Phenomenal staff! I’ve NEVER written a review before for anything in my life. I had such an amazing first time experience (yes that’s right, I’ve never been before ever) at Outback. Upon walking in tonight we were greeted by the hostess and manager Timmy. When they asked how we were, I told them it was my first time! Timmy the manager said he was going to send over a complimentary blooming onion to which he did. We were so thankful for his hospitality right off the bat. Bobby our server, was nothing short of an angel. His upbeat personality and kind/warm demeanor made our experience so amazing. He went out of his way to make my first time dining here special by frequently checking in and being attentive. The bus staff was on their A game as well. One of the employees Shane was so friendly and came over to say he wanted to make my first experience great. Our food lived up to the hype but what really stood out was the staff. Even as we left, the tall hostess went out of his way to open the door and wish us a goodnight. Every staff member was phenomenal and deserves the praise. Bobby really made us want to come back and dine again! We hope the staff is recognized for their hard work.

I lived in this area for 12 years and finally tried Outback Steakhouse. The Filet Mignon here was cooked to perfection and delicious. My wife and kids enjoyed the burgers and Mac & cheese. The $8 miked drinks were great and priced well. My server, Stephen, was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated that the manager checked on us periodically and gave my children a complimentary dessert. Overall, this was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

It was a hot summer night, and I decided to take the family out to eat because it was too hot to cook at home. We decided on a big booth because everyone in my family is tall. Unfortunately, the booth was too tight and uncomfortable. I felt claustrophobic sitting in there, so we moved to a table in the middle. It was a little noisy from where we had moved from. There were three big families surrounding us, and the kids were talking loud and screaming, but there's little I could do about that. Eventually, everyone left around the same time, and it got nice and quiet. The blooming chicken was nice as it was hot, fresh, and tender. The broccoli was a little mush, but the garden salad I had was great. I can't have certain foods anymore, so that was the closest thing to me having that was fairly healthy. Our server was very attentive. I don't remember her name, but she was super sweet and helpful with making us feel comfortable, especially myself. I'm a big guy 6'5 with knee issues, so I had to find somewhere comfortable to sit.

Jessica & Brandon are fantastic wait staff, they make a huge difference in customer satisfaction and should be recognized for their great service. Manager Brittny is also one of the best I have found, very professional and able to ensure her customers have a great experience. Outback is lucky to have them. my mom is 92 and we enjoy our lunch specials.

My husband and I went for dinner at Outback this Friday and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the bartenders, Jess and Barry (I hope I got his name correct). They were not only friendly and engaging but also made the atmosphere fun despite how busy it was. I was pleasantly surprised when they checked my ID, which made me feel appreciated. Throughout the visit, they ensured that we were well taken care of, and we never had to wait long for anything we requested. Overall, great service from great people!

I visited this outback location for the first time I was greeted with a friendly smile and walked to our table. Upon reviewing the menu with my son we decided to order from the seasonal menu, our server Sarah was very knowledgeable about her menu and answered questions we had about our meal choices. We was hungry so we finished the warm bread with butter in like one bite so our server offered more. The service was quick because our meals came out in minutes 8oz sirloin with 2 sides and French onion soup as a dip, I had never thought of dunking my steak into a soup and tasted amazing. During the course the manager Miguel stopped by to greet us and asked if everything is well and made sure that our drinks were refilled. All in all this Outback location is excellent In all Service Quality Food And smiles Workers are happy one of them at the bar mentioned that she feels like her co workers are family.

Shane was our host for the night . He was AMAZINGGGGGGG if my table could’ve had 2 servers I would’ve loved for him to be the second alongside Julia (our server) who was JUST as amazing . Shane greeted us and got us very excited for our drinks and food right at the door 😂 before we even sat down we were excited because of him . He came and checked on us before he left for the night . Great smile , great conversation so welcoming . JULIAAAAAAAA was amazing literally catered to EVERYTHINGGG . No complaints she came back fast and checked on us frequently .

I was starving from moving a couch close by the store. From the moment I walked in, I felt among friends. Delicious fish, was my only wish. I was treated special from my waiter named nick. As a person of color, I really mattered which made it special to just sit and eat listening to others chatter. Loved the hostess, with a smile 😃 on her face. When she spoke I felt welcomed. That simply was all I need. I will clearly go back, for some more of that service.

Island Park location: Been doing the Outback thing lately. With prices rising at most restaurants you can really get a decent deal here! The $10 take-home meal is definitely a draw. Go for the steak or the salmon. We usually do the $14.99 or $19.99 3 course deal. I usually order the steak with a sweet potato and a salad or veggie. I haven't tried the burger yet but my dad really enjoyed it. This time I tried the shrimp on the barbie and liked it. Make sure to sign up for rewards. I think you get $5 after spending $70. It expires in 90 days so make sure you get back there in time. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. They really make an effort to fulfill your requests. Family friendly and kid menu. There's dining room or bar seating. Bar has several screens for different sporting events. Interesting selection of cocktails as well as beers on tap. They do a Happy Hour from 3-7 pm.

Where do I start? I'm a regular customer of Outback Steakhouse. I used my app to reserve a table at 7:45PM. Upon entrance, the hostess was bit rude (appears she was having an off day due to the place was overly busy). Then our waitress takes the icing of the cake (offset mood). Let's make a long story short...what started off as a rocky start, was quickly remedied by Diane (Manager) and was very apologetic where she changed our waiter. We were greeted politely from our new waiter named Jack and serve us for the remaining of our stay (he was checking up on us frequent if we was in need of anything). Our food was great and everything went well. I wanted to extend a sincere THANK YOU to the manager Diane for truly going above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. This is a staple of an example of how you make a chain restaurant successful and have repeat customers. I had a great experience at Outback last night. Our waiter Robert was such a sweetheart. He was attentive, didn’t rush us, made great recommendations. Highly recommended him as a waiter. The food was good. I had the Croc-tail drink it was pretty (it had shimmer dust in it ) and came with a toy, it was a win win for me.

The food and service are definitely worth the price. Just one little thing, there's "old house" smell in the restaurant, which isn't very pleasant. Highly recommend Kookaburra WINGS! VERY GOOD seasoned and juicy, the blue cheese sauce just made it even better. 22 Oz Bone-in ribeye, of course one of the must-trys. I ordered it in midium, perfectly cooked. And it is Huge!! Crab cakes are not bad. I was kinda worried they may bought them frozen, but they are house made for sure. Froster's Lager freshly coming from the tap, a good match for the wings and steaks. Haha BTW, I love the honey wheat bread sooo much.

The food at Outbacks is always delicious, and my recent experience was no exception. However, the restaurant was cold, which is often the case in the winter, not just at this location but every one that I've been to. We also found our server to be less attentive than we would have liked.

First visit to this neighborhood spot was a little lackluster with the host. The male server was good in making up for the lack of customer service. Second visit was good and also the service provided. The steak was good, which was a porterhouse in addition to the wings and my salmon fish which was good. Our server we had [EMILY] was attentive in explaining everything in addition to providing recommendations and informing us of thr specials the restaurant had at the time. I would recommend but also remind the hostess to not be rude because they're closing. I also had a drink which was made well and perfect temperature.

We went for dinner. It was so crowded but we didn't have to wait too long, about 15 minutes. After being seated, they brought us bread and butter but no plates. I asked for plates and received wet, dirty plates. I asked for new plates and they apologized and gave us new ones. They don't serve water unless you ask for it which I thought was weird. Otherwise the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. If you're a big eater, the portion may not be enough.

Had a good time with my friend here. The appetizers and the drinks were really good. The steak I ordered was perfect. My friend's steak wasn't cooked the way he ordered it, but the waitress was really nice about fixing the issue. The sides were excellent. Prices were decent too. So the entire meal was okay. The only real issue was the bloomin onion ring appetizer because it wasn't completely fried. The batter used was still there, and I was hungry so I ate it.

Usually a wait here during popular times so better to come a little earlier. But wait was shorter than expected. Crab cakes were good , slaw a little “ different” but ok. The prime rib was very yummy and moist. The asparagus and mushrooms were nice. Martini was good too. Wings were very good!

The Food is ok, the pasta had too much chives and pepper to my taste. The drinks were the best part. It is so uncomfortable that the waiter sits at the table with us to take the order, I don't know if that is because of their training or they are just tired.

I admit the last time I had Outback was about 20 years ago. My husband and I didn’t like it then and turns out we still don’t like it. My husband thought the food was the most disgusting thing he’s ever eaten in his life. Couldn’t even finish. I didn’t think it was that bad so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But this was definitely my last time eating their food. The staff were friendly and it had a nice atmosphere. The location is also easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking.

First time there in many years and will be the last time. $200 spent on mediocre food and fatty steaks. The chicken I had was dry. The only thing we all enjoyed was the blooming onion. We could have done better for half the price at any other chain restaurant. Such a disappointment.

Not one to leave a review, much less a bad one but unfortunately i was really let down by my service tonight. It was my girlfriend's birthday and she had a rough week and wanted to have a nice dinner at Outback and have them sing her happy birthday as they usually do. I spoke to the host to let them know and they told me they would come by and I returned to my seat. Then we waited and waited and waited and nothing happened, not even a simple "Happy Birthday" from the server. I do not like to make a big deal out of something so small and silly, but my girlfriend was really disappointed and frankly, I don't think we will ever return here simply because of this situation. Thank you for helping ruin what should have been a very pleasant evening for us.

This was my first time going to an outback steakhouse anywhere so I’m not sure if it’s just this location or all of them have this policy but they required a physical ID for my wife to order a drink which she didn’t have on her. I don’t think we’ve ever been ID’d at any restaurant like this before honestly it was super weird. Our waiter seemed like the kind of guy that loves to be a stickler to the rules. And instead of making an exception to it he refused her order and lost our service. We just left and went to chilies instead. No ID check or anything there.

I ordered take out for Valentines Day Dinner It was horrible the lobster was tuff. I’m so disappointed in my meal. This Is unexceptionable outback. I could have made a better dinner at home. Never Again.

Don't order anything from this place. We've lived in Oceanside for 12 years have had no problem with going in the restaurant. However when you order Uber eats its like the people packing the food give no care what so ever to how it shows up at the customer's house. I literally get delivered a wet glob of food that spend the entire time in its package steaming to become a wet mess of inedible food. The mom and pop restaurants around town at least try their best to use correct packages to ship the food. Packaging that can absorb the steam and they will separate the food of an entre. It's inedible we ordered for 4 people. Now $100+ going right in the garbage. You care so little about your customers its crazy. If i walked in to the restaurant and threw a fit, I'd be the problem.
