Jason’s Deli in Irving is always a go-to spot for me, and every time I come here I stick with the salad bar — it’s that good. Fresh ingredients, plenty of choices, and always well-stocked no matter what time of day. I took my son here on Sunday night and we both enjoyed it. Everything was clean, the staff kept the salad bar fresh and organized, and the service was friendly. What I appreciate most is the consistency — every visit I know I’ll get crisp veggies, quality toppings, and a wide variety that makes the salad bar stand out from anywhere else. The atmosphere is comfortable, family-friendly, and easy for a quick dinner or a healthier option when eating out. This location continues to deliver great food and great service. Highly recommend Jason’s Deli in Irving, especially if you’re a fan of a well-done salad bar. Definitely 5 stars.

From the moment we walked in, Manager Wayne made us feel truly welcomed — like we were visiting a friend or family member instead of just stopping for lunch. We weren’t sure what we wanted, but he took the time to guide us through the menu and even added his own witty twist to the food options, which made the experience fun and easy. The combination of his warmth, humor, and genuine care created a comfortable, family-style vibe that you just don’t find everywhere. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and thanks to Wayne, we left not only full but smiling. We will definitely be back!

Feels like home until you wait a few minutes too long for the food, but it's the closest one I have and they are super nice. Good menu!! Mix your black forest tea with hibiscus tea yum, add a lemon wedge.... perfection.

Dropped my dog at the groomer and waddled into Jason’s Deli feeling pretty "meh." Boom! In comes Wayne, the manager, with a greeting so warm it could toast bread. His cheerfulness was contagious. Had the spicy gumbo with corn muffins—mouthwateringly awesome! I hadn't had such a fresh lunch from Jason’s since I left Las Colinas. Totally forgot how great this spot is. Definitely my new go-to lunch place when the dog’s getting a trim. Be nice to Wayne; he's a gem!

I recently dined at Jason's Deli, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The menu boasts a variety of well-crafted sandwiches, salads, and soups that cater to diverse tastes. What stood out to me was the reasonably fast service; I didn't have to wait long to savor my meal. For my order, I chose the Santa Fe chicken sandwich paired with a bowl of Irish potato soup, and I was thoroughly pleased with my choices. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich had a perfect blend of flavors and textures, making it a satisfying choice. The Irish potato soup was rich and comforting, making it the ideal accompaniment. Overall, Jason's Deli offers a solid dining experience with its diverse menu options, efficient service, and delicious food. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with a variety of choices.

What's not to love about Jason's Deli?? The sandwiches are phenomenal, the salsa is made fresh every day as is the strawberry shortcake. The salad bar is the best 😁 And free ice cream 🍦 after your meal?? This place is awesome 😎 The service is great too 👍

Even though today my friend had to take her food to go because of system failure I have nothing bad to say. They are always nice and food is good. Employees kept apologizing for the delay due to system failure and tried to inform everyone as they came in. During lunch time sometimes we don't have time to finish our food , it takes a while to come out, because it gets pretty busy. Only once i was not satisfy with my order but I know mistakes can be made so it didn't stop me from going back. I love the fire chicken soup and today we had the papa verde which was amazing. It's so big that I couldn't even finish half of it. I order their soup everytime I go. Main reason I go is because I want the fire chicken soup.

Be aware that the salad lady picks up the salad with dirty gloves! I have reported this issue twice to management and nothing has changed.

Great sandwiches, but I'm here for the salad bar. Clean fresh and enough options to keep me happy. The Managers special is a great deal. Any recommendations for a good salad bar? I miss sweet tomatoes.

Probably the worst chicken salad I have ever had, it was all pineapple. The fruit cup was good and the weight staff was very nice and nice atmosphere but the food is very disappointing.

I ordered two manager special meals on DoorDash so the Dasher showed up without my two drinks that we were only given the choice to order in a 32 ounce at $3.99 apiece so I called the store because it’s up to them to make sure the Dasher has my order in full when he walks out the door and they blame the Dasher for not telling them that I had two drinks. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Very argumentative with me and refused to take accountability for their mistake. I order here often, but I will never order there again extremely disappointed.

First time here and I'm not impressed. Not inclined to go back either. I ordered a bowl of spicy seafood gumbo... It tasted old. Like several days in the pot and watered down to thin it out. Threw it away after a few sponge of it. I also ordered Santa Fe chicken sandwich. It was ok, but not worth $10. I've gotten better from Schlotzky's for less. Trying to get someone's attention to get my pick up order was problematic and I waited more than 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and that's because I got there 5 minutes early. Never going back.
