From Pressed I got the Acai Bowl with Banana, Strawberry and Blueberries. It was great and tasted delicious, refreshing on a hot summer’s day, however the service was mediocre and slow. It took a long amount of time for me to get to order. Overall, I would like to see some improvements and come back here again soon.

I ordered myself Acai Super Foods. It turned out to be very tasty, and most importantly, not sweet! Sugar added in moderation! But! I wanted more friendly service. The girls who take the order are clearly not in the mood to work with clients!

Got here on a Sunday early evening not too many people waiting. Ordered the acai bowls (original and super food) it came fast. There are good amount of fruits however the acai underneath was a bit runny, not frozen enough. (no it was not a hot day). A little disappointed since I was looking forward to the Acai itself.

Juice is good but some staff is helpful and some staff is rude. I walked in explaining I had never been there before and was looking for suggestions. That seemed to trigger the young lady behind the counter. The young gentleman was trying to step in and be helpful but the lady continued to seem annoyed. Ultimately we walked away with 2 drinks instead of 5 drinks. Good quality drinks but very questionable service. Which is more important to you?

I think they need to hire better quality people who are more customer service forward and smarter, and more outgoing. Usually the staff is fringe and lacks much personality. And they glare at you if you don’t leave a tip on your takeout counter order, which is absurd and ridiculous to ask for such a tip in the first place. Every time I order a freeze, it comes out a different size. Lack of consistency is truly a problem here. I think the prices are expensive for what you get, but I do like the taste.

For instance, I got energy bowl and I was surprised to taste cinnamon within the granola which is not mentioned! As a pregnant lady, I shouldn’t get that! I wish there is more care from the top management to such kind of stuff, it is super important and your target segment would mostly be people who are highly aware about their health so the least you can do, is to do the same from your end. As a customer, If you have a health condition, ensure that you articulate this point.

Don’t get the dragon fruit Hydration + it tastes like vomit. Get literally anything else. Service is great! That drink is just atrocious.

5 star products, removed 3 stars for the insane tip expectations and lack of customer service… Pressed employee had the nerve to ask for a tip after I walked over to the cooler, grabbed a pre bottled drink myself, and had to flag her down to check out. The store should be self service / honors system at this point because every time I go in I have to do the Olympics to get someone to ring me up

I ordered an açaí bowl delivered and it was completely melted like it had been sitting all day. All of the fruit was at the bottom of the bowl. It looked like it had been opened. It was disgusting.

Picture this - it’s a warm day, Easter Sunday, so only a few places are open right nearby. I’m 9 months pregnant and starting to have contractions from being overheated and dehydrated. I order a refresher drink (about $8 with tax and tip), despite the sugar content being too high for me during this pregnancy. Nonetheless, I ask for a cup of ice water as well (so I could dilute it). And the store policy is that they don’t provide any cups of water or ice. The associate suggested I try subway or target, but I had to explain I was having contractions from dehydration and wouldn’t make it without a lot of pain. Also, there’s no rush to make my drink, I had to take a seat outside and wait 7 mins before it was ready. So I’m rating this establishment a one star, which I don’t think I’ve ever done before on google reviews. I hope management sees this and reconsiders their policies. I don’t plan to return again. The Nordstrom E-Bar will be open again and they prioritize customer service (or just plain humanity).
