The burgers we're pretty big and cheap for the price. It was very good and the corn dog was good also. The place inside was a little noisy so my order was wrong but rhe drive thru was pack so I understand. The cuos are also a very nice size. Definitely recommend.

Visiting Griff's for the last 12 years and the food is always the same and delicious. I have fond memories of eating here with my parents and now I eat here by myself occasionally but never stop enjoying those burgers. The hospitality has been great and can't remember any experience being bad. Every order whether dine in or drive thru, the orders usually take from 5-7 minutes once they announce on their intercom. It's not too pricey and affordable on your wallet even with this inflation 2022.

The food here was great and the service was very fast! There was a long line in the drive thru but it moved very quickly. The person who took my order could barely hear me but he never sounded annoyed. I got the chicken sandwich, it was juicy and very hot! A lot of fast food places serve dry chicken sandwiches but this one was delicious! My daughter got a cheeseburger and loved it! The employees were very nice as well. I would eat here again

THEIR chicken IS THE BEST chicken EVER and they have really good fries. I would definitely recommend this place.

I believe the names of the items are misleading “big giant” and such but very really good burger joint. They only serve “large” fries but they aren’t like whataburgers large fries to me I thought were small 👎🏾 but the quality of the burgers are way above average and taste better than then fast food chains we all know. My fiancé showed me this place and begged me to come and try their food for the first time. I got to say this place is clean and well maintenance for a very small building, a lot of people here so don’t come busy hours you may wait like like 7-10mins just to order food inside line and maybe 20mins at the drive thru.. Me personally love their root-beer floats was the best I ever had and make reminisce about the times I would get some with my mother back in Oklahoma ❤️ would I recommend this place? Yes! Of course the workers are very nice people! There is accessibility for handicapped people as well but for the parking no so they should available spots.

Very inexpensive and good food. I’ve been told to go to griffs for years but have never been. Finally made the trip and the food was alright. My burger patty was pretty dry. The fries and onion rings were pretty good. Fried apple pies were good. Nothing too extraordinary. A lot of the tables were messy and there was trash on the floor or on the table. I’d probably go to a different branch.

Been hearing about this place for a very long time. I’m an advocate of supporting local and small businesses. The line might look intimidating, but it moves quick! You can taste the difference in the burgers and fries here. Their milkshakes have just enough malt and consistency to them. Worth the drive if you haven’t been!

First time customer. I got the special of the day. A Bacon, BBQ Burger, Fries and a medium coke. $7.19. A good deal, right? The help was fairly new so I won't blame them. No BBQ Sauce and 1 sliver of bacon. The overall taste of the burger was just ok. The fries were great! The coke was flat. I didn't complain. Just ate and left. I thought I was in for a treat. Boy, I was disappointed. Been there, done that. No need for me to return.

I like Griffs but 3 different times I have traveled to eat at the Irving location and have been disappointed in their lack of cleaning. It was not busy and I had to clean the table. All the tables were dirty. If you show your customers a dirty place, what are you doing in the kitchen with the food? I thought that mabe they were just busy before i arrived. I did not see any cleaning the whole time I sat there eating. But, I did see a lot of other customers disgusted by the filth they were forced to endure.

Amber, is what the staff told me is her name . i’m not sure if it is or not. I’m assuming she was the manager or supervisor in this establishment . I came in around 3:45 and order with the cashier . I’m waiting by the counter because i’m not sure how it works. Amber proceeds to yell the order number so obnoxiously loud while i’m standing like 2 ft away. Mind you theres a microphone where they call out the numbers . The other staff members used this microphone and it sounded professional . When she yelled this it sounded like she was taking all her anger/ frustration out . there’s no need to yell when there’s a function microphone . Then she is bossing around employee in front of Customers ( including myself ) . very unprofessional. also not to mention she’s not wearing a hair net( the other staff were it’s in picture ) and she’s working in the kitchen. i wouldn’t recommend coming here to dine in . i would just go to the drive thu . the food isn’t bad for the price , but that whole Amber thing was really unprofessional. Then Amber yelled at me again as i was walking out the establishment off the top of her lungs . it was really loud . then she was laughing . i’m not sure if it was to mock me or she just wasn’t aware of how loud she is .i hope this establishment gets better management .

Well very disappointed. It’s the rush of lunch time so why was my 2 orders tasted like the meat and fries been sitting under a heat lamp for hours? Got the #7 and my checked fried steak was hard and not even warm. The veggies tasted old and barely any mayo. For the number 3 also and the fries were soft and cold and tasted like they been in a bag for hours. I was clear when I said I’d like the number 3 with mustard and large Diet Coke. When the girl at the window gave me my drink it was a medium … I told her it should have been a large she had an attitude and then said that will be 30 cents more . Then gave me my drink overfilled and the top was leaking. This was during lunch rush so why was everything so bad?! 20$ not worth it and I didn’t even finish my food cause it was so bad …. There are too many options out there to settle for this kind of bad service and food

Tried this place but I was very disappointed. The cashier that took my order was talking and I couldn't understand him. Our food came out fast. Fast because they use pre cooked patties. Terrible. The fries were cold .I sent them back and they made fresh ones. The workers were just standing around playing on their phones. They hate their job. I would not ever return.
