I love Arby's. Today went to this location and visit this location often, close to work. The employees are always so nice and respectful and order is always right. Today the manager DJ did a great thing. A elderly couple came in and had a coupon but she could not fine it I told him I would pay for there order , so they got there order and then I ordered and I told DJ I need to pay for there order and he said don't worry about it and I said no ill pay. He would not let me pay for there order, he said that's ok. Thank you DJ for being the kind soul you are and especially to the elderly. You are a inspiration to the young generation. Bless you!!
Drive through was extremely nice and the food was cooked very well

I was in the area & wanted Arby's to eat. I tried to use the app for discount offers & deals but over 30 minutes waiting for it to work properly ordering, applying deals & checking out online to pickup my food order I scrapped trying to use the app & ordered in person at this location. I made my order & received it way faster than using their app that sucks. In person better experience.
November 2024: This location is in a group of restaurants along a major highway, unfortunately the economy has closed several things around it making it an island in an ocean of empty buildings. It is worth the drive to get here though. The food is good. Arby's taste is not loved by all, and that's just a thing. If you do like it though, the roast beef here is served hot and juicy. The crinkle fries are always fresh because they are less ordered and not made in advance. However while waiting we saw several small batches of curly fries be prepared as they were ordered as well. Staff was very courteous, even while busy with drive through orders. The dining area was spotless! Condiments were full and supplied. Drinks and ice were clean and fully functional. It seems like most of their business is drive through, but they do not neglect the dine in area. Any time you are in the LBJ area of Irving it is worth a weekly visit, or two.
Customer service was great, food was hot, but I didn't get what I paid for! Called the store several times to let them know, you can't reach anyone. I paid for a bacon ranch combo and clearly got a mayo chicken sandwich 😔 Update: Came back next day, the manager was very understanding and apologetic and corrected my order ❤ I still bought more food! 🤣 Thanks Arby's for correcting minor error, now fix your phone so we can call you. Thanks Jose. It's always good customer service, hot fresh food and clean environment ❤
Arby's was okay. I don't normally dine there, due to heart conditions. But I decided to treat myself to a small roast beef sandwich and fries for lunch. Take out. I placed my order, waited a very short time before It was prepared and paid for it. I feel kind of bad because I went back inside to ask for some ketchup, which as it turns out, the young man that took my order DID include some. But I had failed to look and see before going inside so Thank You Sir !! Good job young man. The food was perfect. Hot & fresh. So overall it was a good experience. Thank you to all the employees who work there. Keep up the good work.
The Dr. Pepper was out at their machine and I let them know about it and it still wasn't fixed by the time I left.
I recently ordered a burger from this location and was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially since it had been over a decade since I last visited an Arby’s. The staff was professional and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The food was delicious and well worth the price. Despite the restaurant being busy, it was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
7/10 Arby's, they have the meat (and curly fries). I definitely would recommend the new spicy sauce over the sweet one, but I think the pulled pork was far better than the brisket! It's great for fast food, up there with In N Out and Slim Chickens.
Roast beef was dry and cold I waited over 5 minutes at counter to place my order ony only one person working and kept working window and ignoring me and one other person
Slowest Arby's in America & poorly ran. Never giving this location another dollar.
They are slow. I have ordered multiple times online and each time they don’t start my order until I show up and act oblivious when I say I placed an order. Don’t look at it until I’m there. While waiting 15 minutes for my mobile order, I watched two groups of people walk inside, wait 3-4 minutes, and leave because no one is at the counter or even greeted them or said “wait one minute.” It’s understaffed and unreasonably long waits for “fast food.”
I recently placed an order through Grubhub, and unfortunately my order was incorrect when it arrived. Since I had paid for a full meal that was not prepared correctly, I called the restaurant to speak with the manager to explain the situation and hopefully resolve the issue. During the call, I calmly explained that my order had been made incorrectly. The response I received from the manager was disappointing and unprofessional. Her reply was essentially, “What do you want me to do, wanna come up here and get another sandwich?” The tone and delivery came across dismissive and uninterested in resolving the problem. Given that type of response, I politely declined the offer and simply asked that they please make sure orders and food quality are monitored more carefully in the future so that customers receive what they paid for. Unfortunately, the response I received was a brief acknowledgment that felt very indifferent and lacked any concern for the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen in the food service industry, and most customers are reasonable when those mistakes are handled with professionalism and courtesy. However, customer service plays a huge role in how situations like this are resolved. A respectful and solution-focused response would have made a big difference. I hope the management team considers providing additional training on customer service and issue resolution so future concerns can be handled more professionally. Customers deserve both quality food and respectful service when issues arise.
1st time in this Arby’s girl working front desk for my Uber pick up order was rude and uninviting. When I asked for an item missing from my order, she rolled her eyes and threw it in my bag and walked off.

It seems that they no longer slice the delicious roast beef one at a time. The double roast beef i received yesterday was sliced first thing in the morning, put on hold for the lunch hour. It was the worst. If all the Arby's are doing this it may be their demise. I will not go back to this franchise unless I can disect the sandwich before I pay and leave. :( 😞 😓 😩
Ordered a Beef and Cheddar combo through the drive through. Was told to pull forward, fries would be ready in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later a lady slowly walks out and hands me my order, without a word. Same for a truck parked in front of me who had to wait, too. To top it off, see how small the sandwich is now. This is a pretty poor Arby’s location in terms of service and food. The website won’t accept this store number 7799 for feedback.
Okay so I really wanted to give Arby's a chance as I don't usually head there and wanted to try something new but what I found was repulsing. Ordered though the drive-thru and had to wait a little more than 7 minutes for my premium chicken nuggets(That's what they said they were waiting on). I had also ordered 2 other sandwiches which was fine but I felt like $3 for a large fanta is way too much and you can get a whole bottle for about the same or less. I get home to start enjoying my food and finished my drink quickly as a good amount of it was just ice. After opening the lid to munch on the ice, I discover a dead fly just sitting on top of the ice. I don't have any flies in my home or my car and I never opened the lid before that point so I know that it was from this establishment. I haven't felt so disgusted in my life and can't help but think if they were messing with the rest of my food those 7 minutes after they handed me my drink. The same food I had already consumed at this point mind you. It really feels like they placed bugs in my food because how else is a fly going to get inside a drink with a lid on it? A health and safety inspector need to be aware of this location because this is just unacceptable.
I ordered 2 Larger Curly fries and 1 Large regular fry. 1 of the large curly fries was fresh. Unfortunately the two other fries were old and chewy. I tried to call the number listed, to organize a replacement but it’s a bad number. I work until after they close so I won’t be able to take my order up tonight. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to eating the curly fries and giving my coworker the regular. Kinda bummed me out. I hope they update that number soon.
