Family dinner on the weekend. We love it. Food was delicious, especially the appetizer and the fried baked chicken. Parent and me love it. The lasagna was so so.
Great food and this is one of our favorites locations. Great host, right now they have a time limit of 1 1/2 hours to dine in as they have limited seating until June 15th when they should be fully open. Wait was not to long for a Friday night we waited less than a half hour to be seated.
Wonderful location! Was a great experience with my husband celebrating life’s milestones. Really enjoyed our time here!!!
Great service and delicious food!
Dad has a cane and they sat us at the furthest available table
Good food. Good people. I'll be back
Our server was attentive, making the entire thing pleasant. Extremely comfortable atmosphere, food was flawless, atmosphere was perfect for an early lunch. And the server, again....great staff Eileen was our server. She was extremely thorough and patient. She didn't miss a thing, and didn't rush the process. Those two don't usually to together...true professional.
Our waiter was very respectful and professional. Everything was great. We decided to eat outside, and he was constantly checking up on us, was great. My only complaint I have is, when I asked for chocolate mints for my kids as I left, the guy standing on the doorway literally gave me 2.
Came in for lunch on Black Friday and was provided excellent service by our server Chris. Was very friendly and helpful. Came to check on us multiple times especially when I ordered the soup and salad lunch. Was very prompt on bringing back more salad and my selections of soup. Best service I have experienced in a long time at any restaurant. Make sure you ask to sit in Chris' server area when you come to this Olive Garden. Food was very good especially the minestrone soup!
Classic meals that exciting good memories of family outings. Amazing service and clean dining areas. Was great to eat in. Family enjoyed the classic Sangria, salad, and bread sticks. I enjoyed the calamari, and the wife the cheese sticks. You can't go wrong with hardy portions and service with a smile. Didn't ask for anything since the server kept bring refills and endless bread. Head back to comfort food and enjoy tasty food you know and the new menu they are offering. You can go wrong.
I had lunch with family members and it was great time and great food
First time at an Olive garden because I'm 100% a carnivore but, I have to say the food here was amazing and everything tasted delicious. Our waiter was very professional, accommodating, and insightful on the dishes. She gave her recommendations and they did not disappoint. Atmosphere was not quiet but also not to loud I guess family friendly environment.
This was a great condition Olive Garden. There was no wait at normal dinnertime on a weekday. Parling was nearby and not overcrowded. Our server, Eileen, was so kind and so helpful. They were very positive and the server experiece was one that will stand out in my memory.
So our service did not start out so great. We were seated at a table with wooden chairs and a booth. My son (almost a teenager) likes to sit alone. I have a bad back and asked to be seated at a booth with cushion seats for both sides. We were seated by our server "Lori" who was kindly accommodating to us. Seconds later another server explained to us that seat was unavailable and our only choice was a two person booth. So I had no choice. Lori came back and asked us why we were seating there. I explained what happened. She again.... politely accommodated us. At this point I was ready to leave for being bounced around so many times. She brought the manager Mr. Jose who was probably the nicest manager I have ever met. He listened to my complaints which I ever so much appreciated. If you ever need an Olive Garden which makes things right...I highly recommend this place. Thank you Lori and Jose. You are the best.:) Sincerely, The Diaz Family.
Service was fine , it was just awkward the busses or people from the kitchen just kept staring at my date and I, made use uncomfortable for sure, we were I'm casual attire so I don't know if that was odd to them.also the waitres did offer more breads ticks like more waitresses do,I guess I have to keep asking
Exceptional service from Walter delicious food clean restaurant friendly staff pet friendly very accommodating thank you so much will be back soon god bless you , your family and business
I gave you 4 star in Atmosphere because of your carpet, you really need to change it to something else, that you can clean easily, don't look dirty, but smell that things you put to vacuum and you can perceived when you sit down on your table or booth. For the rest we always have a great experience with the food and the service.
Our family dined in the other night and we had a fantastic evening. They have generous portions, the food was delicious, and they loaded us up with our to go containers. We will eat here again in the future. Thank you especially to our waiter, Christian, who was friendly, funny, and helpful waiter to us.
My dad and I went for an early dinner. We both had unlimited soup and salad. Our server Kim was excellent from the very beginning to the end. We will definitely go back.
Lunch. Hostest & servers were gracious, kind and helpful. Never ending pasta. Tastes great Quite
Dolores was so incredibly sweet! Made our experience feel like we were at home! Will be coming back just to hang out with her 🩷😭
I love this Olive Garden location! The service is always *excellent* here- I've always had amazing servers who are friendly and efficient, and the general manager Jose greets customers at their table and is so friendly and warm. The food is always consistently delicious too- you're guaranteed a great meal. Highly recommend!
First time at this location 01/12/2025. We were seated quickly. Great food! Most of all great service! Our server Gabriel was the best! Always checking up on us, keeping everything refilled, great attitude, patient, kind. All the way around Great!👍
Had a wonderful time. Didn't have to wait, the surface was great and the food even better. Me and my date must have been there for 3 or more hours just talking but the waiters didn't bother us. Thank you so much.
Went to the one in Montebello but they had a 45-50min wait. Nope. Came here and got right in. The food and the staff was amazing. Hit the spot. Thanks again!
Geraldine was an amazing waitress. She made my little girl actually ask for items. My little one is always shy to ask for anything but she got comfortable with her and today’s team over all was attentive. I saw every table be serve with care and attentiveness to what every customer wanted. Thank you Geraldine!
We decided to dine in at this location and we called in advance to see if we could take our dog with us. We were told yes and so we decided to dine in. We had the best experience with Steven our server. Steven was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. This was our best experience at any Olive Garden location. We will definitely return.
Everyone was lovely and Tiffany was awesome 😎 Clean bathroom.
Thank you Richard. I came here to celebrate my sister’s 17th birthday on a Sunday during prime time lunch/evening hours. From the start they said it was busy and had little servers. We’re a family of 8 who are big backed and were unfortunately asking for a ton of requests (refills, toppings, more soup, etc). Despite our constant needs and it being short staffed, Richard constantly checked in with us and even made sure he was able to bring additional servers to sing happy birthday to my sister with a free slice of cake. He did everything to make our experience a great one. Additionally my little sister left her bag and he was able to retrieve it right away. He left my family and I blown away with his helpfulness and humor. So much so, we’re leaving a review in his name. Thank you Richard.
Or waitress Jennifer was amazing service with a smile great attitude will come back for her service.
I love this place! The people here are great!
Great, great service. The manager even comes around and greets you. Wonderful treat after a good movie in my your home town of Rowland heights😎
I love this Olive Garden because they had good service once they noticed we weren’t being assisted they gave us a $10 gift car.
I had Joseph as our waiter today. He was really kind and amazing. Thank you for the amazing service ⭐️
Jose the manager was stopping by at outr table making sure everything was fine ..wish it was excellent customer service and food was great.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Fast service
Food and service was great got there early, right when it opened and they were ready to go. Food came quick the beers were cold and the service was fantastic.
Excellent time! Ordered the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini w/ extra, extra cheese and the Chocolate Lasagna for dessert. The Calabrian crème sauce was spicy, but not overpowering. The dessert was scrumptious! Sarah, our waitress, checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Especially the request for extra, extra cheese lol. Thank you Sarah and Olive Garden for a beautiful and delicious evening!
Rainy, lazy evening, didn't feel like cooking. Had a gift card and decided to go out. Looked busy, but we were seated right away. Had Spiked Strawberry Lemonade and Calamari to start. Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and Angel Hair, Mushroom and Chicken Fritta. Service was excellent and food was hot and delicious. Don't forget the salad and bread sticks. 😋
Delicious Italian food, excellent customer service, amazing prices. They offer a good variety of dishes that offer never soup or salad. I tried the salad, and it was full of flavor and fresh, too. Tried spaghetti with meatballs, and it was one of the best spaghetties I tried. Parking is plenty. Went in a Wednesday, and there was a 30-minute wait time, so I'll would reserve on weekends. Overall, it was an amazing eating experience. The only thing that goes narrow is the restroom. There is only one toilet for the whole restaurant, so if you have something bothering you, you'll have to wait on line.
Went for dinner on Mother's Day and was told it would be 25-30 minutes for a party of 3. Expected a wait because it was Mother's Day. Only waited 10 minutes to be seated. Thankfully the kid was able to order on the kiosk ASAP. Food was as expected. Service was good. Noticed that the crew inspected dishes for spots. They make sure dishes are clean before serving them. 5 Stars mostly due to service. Not much to complain about here.
Remodeled, great service. The Sat lunch was not that busy. A big party behind us had a crying child and somehow escalated into a feud with another table. Couple managers came out to cool the conflict. Our server, Patty, was great and came to make sure we were not disturbed by the verbal fight.

Makayla our server was great! Very attentive and admirable. She refilled our drinks, collected plates not in use, and honored our requests for our meals. It was a pleasure to dine in.

The food is always on point. The service is always professional and the ambiance a bit dated but clean. A remodel is a thought. But everything else is a 10..!
Good food, good services. Just like their never ending soup and salad for lunch.
I have been to OG More times than I could count. The menu is reliable. Let's just say hosts & servers would have been impressed with its humble and elegant beginnings. Sadly I must admit it has become dated and very unassuming. The tables are etched with the vastness of patrons past & present. I hope the decor eventually gets a refresh someday. I will still occasionally come to visit.
I have been to this Olive Garden several times. The service is always good, the food is plentiful and pretty good, and the menu is well-organized. The things that make it less than a "Five Star" experience for me: 1) although the staff are friendly while dealing with you, they typically will try to ignore you if not talking directly with you; 2) the restrooms are sometimes not kept up (paper towels on the floor and such); and 3) although they have done some remodeling in the front, the rest of the restaurant seems a little worn and dated. In any case, I think you will have a pleasant experience there!
Our waitress was amazing and made our visit very enjoyable. Despite coming in at dinner time when it was very busy and her section was full she was still able to give us promt and personal attention and quick service. Both me and my daughter were very happy to have had such an easy and hassle free dinning experience!
I would have given it 5 stars ..because I love Olive Garden. But it was cold and there are no heating lamps the chairs were cold and uncomfortable and the elevator music was not very soothing. It's like they want you to leave .. I get it though limit the time we eat but make it comfortable. And they close at 9. But it doesn't say they stop serving at 8....Anyway I will return but with a thicker jacket. Food And service is excellent.
This branch of Olive Garden will not be on my favorites list. We ordered 2 entrees with the breadsticks salad option and the server refused us to give a salad refill if we shared the salad between 3 people. I think the portion sizes are such that 2 dishes between 3 people should be the norm. The bread was a little chewier than usual and the sauces were a little bland and the pasta was a little unsalted but overall nice experience dining in.
Great location. Very large and special rooms! We were seated pretty quickly considering it was already after 6 and the restaurant was mostly full. Service is fast and friendly....wait was not long n good paced between appetizer, salad n entree. Every thing was delicious n I had to roll my carb filled self out. Recommend tour of italy, chicken margarita, shrimp frito app and of course the breadsticks! I'm so happy to have leftovers to enjoy next day.
Jami our server is excellent and expedient. The food is usually always excellent and expedient as well. We got full on calamari bread sticks and salad and dessert. We tasted our entrees but saved it for tomorrow. Super good idea!!! We arrived at 4:30p no waiting, in n out in just over an hour.
Family and I have been here plenty of times now and I really can't say negative things about this place. The menu changed which is why I would give it 4 stars but aside from that, staff has always been so nice even with all the cheese we're always asking for 😅 we sometimes feel bad but they're always so nice about it. Another reason for the 4 star, maybe because we can't get our own cheese so we don't have to bug them a lot 😅😆 this location has been the best from other locations i have been to. It beats the Whittier location in EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY!
Salad is not as fresh as it used to be, pasta quantity also getting smaller.
Server was great, offered suggestions. Food good. Too noisy!
They're all you can eat Italian salad is great tasting. Is there spaghetti is just average salsa little watery. Good enough to eat but there is better out there.
The food is not as well seasoned as it was so I stopped going. This trip was a group meet up. The atmosphere & service was perfect.
I got their never ending pasta special starting at $15.99. It was really good. The first pasta you order will come in a large plate. And the refills will come in smaller plate. You get unlimited pasta and soup and your choice of protein if you pay extra. Overall, it was nice to try the different type of pasta they had. Take advantage of this deal for it's gone.
It was a nice experience at this location. Service was quick and it was surprisingly dead for dinner time, so it felt more relaxing. The new spicy meat sauce was ok, but would not get again. It just tasted like there was Franks Red Hot in it lol. Avoid this parking lot. While waiting to go in, saw a cop stop at every car in the parking lot running everyone’s license plates and give tickets. Definitely made us uneasy seeing that.

The food was good except I needed more scampi sauce. The waitress Regine was busy but kept up and made sure everything was correct and in order. It's normal as far as the ambiance goes no complaint…
My cousin order a 6 oz steak which was very small My girlfriend ordered a sweet tea that tasted very nasty and ruined her whole appetite Also my 18.99 lasagna was the exact same size as the 19.99 tour of Italy tray which came with chicken and alfredo Tour of Italy (left side) Lasagna (right side) Don’t get me wrong the food was good But the experience Not worth the price
Why they chose to keep open for business while their “entire” roof is being replaced is beyond me. The whole place is extremely noisy, it gave me a headache. Could not sit back and enjoy my food. Felt the workers right above me the whole time. Asked to be moved and was denied.
Food was ok, quality has definitely gone down over the years.
The menu is great - several good choices. Wait was non-existent for a Saturday night. Server was friendly and came to check on us from time to time. The only gripe I have is, our server didn't offer the buy one take one deal to me considering our food choice was in the offer. Feel like we were cheated, sorta speak. If an offer applies to u, then a great server would mention it to u.
Food was good, service was not good this time. They took forever to take our oder or figure out who will be our server. Our waitress did the best she could, and apologized so many times. Bad service was not her fault rather the lack of staff.
There were 8 of us on a Monday night. We came for the all you can eat pasta special. The server was brand new, and she did her best. She was very pleasant and strove to give good service. She was very responsive to our requests. The food was average, but a little slow coming from the kitchen. We weren't in a big hurry, so we enjoyed conversation while we waited. We wanted to get separate checks but were told we could not get more than two. That would have been fine as we all figured out how much our portion was, but then we were expected to pay individually ourselves on a machine. Most of us did not like the payment machines. Trying to figure out how much each couple should pay was stressful and time-consuming enough, then trying to figure out how to use the machine to pay made it worse. The restaurant may think this is an easy task that most enjoy and have no problem knowing what to do. Staff offered to help, but of course, they were trained in how to use the machines. This process ruined what had been a nice family dinner to celebrate a birthday.
Just a grade above microwave pasta. I just can’t justify the price for the flavor. Overall the experience was good. They really take care of you if it’s your birthday and the servers are very kind. This location has a better ambiance then most. Overall I was not wowed and the bill was to high.
We visited Olive garden today and we had an ok experience at most. The food isn't what it used to be and although it's not necessarily bad, it's definitely overpriced even if you include the soup and the bread sticks. In all practically, very few people order more than one soup or eat more than 4-5 bread sticks. For $25 per person (before tax and tips), there are better alternatives.
We took our grandson to have spaghetti he was super excited \nService was great \nOur waiter was great \nUnfortunately my salad was wilted and mushy in a lot of it \nMy dumplings soup was awful it …
The food was good but expensive. I can tell why people are not coming to this location. It is old and dusty restaurant. Needs to be clean including the mens restroom that have graffiti and the carp…
After waiting for 10 minutes for curbside pickup they come out with two workers to inform us (with an attitude?) that this spot which is directly facing Olive Garden is not a parking spot. Put a sign up or change your online options. Also, we drove around the full lot where all the spots were taken out front and the option for curbside pickup asked if we were parked anywhere else on the lot and requested for details. Either the online order options are wrong or the worker was tripping. The food is one level up from microwave food so I'll give it a two.
The food is decent enough, not great. The salad was overdressed. The soup was not good, it tasted watered down. I ordered a cup of coffee and they brought it to me cold. Not an iced coffee but a cold cup of coffee, like it had been sitting there in a pot for who knows how long. The kicker was that the waitress said that they ran out of ceramic mugs and brought it to me in a paper cup. The first waitress (the one that served us the cold coffee) explained that she was covering our table temporarily and that she had to leave. She may have been trying to sabotage the person she was covering... The waitress that was originally assigned to our table (the good waitress) was working on a large party and, once she arrived at our table, apologized for the coffee and was very pleasant. I would have given only 1 star but our waitress (the good one) was very attentive and made up for the bad service earlier. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Server was slow to come around to take order and check on us if we needed anything. For tasted different like it old, or have been sitting for a long time. The building is small and not very busy so so t understand lack of service and fresher meal. By far the worst olive garden i have ate at. Luckily you have many choices in the area that you can skip this place.

Terrible experience. They served me soup from the bottom of the pot -- brown, overcooked vegetables, nothing like the fresh white creamy soup it's supposed to be. When I asked for a fresh serving…
I have to say that I met Olive Garden many years ago. When I lived in San Francisco, I went there almost twice a month with my friends. The unlimited salad and soup for lunch was our favorite. But the last four times we ate at Olive Garden, I have to write down my feelings. Do you think guests are begging from you when they ask for service and food? Why do your servers always show disdain and slackness? I think if I really want to go here again, I will tip the waiter first, and he will not have to keep me hungry waiting.Soup can't be made one bowl at a time, right, freshly baked bread? just trying to delay the number of offers.Look at your Salad. Why don't you just give me a whole iceberg lettuce🤯If you don't want to attract customers with this special menu, you might as well delete it, at least it won't make customers feel that you are really stingy.
Service by the servers was great and accommodating but my review is for the general manager Jose Valdes for discriminating against the men in our party. There was 20 of us, 15 adults and he began counting our drinks for his safety. We asked what we may have said that made him feel unsafe. He couldn't tell us anything specifically. At this time, most of us had only 1 drink. Honestly, I felt like leaving and would've left but we were there celebrating my daughter's birthday. I frequent Olive Garden and I've never had this kind of experience at any other location. By far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. I suffer from a medical condition and the stress suffered today has me experiencing an episode.
we went here last week on friday, as soon as we entered the hostess christina was very rude. we had asked to for a table of 5, just waiting on our other two guests to arrive. she said no and would seat us as soon as they arrive. while we were waiting i heard her take a call which the person on the other line was talking about making a reservation, she rudely said no they don’t do that and wouldn’t give the wait time either. she told them if they didn’t like that then they can go somewhere else. also to mention it was remotely busy. after my brother and sister in law arrive, we were seated, our server was extremely rude and it was hard to understand him with his thick accent. the food was mediocre, my daughter and i had the alfredo paste. we both got sick off it and she’s only 18 months old.. we only saw our server maybe 3 times with other people bring us our food. when it came time to pay the server made a comment on how much my brother in law were tipping (split bill) he literally said “you’re only going to tip $4 really,” and than stood behind my brother in law looking at how much he was going to tip. so he felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, while my husband didn’t know left him a $20 tip in cash which he didn’t deserve at all.
I love Oliver garden but my last experience was sooo bad. I haven't gone back in months. They stuck me and my family in the loudest and noisiest room. Full of kids and ppl shouting. It echoed in there. I asked yo be move the servers rudely said no. I was left with no choice but to stay there very uncomfortable. We were celebrating my birthday too. It was just awful. All the food was very stale. And cold.
all of my party ordered a pasta of some sort and lasagna. everyones pasta dish was dry we had to request more sauce. the only great thing about this dine in was the warmed doughnuts. The service was poor.
Super bad service. Our waitress was Alexis and from the start she gave us attitude and we had to start eating with our fingers. I kept asking her for forks and napkins until a different waiter brought us the forks. And from there she only stop by our table once and never asked again if we needed anything else. We ask for 4 boxes and i had to get up and ask for bag. I Don’t recommend her at all. Don’t know if she’s racist with the Hispanic people but that way we were treated was not the right one.
Had to order takeout because I’m caring for a close family member could not dine in. I was here two or three weeks ago, but they seem very distracted. It was NOT busy. When I decided what to order, they said they would be back. They NEVER returned so I left. I tried again on July 9th. They had the same issue but I was too tired to go elsewhere. I ordered lasagna and minestrone soup. TERRIBLE soup had NO flavor. The bread taste like air and the lasagna taste like it came out of a can. Don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s NOT what it used to be. SAD >VERY disappointing. MrsSantos
The food quality was terrible—especially the salad. The vegetables were all different sizes, barely cut, and honestly unappetizing. To make matters worse, the smell in the restaurant reminded us of a bathroom, which made it impossible to stay and enjoy our meal. We decided to leave, and even then, we were charged for two salads, even though we only had one (from the "never-ending salad" deal). It felt like they tried to overcharge us just because we were already on our way out. We ended up going to BJ’s right after—same price, way better food and atmosphere. Definitely won’t be returning here!!
Didn't know broccoli was additional- and food was below average quite frankly for $70 dine in.... better to get frozen pasta and warm it in your own home.
Service is great, the food or maybe the chef… not so much. The chips to the spinach dip were burnt. The spaghetti sauce tastes like tomatoes and salt. Not sure when the quality declined since it’s been a while since I’be been here. After today’s visit, I won’t be coming back for awhile. I ate more salad than the main meal. Disappointing!!!
I went today with my 2 daughters, my daughter-in-law and my 3grandkids.. We had the worst customer service, ever!!! I had got unlimited soup, salad, breadsticks.. and wasn’t asked if I wanted more.. we finally got ahold of our waiter, and asked him for our refills, for our soups, and salad.. he took long, didn’t bring our drinks.. we ended up asking for them to go.. after waiting so long.. the manager apologized but we just wanted to leave, we were all upset, and realized everyone around us was treated way better then we had been treated, if I could give ZERO stars I would, sadly!!
We ordered dinner from here last night and it wasn’t a great meal. We were missing a tiramisu and I had ordered a kids rotini with marinara and grilled chicken. There was a box that was labeled tiramisu but there was an uncut chicken breast and still missing the actual tiramisu. I understand it was late but still no reason to not provide great service. I won’t be ordering online again, possibly come back and make business at this specific location.
