Was staying in the hotel next door overnight. Dennys is a 60 second walk. Kenneth took my order over the phone. I was DESPERATE for a good salad after all the holiday junk food. He asked all the right questions and supplied me with extra dressing. Young man who performed his job to perfection. Grilled chicken salad was 100% spot on!

I ate here with my wife while we were in town for a rangers game . We had Blanca as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing . The restaurant was very busy but she never missed a beat . Our drinks were never empty and every need was met before asking . I would be back just for her !

Love their 55+ menu! Great values!! Food is very tasty and price is awesome! In recent months, I have been hooked on their Wild Alaskan Salmon dinner with wild rice and steamed broccoli! The quality and price are great! I usually add a side salad, which is very good, too! I'm trying to eat healthier since my heart procedure, so since I discovered this plate, I usually dine here 2 -3 times a month!

Had a great experience. We ordered pick up around midnight after a concert. They did appear to possibly be short staffed. The female employee I saw though was working hard. She was trying to get to everyone as quickly as she could. She was very friendly and polite. Our order was correct. All of it tasted great. I had never had the red potatoes but really enjoyed them. I would definitely visit this locations again.

For a Denny’s this was by far the cleanest one I have been to in a long time, including the bathroom. The food was good, and every order was perfect. Even the eggs weren’t broken or overcooked. Our waitress was attentive and service was good. Overall a great experience.

Went into Denny's Sunday morning, had the pleasure of erik taking care of us. He gave great customer service. Our food was hot and tasty! He kept my coffee hot and full. Dennys has always been my favorite diner but this location is truly remarkable. Once I entered the establishment I was welcomed by the staff and my server was friendly and very accommodating. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.My food was cooked in a timely manner, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chef Kavon is truly gifted and talented with his craft. Overall this was an amazing experience and can’t wait till I return.

Misty c was an actual blessing and brought the southern charm to Texas!!! I came from some friends for a concert and she was super sweet to us telling us we were cute. She warned us we would have a weight it was very accommodating and despite her saying the guy was new he made the food (French toast with cream and berries) was impeccable and came with so much food. She was only working with him during midnight but they were a dream team and did their best handing the door dashers and notifying people of the wait!! Would come back to Texas just for her🙌🙌

First time I’ve been to this location in two years. It has changed completely, employees actually enjoying and having fun at there job, i seen smiles and great customer service! Esmeralda was my Server and she did an outstanding job! She kept my coffee hot and filled, my food came out perfect, so hot a fresh! It even looked amazing! The new manger Ashly was talking to every table and helping her servers take care of a dining room full of guests, not once did I not see her smiling and working right along with her team! Great job dennys with this new manager. The restaurant is looking cleaner and the staff and environment is now inviting and welcoming! I will be returning on a Friday basis from now on!

The waitress was good, except she could not quite understand what I was asking for. I wanted to make a mocha with coffee and a pack of Coco. However she brought me one cup of hot cocoa and then a cup for coffee. So instead of getting coffee with cocoa powder in it, I had a cup of coffee and a cup of hot chocolate. Eventually I just told her no coffee. Outside of that everything was delicious and she tried to overcompensate for her error. I would definitely visit again and I hope to get her again she was a good server she just laughed comprehension on some of my english. Oh the place does need just a little bit of a facelift. This would give it a much more welcome environment.

It was good. The staff are all working hard together. They are a little better than they were a few years ago when we stopped going there. Geronimo is a great long time employee. He was our waiter and it was nice to see him still there. It was a pleasant experience.

Arrived about 1 am and it was really quiet. My friend and I ate from the breakfast menu. The food was good, although the pancake syrup was very stringy, suggesting xanthan gum was used as a thickener, which could mean lower calories than for maple syrup.

I ordered the ultimate omelette and two buttermilk pancakes. Very good, enjoyed it. Our waitress was very patient with us because we were having a difficult time made a decision on what to order. Our order was really quick but the assistance of our waitress made a mild mistake by serving us the wrong order. Which is the reason for my 4 star score instead of 5 stars. He, the assistance; did make it a point to come back to our table to apologize and took the blame for the mishap. The restaurant has received a renovation recently and was amazed with the new look. Overall, good food, great service even though a small portion of our order was not giving, but did not charged. Small mistake and all is forgiving. I recommend you to give it a try.

Everything was good with the exception of the maple syrup bottle would on drip out the syrup. I was told you have to remove the nozzle on the top to pour the syrup. Not very hygienic with everyone touching the nozzle top to pull it off. This system should be changed.

Denny's has always been a good default breakfast spot for us. Morning or night. This visit we were there around 10pm. Service could have been better, but not because our waiter didn't take care of us. He did the best he could. For being the only waiter taking orders, bringing drinks, and being the cashier as well, he did an amazing job. He was a young guy working evenings on Thursdays. Short staff was too blame, not our waiter. This is the only reason why I gave it 3 stars on service. Regular pancakes have improved a great deal. I almost always order the Lumber jack slam. Eggs scrambled with cheese. Other plate is a Chicken Cobb salad. If you like breakfast for dinner, Denny's is a great place to cure the late night craving.

Wait was long to be seated and nobody even greeted at the door to acknowledge that I was waiting. Then after eating I waited 25 minutes and still didn't receive a ticket to pay with. Walked to the front and waited another 15 minutes for anyone to just acknowledge me. Food was good and besides eggs being undercooked it was hot and fresh. Interaction with staff was not overly friendly but also not rude.

The food was delicious like all Denny restaurants! Seeing job applications on the table is a bit weird but then when you hear the waitress complaining about people showing up to work late it makes a lot of sense. We went for breakfast at 5:30am there was about 7 or 8 different tables occupied in the restaurant and only one lady to buss the all! I felt bad for her because there's no way you can deliver good service to that many tables by yourself. Service was not good but alas it was not the ladies fault.

Event though it was busy, we were able to get seated fairly quickly. We received our food and it was good, except for the hash browns that were a bit overcooked, the top was tough instead of crispy. Our waitress was great. When paying, whomever was at the registered was rushed and impatient. Overall, it was good but a few things could make it outstanding.

They didn't have grits on the menu, which should be a staple for any breakfast place in the south! And the food was good but way overpriced for what we ordered. I just wanted an egg and toast with coffee. He rang everything up a la carte and it was almost $12! I could have ordered a grand slam for less but I didn't want to waste the extra food, and I had no idea those few items would add up to so much. I would rather go to another place if given the choice, like Country Cafe.

Everything was going well until someone pointed out that my child had accidentally dropped a little bit of egg. I know it’s bad, but it was an accident. He didn’t mean to do it, and he didn’t make any comments about someone else’s child running around the restaurant. Honestly, it made me feel bad. I tried to leave as soon as possible.

I ordered an omelette with ham, spinach, etc. All the ingredients we're in the middle of a folded piece of egg. Typically omelette ingredients are mixed into the egg so this was pretty odd.

I went to the location at 11pm. I went in and sit down. I was handed the menu. I was asked what I wanted to drink. Which I ordered a water with lemon. Then my waitress left to go wait other tables. I waited over an hour for her to come take my order. Which she did not. Even other customers told her that I’ve been waiting too long. All I Wanted to order was a Wanted to order was an Apple crisp. She still did not take my order. After asking another waiter, what was going on. She said that the cooks were cleaning the machine that does the apple crisp. My waitress should’ve told me that earlier. So after waiting an hour, I decided to leave. I’ve never had any problems with this location until now. That is wrong. So I’m gonna take my service elsewhere.

The restaurant is nice. I ordered out since I had just flown into town. There weren't many people in the restaurant but it took a bit of time with getting the food. The Staff were kind. The boneless wings and chicken fingers are really salty in the build your own sampler. Everything else was okay!

Well I didn't go in the restaurant. But when I received my food my hash brown was weak looking 😭. When you pay hard earned money on weak looking food. It's sad I don't complain often. So for me to complain is rare. Anyways I hope that the owner or corporate office sees this and fixes the problem. I feel like they should have gave me my money back. Naturally I would have went back to the restaurant however the roads were bad and people were already getting stuck so I did not.

I'm Grateful for getting my food in a decent time manner. Went there early in the morning between 2-4 am, ordered my food which was an omelet, hotcakes, and skinned red potatoes, The potatoes were seasoned well, yet the omelet was bland. I understand that there are people with HBP and other things but I'm not talking about salt by itself, I'm talking about seasoning! Lol they gave me condiments to compliment the food though. I didn't want to dine in because it was too cold in there.

While the food and service were great, the atmosphere needs updating and general pricing is beyond expensive. Hard, small booths of vinyl should be updated to all tables like newer establishments. Went for the $5 breakfast deals advertised on television. Only 1 is $5 and most breakfast meals are $15 which is ludicrous to spend for one breakfast. And drinks are all $4.20 - highest charge for a drink I’ve ever had. My $5 breakfast turned into $10 just by adding a single coffee. Come on this isn’t Starbucks. It’s basic brew.

As I entered the restaurant, I saw a sign that read. Please wait to be seated, I waited and noticed this. Young man, in the dining area with his arm raised and two fingers, extended, pointing down towards one of the booths he was standing next to. My wife and I walked over and sat down. The young man didn't offer a greeting , we ordered decaffeinated coffee , we were served coffee, but we had to wait to ask for creamer, we added the creamer to the coffee and realized he served us coffee that had been sitting on the burner way to long, it tasted horrible, I asked if this coffee was fresh ,and he said yes, my wife took a sip of her coffee and told him this is not fresh coffee this coffee is terrible, the young man told us it would be at least 3 minutes to brew fresh coffee, of course we said okay, we'd like to have fresh coffee, Next, the young man served us our food, and they forgot to make the toast, so again, I had to wait. The young man never returned to ask if we needed a refill or syrup for the pancakes. He stayed kneeling in a booth facing the door, texting on his phone, We spent $46 on this meal , it's was 9 am, not a busy morning, and 4 booths occupied. I spoke with the lady in charge, letting her know that the service was terrible. She responded well he's off tomorrow, and everyone is tired today. It's not something I expected to hear, but this restaurant clearly has a problem with serving customers and proving a pleasant experience

Not sure what was going on tonight. This place was disheveled and totally lost. We had no server for nearly thirty minutes. Ss I got up to complain, I realized that other tables were just as disappointed as we were. There were a number of servers here, but no one seemed to be able to coordinate service for our party of nine. You want to know where the manager was? She was somewhere, nowhere near close enough to manage the dumpster fire in the dining room. Our server was a bright spot in the otherwise frustrating evening but don't expect normal service here. The kitchen was quick and our orders were correct. Major props for that! We were there almost two hours and at least half an hour was spent simply waiting to be helped. Two people didn't get their coffee and only two of us got a refill-that's when the other two got their first cup. Not a good experience, at all!

Waitress didn’t listen when I told her that I DID NOT want cheese on my eggs. I didn’t want to make a fuss about it when I did get the cheese on my eggs to make her job a little bit easier, then my bill shows that I got a $1.29 up charge for cheese. I mention it and her response was “Well you still ate it.” I’m usually a pretty generous tipper (I still left her $3+), but her “shut up and pay” attitude ruined my experience. I’ll find an IHOP next time I’m in Irving.

Had the same empty cups the entire time we were there. Not 1 refill offered. Even placed 4 empty cups at the edge of the table as to notify they needed refilling. I rate them low because I ordered a meal online and they did not have my order .I asked for a refund no one would help me. I spoke to the general manager sent him my receipt and all he did not help . If anyone wants to look into this I came in on Dec 12 at 630pm.

On two different occasions I've placed on online order get a message that my order is ready only to get there and the waitress/cashier tells me to wait while she take orders from guest eating there. She's literally 10 steps away from my order. Instead of grabbing my order from the counter she walks off as if I'm asking for free food. WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING ON LINE IF YOU MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WAIT UNTIL YOU WAIT ON TABLES. ****HIRE HELP**** Or better yet hire workers who want to work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I watched 5 people come in after my husband and I get there drink and food orders take. While we sat for 30minutes (not even kidding) waiting. 3 different servers walked past us. MULTIPLE times. There was even a worker who had pointed out that our order hadn’t been taken yet and the server came over and went to someone completely different!!!! We decided to just leave… terrible

It’s Memorial Day and it’s understandable how busy they are but there was literally no one signing people in, then the supposedly manager was checking people in and kept skipping bigger parties when there was more than enough space. As soon as we were seated which was 30min after we go there our food took an hour and a half to get there and it was cold!!! After letting him know it was cold he still tried to charge us the cold food. He was just rude and didn’t even care for customer service. Never coming again.

Watched the night manager being very unsanitary in preparation of food wiping counter with glove while on her hand then handling the customer food. Pored new lettuce into plastic bucket the picked up.lettuce of dirty prep station and put it on top of what she had just put in bucket. Nicole the waitress was very professional and personable. You manager shouldn't be in that position if she can't prep in the proper way and be sanitary. I'll never eat there again

I came for Tuesday breakfast there were many empty tables. The manager told me to sit anywhere. I sat down for more than 12 minutes and no one brought me a menu or asked if I wanted anything to drink. I watched the two servers from where I was sitting in the kitchen behind the counter just talking didn't care that I was there and I was not attended. I got up to walk out and walked right past the manager the two waitresses they all looked at me & said nothing. I drove 5 minutes to IHOP and I was immediately served my breakfast with inside of the 10 minutes of me entering the restaurant... And IHOP had a full restaurant at the time I entered.

Never ate. Called prior to arrival. No answer. Watched patron request take out container 3 times while wait staff/cashier recounted cash multiple times while some one else’s food sat on hot area for 15 min. FINALLY told us to have a seat while she retrieved cold burger for someone else. We left!!

Who ever owns this place doesn't care about anything because people will go there since they are the only dennys around. Everything was sticky, My stake was raw, the eggs were clear, the pancakes burnt, and the manager no where to be found. Seriously if you dont have a cook just shut it down instead of risking some one getting sick! 🤢

I cannot really recommend this place. We went there, as it was late and we were hungry after the flight and needed to grab something. Would never go back. I give 4 stars to people, as they were nice and it's not there fault. It's the food, it was... I don't know what to say. Salmon was overcooked and tasteless, salad was outdated, lasagne was not lasagne at all, I have no idea what it was made of, but it was surely not true lasagne, not even close.

Terrible service!!! They take forever to serve the food, the waitresses don't attend to the tables, there are no napkins or cutlery, and it's not clean either.

Walked in at 8:45 am and waitress was rude and to touchy touchy with my family. Food took more than 25 minutes and it was not cooked right. Eggs were made wrong and had to wait 10 more minutes to get them te made. They were raw and looked nasty. We asked for over hard eggs and got something disgusting! Restrooms are also filthy! Visiting family and will never return!!

Me & my husband walked in waited to be seated for a server to walk by rudely sit wherever you want I’m glad she wasn’t our server, Then another server white guy really tall came took our order he was friendly I guess but had a frown on his face our whole visit, he was not attentive as we waited for a refill for 15 minutes we ordered nachos and 2 pieces of French toast we didn’t get any napkins & had to ask, the nachos the chips were crispy fresh but the meat & cheese were cold not sure why, the French toast was hot it was good. Nachos I wanted to send back but the guy was all frowned up so we asked for the check and left while waiting an elderly couple came in & the Mexican server lady was rude to them as well she walked passed them several times for about 10 minutes & then went to there table what can I help you with rudely so the man grabbed his wife’s hand & walked out, I looked at the server and she was rolling her eyes behind their backs saying something in Spanish. I nor my family will visit this location again.

I feel so disappointed with Denny's restaurant each day they lowered their standards when it comes to hiring the right people for their restaurants they just hired anyone with no type of common sense,no experience,nasty,lazy,rude, horrible food quality, extremely lame customer service they need to be shut down.

The food was terrible and the customer service was even worse!! Nothing had seasoning on it.

This Denny's location needs a new cook, we had a party of 3 and ourbteakfast bill was 90.00 we didn't get anything fancy but the prices here are ridiculous. I would not care if our bill was 90 if the food was at least ok this food was cold, not fully cooked and you can taste the grease on the pancakes. Worst experience ever get a new cook one that at least knows how to use a stove.

Easily the worst experience ever at a dennys. I ordered 3 items and recieved 1 then was ignored! I had to leave cash on the table and walked out and still nothing was said!

So I Just got out of the ER been there for like 10 hours. I'm hungry and want a cup of coffee. Order a slam burger and coffee. The coffee tasted burnt. I'm like ok it's 3pm on a Sunday than my meal comes the egg was burnt too, burger dry over cooked. But I to haven't ate anything in 1 hours. So I threw the egg aside and managed to eat about 1/2 the burger . The server never came back after serving me to even ask if everything was ok. I asked another server for a Togo box for my dog. Because at $15 for a burger I thought at least my dog will be happy waiting all that time for me to come home. Still no check I go to the register to tell someone how bad and expensive Denny's food has gotten. Low and behold there's my server coming to the register. Still hasn't asked how was the food. So I generally don't say much, but today I say man that was the worst meal I think I ever had at Denny's. His response was WELL YOUR PLATE WAS CLEAN. Not the response I expected. I say it's clean because 1. I've been in the ER for 10 hours and haven't ate anything.2. the food was barely good enough for my dog to eat. He pauses for a minute and walks away. I don't know if all Denny's are this badly ran and way over priced. But I know one thing I will never be treated like this again at Denny's, Because they lost me and my families as customers for life.

Food was good Service not so good Unprofessional to talk about your pay and what your paycheck was Your bad relationship with your manager Being on the phone and cussing in the background when you have two tables in there It was not busy… 2 tables the kitchen cook had to ring the bell because of how long our food was at the kitchen window. We ordered two burritos and two waters Got our burritos eventually Not our waters I tipped something I was this close to not tip at all Should have not based on everything she was saying I didn’t go on my break for lunch to hear a pity party

This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had. We walked in around 9:40pm ish was immediately seated. As we were seated the waiter tells us he will come back to get our drink in about 6 minutes. Okay, cool. No issues, there are about 7 tables in the restaurant at this time, we understand. About 8 minutes pass and the server comes back and gets our drinks. It's super fast turnaround from our drink order back to us with drinks. Now it takes a nose dive. The server left after dropping drinks and says he'll be back. It was almost 10 minutes before he came back around to us. Now I checked the time on my phone and when he came back to get our order it was around 9:58- 10pm. We order our food and am told it will be about a 29 minute wait. Okay, a little long but understandable it's a bit busy. At exactly 10:20pm our server comes over to use and says, " there is going to be a delay in your food. Our cook is getting ready to leave, and the next one won't be here until 11. Do you want to wait that long to have your order put in?" So not only for the last 20 minutes our food order hasn't been placed in the system nor was it being prepped and cooked. The mental process behind that isn't making any sense. So mathematically, from the moment we walked in to if we had hypothetically stayed for the other cook at 11pm. If we walked in at 9:40ish and the approximate cook time would have been 29 minutes with the new cook being on time and tossing our food on the grill as soon as he stepped behind the grill we would have essentially spent 1 hour and 45 minutes just waiting for two entrees. So we tell him no thank you and go to leave and he says he will meet us at the register. We tell him as we get to the front, "hey how do you feel about not charging me for those two drinks a coke and a sweet tea." His exact words were "I don't feel good about that at all. I have to charge you for the drinks." Because we're not total a-holes we paid $8.64 for a Coke and Tea and absolutely terrible experience.

It's not worth it anymore, 31 dollars for food I could have made at home for 5, I asked for no gravy on my meal due to dairy issues and guess what? my meal was fully smothered in gravy. I sucked it up and of course my stomach said otherwise.

We arrived at 15 after midnight there was only 2 other customers in the place. We where handed our menus and was told we could find a clean table. We found a table and found what we wanted and we waited. No one came to check on us or get drink orders. I called there number and I could hear it ringing but there was no answer. Finally had to go up to the registrar and asked for assistance. The guy came back took our orders my friend ordered a French toast slam with a glass of milk. I requested an ultimate omelet with raspberry tea. We received our drinks and then waited and waited so long we went outside for a cigarette, we returned to our table and waited some more. The guy finally brought out my plate and about 3-4 minutes later he brings my friends plate. We where there for an hour and a half. The place was dirty dishes piled up. The whole time we where there they never cleared a single table. Only thing good I can say was the food was passable for a formulated menu. They really need a night supervisor in there overseeing operations. This experience was enough to make me never want to go back at any time of the day.
