow, then we’d see 4-5 workers sitting down not doing anything. Never hosting our draft there ever again.

Server was polite but she would leave and not come back for a while! We arrived at about 4 and most of the tables were empty. I went to this spot on 6/2022. My family went, including eight adults and two kids. We went to celebrate a birthday. This place knows they have a corner on the market. The service was the worst. We were seated and waited about 40 minutes before getting any service. We asked someone what happened with our waiter. The employee noted he’d advised someone; zero follow-ups on telling us what happened. We saw him later, and he said, “sorry, bro I told them.” One waiter saw us waiting, and he asked if we had been helped. After replying “no,” he commented on the length of time, we had been waiting and would check to see what happened. My table overheard (manly me) his conversation with another waiter. They were disputing over waiting on our table, saying, “they have been waiting a long time; I don’t want that table!” I was laughing because I thought no one would believe this story. Finally, we got our order taken. I have a toddler and a kid (2 and 5). They asked for tater tots and got fires. The restaurant got other portions of our order wrong. The worst part was explaining their lack of tots to my kids. They have been waiting for over an hour for food. They were hangry. Overall not the best spot. Super horrible experience. Seeing all the positive reviews makes me think they have insiders/ friends leaving positive reviews. My sisters have gone and have had similar experiences, but due to a lack of options…. They keep going back.

Had our service dog for my daughter and they were pretty rude and made some yuk faces. No smiles no customer service. I would work f tipped more if they had a better attitude. I mean we’re all free to act how we want , but remember to smile when your expectations are tips! Just because it ask for one doesn’t mean people have to. Tips are for the service you provide. Lately their wings have been disgusting. The chicken has a nasty after taste like the meat is rotten or like they cooked it in dirty dish water. Once it was so gross that me and my husband didn’t want to finish our food because we are afraid of getting sick. We’ve gonna on 3 separate occasions over the last couple months and it hasn’t gotten better. Safe to say we won’t be back for a very long time. 2 stars because at least the staff is nice.

First time at this location. The burger was really good and the service was quick and friendly. They have other food items other than wings. Update: July 22, 2024 Stopped by for my second visit since I enjoyed my first. It was an absolute disaster. I ordered the cheese curd bacon burger which was overcooked. The bacon was burned black. The fries cold and greasy. The area which I was seated had kids running around in circles screaming the entire dinner. There was no itemized receipt given and a request was made so I knew what I was being billed for. The table was dirty not to mention the floors. The only thing good was the short wait to be seated. I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstance. Unfortunately for a town like this there aren't many options for restaurants. The waitress sat us down on a table and we said we preferred a booth, we got switched to a booth and when we sat down another waitress came to our table and said we had to wait to be seated and not just walk in to the tables. We explained that we had waited and were already seated by another waitress. She said she was going to "confirm this" and left. This was super rude and embarrassing. When she confirmed with the other waitress she didn't even have de decency to apologize for being so rude. Food is good but service is terrible and slow. Hopefully they work on customer service and training their employees better.

Ordered take out. Got home and was missing 1 of the 4 bird dawg meals. Also 3 of the 4 were ordered without slaw, yet the 3 we received had slaw on them. Also ordered the 20/20 bundle of wings. Half of the boneless wings were supposed to be the liquid lemon pepper sauce. Yet it had nothing on it. The other half were supposed to be classic buffalo which had very little sauce and looked burnt. I called to have the issues fixed and the person Who claimed she was the manager wanted to argue with me on the phone about everything and didn't even acknowledge that they shorted me a whole meal. No apologie just trying to convince me that I ordered it incorrectly. When I had to drive back to Return the food, a lady that helped said in order to get a refund she would have to get a manager and a man came out and told me he would process the refund but it would take a week.

So we came with time on advance to get a table, and i figured that i could eat something before my kids friends arrive, guess what ?????? YOU CANT GET A TABLE IF ALL THE PARTY IS NOT HERE !!!! so I explained the manager that i was going to eat before his friends arrive and it was only a table for 4 not even a big reservation that they needed to so special accommodations or nothing like that, or I would understand if the place was packed BUT NOOOO !!! Horrible experience, boneless wings should be smothered in sauce, instead they were dry and tough. Customer service was horrific, took forever for food, and took forever just to get a glass of water. On top of that, when we got our food they ran out of silverware, and had to eat our food with plastic utensils. Waitress was slow and not attentive to us at all. This is the fourth time that I ordered my boneless wings combo online with sauce on the side, but I am keep receiving my boneless dipped in sauce. The boneless tasted very salty, and it also felt like they had been done for a long time. And not to mention the fries, they were impossible to chew, it seemed like they were the fries they made from the morning, and they just re-fried them plus they were cold. They felt and tasted like food from the other day. Terrible experience. It is my favorite restaurant when they prepare the food well, however, it seems that the restaurant does not care about the customer at all.

I came here because I wanted some wings while I was there on a business trip. The first thing I saw was a half empty establishment (it was about 2pm) with many dirty tables. Their employees just walked right past them. There were plenty of places for me to sit down immediately. Instead they took my information down and asked me to wait 10 minutes. I was by myself and nobody else was waiting. After seeing the lack of care that their employees have I decided to take my business somewhere else. I will never be back.

Terrible service. I know the food and entertainment (sports bar) are good. But we were standing literally 2 feet from the hostess table, and when our name came up, they did not call us. I didn’t order boneless wings and the other 1/2 of my order was missing. She had to go back and wait 1/2 hour or more for Buffalo Wild Wings to get it right. For that extra long wait I should get refunded my money! Or at least my daughter should have been given the boneless wings as compensation for the wait.

I arrived on 11/20/23 at around 5:45 PM. The “greeting” I received was a joke. The hostess was rude when I walked in and upon asking if there was space at the bar I was given a lower than dirt look from her. Don’t work in the customer service industry if you have no “fake it til you make it” face at the very least. Seeing how I was treated and the way she was towards the other customers she should get written up or fired. Needless to say I did not stay to dine at this establishment. Chilis is better anyway.

Absolute worst service of all time, would review zero stars if possible. Our server LYNETTE, left in the middle of helping us, to god know where (lunch break possibly). Typically if a waiter has to take off, they will notify the party and introduce the replacement. Not LYNETTE, she abandoned our party without mentioning she was going to disappear for almost an entire hour. Other waitresses noticed that we were left hanging by LYNETT, so they kindly approached to finish helping plus out. By the time LYNETTE arrived from her unannounced escapade, I personally witness her enter the bathroom for another 20 minutes. This entire time (1hour+), not a single soul offered any refills or checked up to give us any updates on our order. Typically appetizers arrive first before the main meal but the employees here thought it would be reasonable to bring us the food 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. I mean, they were already making everyone feel uncomfortable by putting chairs on tables, and vacuuming, etc. totally unfair considering we arrived way before closing time. Regardless it’s the only Buffalo Wings in the Imperial Valley so it is unfortunate the incompetent waiters are tarnishing the reputation of a franchise I know has potential. It seems the thing the employees are dedicated to is dragging the brand’s name through the mud. Now I understand that if a customer wants an authentic BDubs experience, they have to go elsewhere because this location is literally surrounded by fields of cow manure and the bottom line is the employees reflect their surroundings. I hardly ever write reviews but I had not choice after, seeing my family distressed because of the substandard level of service offered by this poor excuse of an establishment. Please save your time, money, and mental health and patronize a business that actually cares about your hard earned money. Tried to dine in with my daughter but because of health reasons with my ear, I asked if we could sit outdoors, where it would be less noisy...the hostess coldly replied "no, we don't have enough servers to serve outdoors." I had just noticed three to four people sitting outdoors (maybe the servers?) I then asked if we could order take out and if we could sit outdoors ourselves, she simply said "no." We drove home and I called to report the incident to the manager but the same hostess from earlier answered the phone. I was put on hold for a long time. I called again, the same girl answered again... and the manager never came on the line...very poor customer service.

Went inther with wife and kid to have lunch...first time visiting Buffalo wild wings since we moved to el centro 8 years ago.. Customer service was bad from the moment we entered ..Just the attitude of the hostess..the whole 10 minutes that we were there was just a bad experience let's just say that we waited..than the wife and started thinking that it was already a bad vibe and wanted to try the food..but we just picked up and left somewhere else to eat..

We were greeted by two young ladies. We asked for a table for two. One of the ladies walked off and left us asking if we were supposed to follow or wait. The 2nd young lady said to wait. Then enters a second couple who were seated directly. We asked the 2nd young lady if they had a reservation or something, since they were seated right away. She said "no". When we expressed our displeasure, she just giggled and said "she's just cleaning your table" ...as we continued to wait. Needless to say we left and went to Olive Garden. There we were welcomed, seated right away, and had great service.

NEVER RETURNING AGAIN. The GM (general manager) blocked most played songs on touch tunes. Guest cannot enjoy music they want to hear while they eat. Even if the songs clean without profanity. ITS PETTY AND NOT FAIR!

December 8th 2024, ordered my food online. Pick up time was for 5:20pm, did not receive my order till 5:50-6:00. That wasn’t the issue, I can understand the place was semi packed. What got me was the order came out wrong, then went to fix it, came back out with basically no change after an extra 10 mins of waiting. After telling the waiter that it still wasn’t correct. She proceeded to tell me that the “sauce was on the side” (ordered the sauce on the wings). Got home, then found out that the sauce was not on the side, and they did add the ranch that I ordered. Spent 70 bucks + 20% tip before I got my food. Worst B-dubs I’ve ever been too…

Never got my food the girl that was helping me totally ignore me while helping other customers with bigger table bigger parties with beer and only my plate was only one never came to check up on us over a hour wait REALLY BAD SERVICE!!

Extremely crazy the wait time, from what the hostees said originally, which was an hour. My party and I were brought in for sitting, then asked to go back to waiting, 30 min later they bring us in, 5 min later they ask us to change to a booth, for faster service. Waited 20 min, no acknowledgment from no waitress. We just got up and left. It was ridiculous. Rather go to other locations, not here in the Valley for sure.

Our server Andrea was very unprofessional and super rude the entire time she supposedly waited on our table. I say supposedly because she never approached our table after leaving our food to see if we needed anything even though she walked passed our table several times we were short 1 plate to begin with it was a table for 7 and only got 6 plates she ignored us whenever we tried calling her so we had to ask other waiters walking by for help when I got up to receive help at the cashier she intervened and said I needed to deal with her since she was our waiter and I said now you want to wait on me that it comes time to paying but never waited on us the entire time we sat there she started yelling and laughing I asked to speak to the manager because of the treatment and we also had a special buy 1 get 1 for Tuesday which she refused to honor and when her Manager or who acted as her Manager Edguardo she still came back with him and continued yelling and after everything he still didn't honor the buy 1 get 1 he only removed half off one order of 15 wings which ended up being $13.51 instead of the $26.49 I have screen shots of the special that was activated on the app and copy of the receipts aside from the horrible service it is also false advertising I activated it on my app before ordering but still was never honored

Our server Tati made our experience very unpleasant, she leave our table unattended we had missing food but she added on the bill. I asked if they can cut my burger in 1/2 and she said they were too busy and sha can bring a knife so I can cut it my self but she forgot and I had to walk and look for the knife after 15 minutes she had never made eye contact.

Used to be really good. But the past 3 times I've gone it took about 30-45 mins just to place an order. Server never checked up on us, and I had to flag them down everytime. Then to pay it took another 45 mins just to find someone to bring me my check. Now I just refuse to go, not how it used to be.

Bad customer service, first made us wait for a table when the location had not much people. After we got a table,we waited 10 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. Waitress told us that they had no lunch meals that we had to buy everything separate. to get refill we had to go look for the waitress because she was nowhere to be found. Again the establishment was Not full at all it was 3 pm. Definitely not returning after everything was awful.

I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and when I took a bite it was raw on the inside. Do you realize how dangerous that is? I told the waiter and there wasn't even an apology. They literally just took it back and brought a new one after my family had already eaten. The wings my family ordered were cold and barely had any sauce on them. Really bad experience.

Literally every time here we are the last to be served and wait an hour plus to get our food, waiters don’t ask us for anything. I am currently still waiting for my food and have not even been given a sorry for the wait. Going onto an hour and a half.

Front of house told us it was a 10-15 minute wait. We waited over 45 minutes just to end up leaving. The place was at less than 30% capacity, more than half the tables were open. Don’t go here.

Food is good, the only thing this place is really short staffed and can even take up to 1 hour just to get you a seated and order drinks. This is really a bummer since we really like the food but honestly more than 1 hour wait for a large coporation like this is unbelivable.

I need everyone to gather ‘round because what I’m about to say… hurts my soul, my spirit, and my taste buds. Today, I encountered chicken wings so offensively bad, so disrespectfully dry, so dramatically flavorless… that I’m convinced they were created out of pure hatred. Dry? These wings weren’t dry — they were ASHES with bones. I picked one up and swear it whispered, “please… let me go.” Flavor? Nonexistent. Absent. Missing in action. Flavor filed a restraining order against these wings. Tasteless? Bro… these wings tasted like a broken promise. Like someone shouted “SEASONING!” across the room and nobody heard. And the price??? They charged me like these wings were raised on a private ranch, massaged daily, and read bedtime stories in three languages. But what I got tasted like they were cooked by someone who was actively beefing with chickens. I didn’t just eat bad wings… I survived a culinary tragedy. A dramatic novela-level betrayal. I’m still waiting for the background music to kick in and someone to scream, “¡NOOOO, MARIO, NOOOOOO!” If these wings were a movie, they’d be rated F for “FAILURE.” El Centro, be warned: Not all heroes wear capes… and not all wings deserve to exist. 🍗🔥💀

I went to buffalo 2 months algo, was not very busy waited 20 minutes and was not seated, i left. Today I came back in hopes of being served this time and waited 20 minutes again, same story wait 5 minutes for a table to be ready and wasted my time waiting. I would of been happy if they said from the start there would be a 30 minute wait time instead of lying to me and wasting peoples time.

Horrible service , waitress took almost 40 mins after seating to take our drinks orders, 20 mins past by and she never placed order when we asked . Restaurant is not crazie busy , most of employees just in a spot chitchatting . Waiting is understandable when place is busy but sadly this is not tge case today

Yesterday I was seated fast, but the service was extremely horrible. I’d understand if the place was packed, but this was not the case. The server took our order, but never once checked on us, He just disappeared into the kitchen. We were there for probably over two hours. I’d understand if they were backed up, but there was no communication, no check ups, nothing. It sucks because we don’t go out to eat often and we will definitely not be going back.

Extremely poor service. We said we had a party of 10. The hostess set out a table for 8. She asked "are you sure you'll have 10" like I'm and idiot that can't count that high. It took 20 min before anyone took even our drink order. We had to ask multiple times for sides of ranch and bleu cheese, a water cup for our child, where our drinks were. I ordered a mixed drink and it took 15 min to get it. Ordered at the same time another guy got a tall beer which he received and finished before I got mine. We sat around waiting for another 15 min for our bill (which we had to ask for). We asked another waitress for some of these things and were told "that's not my table" instead of finding the person that was supposed to take care of us. On top of that, the high chair was sticky. Especially the buckle. Like its never been cleaned. And all of this happened when it wasn't busy. What would've been a $60 tip with even mediocre service turned into $10. Which is honestly more than what was deserved.

We were there a few days ago. We requested a booth and the hostess told us that we will have to wait longer to be seated which we agreed. She calls us to be seated and gave us a table which I told her that wanted a booth from the beginning. She told us again that it will be a 30 minute wait. We decided to leave and of course she did not care. I don't know what is BWW policy on not using the whole restaurant. There was a lot of empty tables and booths.

Horrible Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings El Centro – Discriminatory, Overpriced, and Disrespectful!!! My experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in El Centro was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, everything about this visit was a complete disaster—not just in terms of service and food quality, but also in the way we were treated. First, our order was completely wrong. We ordered tater tots but were served fries instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff insisted that we had ordered fries—essentially gaslighting us rather than correcting their error. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, we were charged for the tots we never received, and they outright refused to remove the charge. The food itself was equally disappointing. The chicken tenders we ordered were burnt and completely overcooked, making them inedible. The sauce we specifically requested was not only wrong but was also served on the side instead of being tossed with the chicken as requested. When we asked if they could fix the issue and make the food properly, we were told no—no apologies, no attempt to correct their mistake, just a flat refusal to do anything about it. What made this experience even worse was how we were treated compared to other customers. We are an interracial Black and White couple, and it was painfully obvious that we were overlooked the entire time. Meanwhile, other same-race couples were given prompt service, proper orders, and much better treatment. It was impossible to ignore how differently we were treated compared to other tables. We were barely acknowledged, had to repeatedly ask for basic service, and were dismissed when our order was wrong—while other customers had their needs met without any issue. To add insult to injury, our bill was well over $100, and yet we were treated as if we didn’t matter. For that kind of money, you’d expect at least decent service and food that’s cooked properly, but we got neither. Instead, we were given the wrong food, terrible service, and blatant disrespect. The service here was not just bad—it was outright discriminatory. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. Instead of making an effort to fix anything, they acted as if we were the problem for expecting to get what we actually ordered. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable, especially at a chain restaurant where consistency and customer service should be a priority. It’s clear that the management at this location does not care about their customers at all—especially if you don’t fit a certain mold. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere—there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers and serve food correctly without bias. I will never return to this location or any other location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Buffalo Wild Wings, if you’re reading this, you need to seriously reconsider how this location is being run because it is an absolute disgrace to your brand.

Waited 20 min to be seated even though they had 15 empty tables. Then waited another 15 min before the waitress showed came to our table to offer us a drink. Both of my beers weren’t full all the way up to the top....they didn’t have any Clamato juice, carrots, and certain meat....manager is useless....this place sucks...not coming here again. I prefer Applebee’s....
