Great place. I'm guessing the Blizzard people keep it busy. Awesome what they do with glazed bacon too. I had a turkey melt and onion rings. Everything was tasty, freshly made and high quality. Be nice if they had a slightly more affordable combo option or free drink w Yelp check in or something but that is my only complaint. Working so close, I'll be back often.

Delicious food and super friendly staff. Felt like family from the moment I walked in. I had the turkey melt on my first visit, and liked it so much I went back for lunch the next day. They serve beer too, which is always appreciated! I'll come back next time I'm in the area for sure, lots of other menu items I'd love to try.

Cute mom and pop place decorated with anime figurines! Food was all so delicious! Loved the kimchi aioli from the Korean BBQ beef, as it went so well with everything, from the fresh made potato chips to the fries and even on my yummy veggie melt sandwich. We even tried the breakfast burrito and the egg on it was so amazing and the entire burrito was so hearty and flavorful! I was only able to eat half and save it for later. Everything was prepared well and was all tasty. And the owners and staff are all so nice. Will definitely be coming back to this gem!

This place was great because the server attended me and my best friend with great customer service. He was kind, attentive & very professional. He made us feel very comfortable and satisfied. Food arrived on time and when he notice my drink was getting low, he rushed right away to give me another refill before I can ask him for one. He is the kind of employee that every restaurant should have. Would definitely recommend him being everyone's server.

One of my favorite places in all of Irvine. There is obviously a lot of passion in these dishes, ranging from some really exotic sandwich ideas, to simple (and delicious) things like Grilled Cheese. The owner has obvious passion for his shop and it's food and it shows in the final product. Great place.

This place is, hands down, the best lunch spot in Irvine! The staff is incredible; on my first visit, the two owners Rumi and Bruce introduced themselves to me and made me feel right at home with some solid recommendations. Since my first visit, I've been back at least 2 times per week, sometimes more! I have brought my wife and father with me, and we all agree, this place is amazing! The menu may look like a traditional sandwich shop, but the amazing part is the execution; they have sweated every detail to make the food fantastic! I have tried the: Pulled pork, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Pastrami, Chicken Club, Roast Beef, Tacos (on special), chips, onion rings (THE BEST!!!), fries, tater-tots, and the pickles (home made) and they really are all exceptional. There can be a little bit of a wait at lunch time as they are popular with the local workers and each meal is made to order, but they play fun music (at reasonable levels) and they work quickly so I don't mind. One day soon I will be there for breakfast!

Came for the Sandwich, kept coming back for the Bacon. This amazing place showed up when I looked for lunch places near me, and they were incredible. The Chicken Club Sandwich is to die for. The Burger (add bacon) is amazing, and the breakfast burrito... Well, you'll just have to try that for yourself. But really, the bacon is the star of the show. It has a sweet, smoky glaze that makes your mouth water. My office and I are in love, and we show no signs of stopping. *Edit: the people are absolutely amazing. They'll recognize you, and make your experience incredible.

The employees here will remember you if you've only been here once and provide some of the best, most personal service in Irvine. The food here is great - although I've never had anything other than the KBBQ sandwich because it is so delicious I can't not get it. The only downside to this place is their limited hours - I would love to visit on a weekend.

Fantastic food and lovely service. Stumbled onto this place when I was travelling with friends and tried a little bit of a few meals. Every single one of them was superb! Strongly recommend it. The cashier, who doubled as waitress was very polite.

The first thing I noticed when we sat down was that he cleaned our table for us immediately. The food smells and tastes amqzing!!!! This is definitely a great spot to come and have a good breakfast or lunch. I will be returning with my Gf

If you are watching at your calorie intake, no worries, they have salads too. I highly recommend the Bistro Roast Beef and the Bistro Chicken.

If you are looking for good burgers, this is the place to go. Try “loaded”. Honestly it was the best burger I’ve ever had in US.

Nice hole in the wall type restaurant for burgers and sandwiches. It is hidden in what looks like an office park so most patrons are workers that work in the immediate area. But a nice independent restaurant that serves great sandwiches.

This place is a very local spot certainly catering to the businesses that surround it. Lunchtime is off the hook... always busy, always full of people on their lunch breaks from the neighboring businesses. That being said, they have figured out the exact right formula for space... high-end quality ingredients, an evolving daily specials menu that keeps people coming back, and owners that truly care about the experience and the quality of food they offer. Present hands-on management is obvious to see and the experience is elevated because of it. It's worth a try as I've had two or three of the best sandwiches I've ever put in my mouth at this place.

The food is wonderful, every dish is just lovely and the service is friendly and efficient. The only thing that makes me prefer Dalia (right across the street) is the damn noise level. Nice space but sometimes hard to eat and have a conversation so not so great for a business lunch. Other than that it's good.

Just got breakfast this morning. Outdoor seating was pleasant. it’s in an office park so car noises can be heard but didn’t bother us too much. Got breakfast burrito and french toast. Burrito is massive and had sausage and bacon. Very delicious. Had ton of potatoes which was cooked perfectly. Could use little less potatoes and more eggs maybe. French toast was really good. Also had coffee - good flavor and just right amount of cream. Good experience overall!

Randomly dropped in for lunch on a weekday. Overall experience was a little strange, it's hard to tell which way the order line goes, do you sit to get your food or wait at the counter?, should I grab my drink first or wait for my food, etc. Staff seemed very nice but a little exasperated. While I was waiting for my food, I happened to look at the soda machine and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Foodwise I got the chicken bistro club which is more of a chicken sandwich. Chicken was a little dry but overall flavor was okay. The chips killed it for me, most were stale and flavorless. Some had a funky taste. You can see racks of chips in the kitchen, uncovered, so I wasn't surprised that some weren't crispy.

I do work in the area and used to go here all the time for lunch and got the same sandwich, the Korean beef sandwich. It was amazing every time however this last time, something was different. I didn’t recognize anyone in there from any prior visits before Covid but the sandwich quality wasn’t up to par. There was literally like an oz of meat in my sandwich, 90% lettuce and cabbage. It was wild. Also there used to not be lettuce in the sandwich and it totally takes away from the sandwich’s flavor.
