So I'm from out of town and came into this particular wienerschnitzel tonight and Jaquelin.. had amazing customer service very cheerful she really treated me more like a friend than a customer and good customer service will go far with anyone .. so food was on point and hot thanks again

Great quick meal. Polish Sausage Kraut hotdog are my favs and the corn dogs are on point. Can't forget about the Strawberry lemonade is a must.

I ate the chili on its own, but when they put Tapatio on it it is awesome. The staff is very friendly and worth supporting this location. Very whelmed with service.

I only had a real fruit lemonade from here but it was soooo good. I definitely recommend it, it comes with strawberries and pineapples inside.

Found location easy to get to. Counter help was helpful despite other entitled customers complaining about the price of what they ordered. The pricing g was clear on the menu, a d the staff cannot change the pricing. They can only do their best to provide good food

Came here for the first time in yeeeaaaarrrsss. Was just randomly craving weinerschnitzel and decided to come. Lemme tell you. It hit the SPOT. Food was served HOT (so rare with fast food. I was pleasantly surprised/impressed). They've got great deals. Customer service was excellent. I asked to use the restroom after ordering in the drive thru, and the restroom was clean. Now I’ve got a problem cuz I’m gonna be craving this quite often after such a top notch experience, and this place is half an hour from where I live, but it’s gonna be worth the drive for suuuuure.

I come here fairly often and have never thought to review this place haha. I adore Weinerschitzel! The drive thru can be a little slow but the food is always worth it. I think the workers are accustomed to dealing with negative customers so I always try to ask them how their days are going. They work hard and get the food out as soon as they can!

It's the Schnitzel. What more needs to be said? No one goes here to eat healthful foods. It's all about comfort and having a polish sausage served Chicago style with a side of fries and a drink.

The food was ok, but there was nothing wow about it. It's a new establishment to the area, that has no appeal. Workers were pleasant but were just there. It didn't make me want to come back. They need a little more training.

I loved the Texas Dog. The pastrami not so much. Skip the pastrami. Too many rubbery chewy pieces. Cucumbers Lemonade was a pleasant surprise. Make sure they don't max out your cup with ice.

Order taker was very annoying kept asking me to repeat myself. I think he was new but still pay attention to the task at hand. The young woman who took my money and gave me my food was great. Friendly smiling and made sure I had everything I needed before I pulled off. Good was great hot crunchy mini corndogs, hotdogs were good as well.

Dining room closes at 10pm. After 930pm you have to have your order TO GO. I could see this being a good policy if this was a really busy store ... well. Maybe it is. It was Presidents Day. And I was the only one there. Eh. Chicago Dog wasn't all that great and the Pineapple Lemonade has way too much pulp.

I got sick off the chilli dog. Which wasn't pleasant. Their customers service was cool. But they could learn to put the much needed condiments in the bag. (Ketchup & mustard).

I ask for a double chili cheese burger and the person repeated my order back to me. Now we gotta sit in drive thrus and unwrap our food now. I should have went to my other spot in Lawndale. I love the food at this joint and I love the environment. But only when the store manager isn’t there. She serviced me at the drive through and had nothing but attitude towards me when I tried ordering my food. As soon as I pulled up to pay, she didn’t look at me or even acknowledge me until I handed her my money. No thank you, or “have a good day”. It was just a “get your food and leave” type of service.

The service was great. Very friendly and professional. As for the food, I don't know what their "chili" is made of at this location, but it's nothing like the thick chili at their other locations, or what you expect when ordering chili. It was very thin, no meat in it, and it made me sick to my stomach. And there was very little of it, covering only the middle section of the dogs. They used sliced cheese rsther than the customary shredded. Of the 5 chili cheese dogs I bought I ate only one. I will not be going back.

Worst experience ever 2 days ago the car in front of me threw some chili chesse fries at a cashier through the drive thru window all she wanted was a refund because she stated everything they gave her was not good. The lady wouldn't let nobody out of the drive thru after she decided to move the manager stated she was still going to take my order because of the inconvenience and I had to wait through it all. What really made me upset after is the girl that got chili chesse fries thrown at her comes up to the window after I patiently waited for them to take my order again and said we are not going to serve you or anybody we are close ! So unprofessional everyone working that shift should be replace because an incident like this could have easily been resolve and customers could have been served after. That night was rush hour there was about 6 cars waiting & we got service denied. If the manager can't handle a situation like this you are not eligible to even be in a position nowhere near manager.

This my 3rd time trying this establishment. My order has never changed 2 chili cheese dogs with onions, chili cheese fries crisy (or well done as they call it) and a large Mountain Dew soda. Each time my fries are a soggy mess. I call up there, 2x's and no one answers their phone. THEY WON'T GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME...

After sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes to get my food at this point I'm very hungry so I begin to eat my corn dogs while driving home. I begin to ask my son are the corn dogs suppose to take like paste he said no, well because I was hungry I continued to eat, when I got home I ate another one and low and behold the dam corn dog was not fully cooked it was just what it tasted like and that was paste that explained it all. I then began calling the Inglewood store where I had made my purchase only for a recording to come on stating that the number was busy. It is very disappointing because this is a new store in the area and the service has turned out to be awful. I will never purchase there again!

Where do I start. After my husband repeated the order 3 times the girl still managed to mess it up. They got my husband's order completely wrong and failed to make my son's soft serve cone. Then had an attitude when we asked how after repeating it 3 times do you still mess up. Clearly a sign of not paying attention and messing around too much. I am a manager of a restaurant in manhattan beach and I would not tolerate my employees goofing off and messing up an order. My chili cheese fries the only good thing was the cheese chili tasted horrible and fries tasted and felt stale. This location is still fairly new so why the incompetence?!

The food was awful as hell and to think that we paid a lil over $30 buck for two (2) meals. What a waste of time, space and effort. Never again will we be sitting @ a Wienerschnitzels. Too bad we forgot to take photos of the food.

We went through the drive through i guess the fact that we needed a minute added to the young lady’s frustration but when we figure it out and went to give our coupon she informed us that the coupon was broken. And she could only give us 40cent off . But i wondered why she couldn’t just ring it up for $3 to at least honor the coupon. So since it was broken we wanted to change our order and she must have gotten frustrated at that point because when we got to the window she had our order incorrectly she still had one item from the first order . She proceeded to explain with an attitude how she didn’t know we didnt want the first one anymore ( but i think she just wanted to release her aggression atp because we knew that but we still wanted the change) when we got our food we realized that after all the changes and all she still had forgotten the last item we ordered which was the small mini corn dogs!! All that attitude and the order was still wrong . That was so frustrating just to pay my money somewhere to get dinner get all that attitude and still go home without what I came there for.

I ordered a large bacon ranch chili cheese fries and other items when I got home they gave me regular chili cheese fries the people who work there really need to pay attention to doing a better job with giving the right order to the customer. I was charged for something I didn't recieve I tried calling to complain but apparently they do not awnser phones either. I highly recommend to avoid this location they recently changed management their standards have gone way down since !!!
