Nice, quick fast-food place. I got the teriyaki burger, side salad with chicken and sweet potato fries and they were all very delicious! It was a busy day so the burger was kind of falling apart when I got it but it still tasted good nevertheless. Very good prices for a fast food restaurant and the burgers are about big Mac sized. Would definitely come back for a quick bite.

It was 2pm, fairly empty. Most of the tables were dirty, a spill on the floor had a caution sign by it and a bunch of napkins on the floor covering the spill. Apparently cleanliness has taken a second seat.

It’s a fast food place great for a quick bite if you are stranded and need something really quick .. food was ok .. the rest of the experience is just like any other fast food joint .. checked it off my list!

I bought the cookies and cream frosty drink but by the time I got the drink, it was all melted. I kindly asked them to make a new one but the staff refused, she claimed that the drink is still frosty. You can look at the picture, you can tell at the top, the whipped cream melted, and melting. On the menu, the put it as a frosty drink but it wasn't frosty at all. They had a freezer to put cold drinks in, but I saw with my own two eyes they didn't put the drink in at all. They just left the drink on the counter to melt.

Used to be my goto alternative to in&out. But they now are using a machine to cook their patties. So instead of what used be juicy burger. They now serve dry overcooked burgers. Oh and they raised thier prices again.

We visited Habit Burger & Grill and ordered a few items. The food service was a bit slow. When we got the chicken nuggets, two pieces were very small with no meat inside. When we asked for a replacement, the staff said the sizes vary, but my wife showed them the piece with no meat. They ended up replacing all of them. The food quality needs further improvement. The first experience was not good, and we’re not interested in going back.

I came here for a quick lunch but apparently it was a bad idea. Extra charge for cheese, ranch ends up 16+ dollars for a small cheeseburger, fries and drink. The taste was so so nothing stands out. I would recommend you go to in n out with better quality and quantity of food.

No sauce with my order, although shown for the 8.00 meal a side of ranch. Not paying .76 cents for ranch in Irvine. Hire more people so they don’t look so upset.

ordered 3 Santa Barbara Cob Salad as usual… just realized they used to be good but not anymore… besides salad came with the head portion of the lettuce and when shown to the manager, he said: “ What do you want me to do? “ This place is not the same anymore.

I haven’t had The Habit for quite a while and now I’m reminded why I stopped eating there. First of all the prices are absolutely ridiculous. $34 for two burgers, fries, and drinks, and it wasn’t even the double. The Bacon cheeseburger I had was about as flavorful as a piece of cardboard, plus the fries were extremely well done due to the fact that the employee threw the fries that were sitting in a tray back into the fryer to warm them up. So much like the burger, the fries were about is tasty as cardboard. I’m guessing the second round in the fryer gets rid of all the seasoning. I’m disappointed that I spent good money for absolute garbage. It’s also It’s funny that you’re always bragging about being better than In-N-Out or other burger places but, sorry you’re not.

I visited I this location while traveling, because I have had good experiences at Habit Burger in San Diego where they provide good service, not so at this location

I love these burgers, but this particular location has very bitter and rude counter personnel. I came in an hour ago to grab four burger and chicken sandwich meals for the office and I watched an employee treat another customer like trash for no good reason. I wouldn't leave a review for this normally, but it's the second time I've seen it at the Walnut/Culver location so it seems to be a recurring issue. I didn't order. I'd have lost my temper if the woman treated me like she treated the other customer. I don't need that kind of hassle on my lunch break. I left and drove all the way to the Marketplace for Chick-fil-a where I knew I'd be treated with common courtesy. It was inconvenient to have to call and get everyone's new orders, but I don't patronize restaurants with rude staff.

I have never been told “we charge for condiments” at a restaurant as big as habit. the audacity as a business baffles me. as a business include in your price of the burger to cover your cost since you can’t afford to supply your customers with condiments . don’t charge clients where NO WHERE else chargers. it makes you look absolute ridiculous and terrible service. i came here craving a burger specifically from habit but i will never come here again because this is how they treat customers. fyi i can buy a bottle of ranch for the price of 2 little cups of ranch, terrible business integrity.
