Very friendly staff and now you order your meal obtain a cup for your drink and grab a number and have a seat then they bring your meal to you and come around to ask if everything's ok and if you need anything else recently renovated to a more mpdern look and music I wish they would've kept the 50's theme alive along with the music from that era but overall this McDonald's is great
Lobby is very clean, staff is very helpful. I would recommend this mcdonalds 11/10. Joseph P was very helpful and informed me about the 2 for 5 instead of only getting one Big Mac. This deal is very amazing and I am thankful for the great service!!!
Was easier to order on the app while in the parking lot than sit on the drive-through line that was out to the street. Order came out pretty quick as well. Took longer to decide what to order than to get it out to us.
Just had THE BEST McFlurry of my life! Humile is a top notch manager!
The soda was great (some places taste like they don't clean their machines). The double cheeseburger tasted very fresh, better than the McDonald's by me.

Ashley was such a sweet heart!!! she was doing a wonderful job drive thru. i know with this pandemic everyone’s panicking (i work for radiology) but seeing someone like Ashley’s spirit was great. hope she gets recognized and gets rewarded for it!! definitely coming back. cheerfulness is contagious. thank you mcdonald’s for the thank you-meal. kudos
Their burgers are always perfect just like the picture, never sloppy. I don't think I need to mention how addictingly good the food is. The staff is friendly and wait time is short.
Amazing service, staff is very polite and has alot of patience. My group of friends and I came in and ordered alot. Really appreciate the positive service although we were a little too loud. Want to say thank you for the awesome service, very clean and they bring the food to your table. Although they were busy enough they made sure all of us had our meals and the drink we desired. 11/10, would definitely go to that McDonald's again.
Excellent service. Newly renovated restaurant. Beautiful location. Park in the eastern parking lot and you will be met with a beautiful pond view. The staff was attentive friendly and quick,even the local customers couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Enjoy
I absolutely love this McDonald's...for its beauty and location. It really excels in every way and shows management's attention to detail. It has the latest in terms of technology, with a big tapping screen used for ordering. Comfy seats and a clear view of Main Street ensure a vivid stay. But my absolute favorite part is its proximity to a nearby lake, where white swans can be seen swimming. This lake is visible in the drive-thru section.

I was here to repair some machines. I just wanted to say how great the staff was here. The pertain I spoke to, Jina, was incredibly helpful even though I was forcing her to leave drive through for a few minutes to test the machine. The test of the staff was friendly, courtesy, and amazing to see them dealing with customers.
I had my car break down while I was dropping off my daughter off at work one Saturday morning. Two amazing people by the name of John & Johnny helped me got my car starting again. I wish I could thank them more. Amazing people!
Food is amazing, staff was also very helpful with my orders since this is my first time here. Definitely coming again!

This is the most beautiful McDonald's I have ever seen! I have not been to a McDonald's in over a year, but I recently realized I have driven past it for at least 9 months and thought it was a store because it does not look like a McDonald's from the outside. When I walked in I was shocked, it was much quieter, no TV's, soothing soft background music, lower lighting, relaxing decor, tablet service - wow!! Although there are computer stations where you can place your order, I ordered at the counter and was immediately taken care of. You oder, pay and are given a number to place on the table and when ready they bring your food to your table! It was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. I also must say the prices jumped quite a bit since I was in last. My fish fillet meal cost $9.11 !!
I'm not sure what it is, but the staff very friendly speed was outstanding, but everything tasted like I was just eating salt
I stop by this location about twice a year when I have appointment at a nearby office. I like the size and atmosphere in and around this location. The food can’t be best.
Of course we love McDonald's! There fries are excellent! If you chose to drive up, that intoxicating smell permeates the air. The fries never make it home untouched. I chose to eat in this day & noticed the dining area had been renovated. Unfortunately, in the air was a foul order of urine. Also, you receive a rather large plastic marker for a server to bring your meal to you. We felt uneasy about possibly having to leave a tip for our food delivery.
Always friendly service, unlike other McDonald's this location in Bay Shore is always friendly and professional. When the weather permits, they even have a person to meet you outside when you order using the drive thru. Always clean. only negative, rearly teenagers loitering.
Lovely little mcdonald's. The interior is very modernized, very clean, and very cozy. I came here on a friday morning and it wasn't crowded at all. We decided to eat in the restaurant however and strangely enough the breakfast I ordered that would've taken a minute to be served to me if I was at the drive thru window, ended up taking 5 minutes to get to me as I was waiting in the dining room. Considering there was hardly anybody in the restaurant and nobody I could see at the drive thru window, that serving time was a little pathetic. Although I can forgive that time since the food was atleast hot and delicious. I had two sausage burritos and one hashbrown which I always get and I was not disappointed. There's thousands of McDonalds across the nation but it's nice to see they haven't sacrificed quality for quantity in this particular one. Go ahead and stop by.
Went at midnight and used the Drive thru service. Friday night they were out of smoothies and Saturday out of coffee. Staff was courteous and helped with other options. With late night shifts they still gave their best service.
I use the Drive-thru. Mostly Kids working the window, generally bad attitudes, not very Curtius. The accuracy of orders is occasionally not always correct. With a phone call, The manager's usually great at making things right. On my next trip. Really good store otherwise.
The drive thru line was so long I went inside To place my order. Best ice coffee anywhere hands down!The kids from the high school next door came in like a pack of raving lunatics. I couldn't wait to leave with my coffee.
I like this McDonald’s but since they redid it the dining area smells like a bathroom mop. Maybe it’s the new furniture??? Who knows. It’s not dirty or anything- the place looks clean and all- but the dining area smells like a mop. UPDATE: They seem to have solved the mop smelling dining room! Yay!
Unlike some reviews I've seen posted, I've only ever had good experiences at this particular McDonalds. I primarily order via the app and pickup in the designated parking spots, but rarely wait more than a few minutes. That said, I generally come during off-peak periods and that could differentiate the experience. The times I have gone inside there is has been a clean eating area, and the service has been positive and professional.

As a big fan of Mcdonalds, I would always pass by this location several times a week on my way home from work. But due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to stop coming for a while because this place was becoming a zoo , completely reckless and just way out of hand. I recently stopped by not too long ago and realized that they have security now, which is nice for a change! I had the pleasure of meeting the security guard by the name of Fernando, who was very respectful and seemed so friendly with the teens that would come in after school as well as everyone else in the establishment. You can tell from a distance that the kids love him and respect him! I can now actually sit down and enjoy my meal inside instead of taking it to go. Although the down side is that he is only there 3 days out of the week and it would be nice to see him more frequently, this franchise needs him especially considering there aren't any other security guards on his days off. I came in the days he wasn’t working and it was a complete mad house which is obviously no good for the business. This location needs a guard just as friendly and professional like Fernando, hope to see him more often!
Service staff are doing their best!! Burger and fries temperature have not catch up yet. Hope temperature get hotter!!
My food always comes out quick and hot- I've never had a problem at this location. Prices are too high nowadays but it is what it is
Today my granddaughter asked if we could go get a cheeseburger happy meal PLAIN! So we went to Islips Mc Donalds. The guy that took out order was very pleasant. They had her happy meal, her Mc Flurry and our drinks right away..We waited about 7 mins for my fresh fish meal which was hot and crispy and my bun was super soft! My grand was in the back saying " these fries are good" which they were. They was fresh and hot with just the right amount of salt for me. I just wanted to tell the staff that made order 1283 on 8-27-24 that they did a very good job! We're loving it! Keep up the good work. See you soon!
It's a McDonald's not the healthiest or finest option but does the job. Best thing are the fries there must be some kind of drug in them to keep you coming back. Bring back the McRib!!!
I'm not from Bayshore I'm staying in a hotel down the road call the Travelodge I simply came over to the McDonald's to see if I could order some food for my daughter and myself they told me that the inside was closed it's during the Corona virus I simply asked if I could speak with the manager because one time before I had came just a little bit after it was closed and the gentleman manager that was running it that day let me take an order I paid him and he brought my food out to me I only came at 8:01 so I had the female manager came to me I asked her if I could simply order a burger for my daughter not even anything for myself not only did she give me an attitude but she told me she could not do it there's no way that they could never do it so but I bet you if I was a black woman or a black man standing there asking this black girl if I could get a burger for my daughter she would have done it during the coronavirus they don't feed people when it's a minute afterwards horrible horrible horrible horrible why the attitude the only thing that I'm mad about is the attitude now that's the only reason why I'm posting is the attitude there's no need for an attitude
Really weird experience. I work the second shift so by the time I got off the train it was almost midnight. Online it says the drive-through is open until 1 AM, but when you pull up to the drive-through there is an automatic message stating that they are closed. When I asked about it, someone was on the other end giggling, but they allowed me to place an order - kind of like they were doing me a favor by staying open. When I pulled up to the window I saw that it was mostly teenagers and maybe a couple of people in their early 20s. When I asked them about the message they brushed it off saying that “it does that sometimes.” It seems like they were closing up early, but the service was fine so not really a problem, just very strange. A car behind me ordered and by that time it was after midnight so I guess they’re open until 1? Still not sure, tbh.
The place is very dirty. Overcrowded with all the students from the nearby school. Their staff consists of one person working the register. The touch screen machine doesn’t work since the card reader isn’t working. Bayshore isn’t what I call a great town either.
I paid for my order, drove up to the window received my biscuit, was asked to wait by curbside for my coffee. Only one car behind me. I waited what felt like 5 minutes for my coffee. No show. Had to go inside for my coffee. Got plenty of apologies. There was 5 to 6 employees standing around doing nothing. Manager gave me a free tkt for a free snack when I come back next time. There will be no next time for me. 1st time back at McDonald's in 4 years.
What can I say it's McDonalds... the drive thru is very fast and efficient. Only issue is prices keep going up. Understandable to a degree. But if this continues, you'll be competing with the big box restaurants for my dinner.
Disappointed, my 5 piece tenders only had 3, even though I paid for 5. Not to mention I only got one sauce. And my caramel mocha coffee thing was only 2/3 full. I get not filling it up all the way, but that's ridiculous.. The good thing was they did give me an almost full small coffee cup of whipped cream for my dog! But that was upon my request.
Good deals on mobile app. My issue is I have notified the store several times that the mobile app needs to be updated. I try to place an order when I know they’re open but the app won’t allow me to as it states they are closed so I can’t use this service and take advantage of the deals or personalized service. Nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Secondly I am highly allergic to eggs and every time I place my order I remind them several times no eggs I even confirm it at the pick up window. It’s a 50/50 Shot my order is correct and I don’t have to throw it out and waste my time and money or end up in the hospital. This is exactly what happened yesterday I ordered two breakfast sandwiches confirmed several times drove away finally home and there is egg on them...in the garbage they go. What a disappointment!
They look good as in service but the lack in coupons once I go over there with McDonald's coupons they act like they do not accept that I asked him if I could buy coupons from them and they said they don't have none every time I go to McDonald's and I go there about four times a month this is sad anywhere else besides Central Islip and Brentwood they never have coupons for the people.
Everytime I go to McDonalds all the food is always always lukewarm. Can I please get some fresh food from McDonalds. I am so tired of people not taking pride in the work that they do. It doesnt matter how much you are getting paid, you excepted the position at the pay they offered. So do your job and make the customer's food the way they paid for it. I did the same fast food, cashier and stock for $2.25 a hour and everything I did I did to the very best of my ability.
I have never been to this McDonald's before and coming out of the drive through to go into spot number 2 I was lucky to get out of there with the delivery truck blocking my view and my way .the boxes I almost hit several of them and on top of it I couldn't even park in slot number 2 because the truck was blocking.
Wonderful staff in terms of being polite and kind. But I did order a hotcakes breakfast which was missing the biscuit, the eggs, and there was no hash brown included as well.
This McDonald’s consistently makes mistakes with my order and/or prices. Sometimes the food seems like it’s been sitting around or is made really sloppily. It’s pretty expensive too. That said, I know what I’m getting into when I pull up.
Curbside pickup, fries were cold.. ordered McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce.. no sauce.. burger cold.. never buy from this McDonald’s.. will drive a little further to the one in bayshore 5th Ave.. what a disappointment
Every time I order from here online it takes almost an hour to prepare. The McDonald’s at 5th Ave gets it done much quicker. The store is about to close and they’re still preparing my order. I ordered it half an hour ago. Not only that, last time I ordered they forgot 5 items. How do you forget a BicMac???!! And fries??? And cookies??? And a soda!??! Outrageous.
You spend lots of money to buy 3 large Fries and 2 happy meals and Chicken deluxe and big mac and come home to find the 3 large are filled 1/2 way each which means I paid for 3 large fries but got 1 1/2 large fries. You call to speak to the manager and they answer the phone but leave on the phone for 10 minutes until I hang up because they ignored me on the phone. 107 MAIN STREET IN ISLIP
Hate this drive thru! They never get my order correct..and to make matters worse, Every time I place a mobile order they make me pull around to the front and wait, while the 3 people that were behind me get their orders and go.. not to mention the driveway I want to use to exit is now behind me, and I have to drive around the building again, and wasting my gas. Im so over this place! I'd rather waste the gas and drive to Chic-Fil-A.
their service is horrible. there was a cooked hair in my fries and the food was cold. it’s ridiculous, every time i order from here something’s wrong. the lady closed the window on me while i was talking and i feel that was very rude.

Big Macs aren't what they used to be. Flavorless. And that slice of bun in the middle just drys up the sandwich. A slice of cold American cheese was like a mere afterthought. I go to Burger King Whoppers for a better burger. Minus the lettuce, salty pickles and mayo though.

Someone popped all over the floor, the smell was so bad in the dinning area I went and reported it to the "supervisor" and all I got was an attitude from her, I waited so someone cleans it up and after 20 minutes no one came, I went back and the supervisor tells me that she's busy, how can you be busy while people are walking out of the restaurant because of the smell?! What kind of supervisor are you! Then I walked out and reported it to the McDonald's 1800 number and the person on the phone sounded like a careless robot, after giving her all my info and promised that I was gonna get a call asap 4 days after no one has contacted me yet!!
Order was wrong. Food was cold. Manager playing with cell phone, crew busy talking. Girl taking order her nails were overgrow and opening were the fill in should be against the hot as of health. Watch your health there.
This has got to be the Worst McDonald’s around. They cannot get an order correct through the drive thru or the internet. They hire children and the managers are the bottom of the barrel. The store is busy always so I can only imagine how people they rip off daily when they forget items. Horrible do your self a favor and cross the street and go to Wendy’s they aren’t too cheap to hire competent employees
It was late (1 am) I admit on August 6 but I waited like at least 10 minutes if not more to get thru the drive thru..( I'm still waiting as I'm writing this review) and still have 2 cars ahead of me. Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced!!
Their employees need to learn about hand washing. Last time my sister picked up some food for my son he came down with a fever and cold. I thought it was because he was out with my sister and he didn’t wash his hands before he eats. Then couple weeks later I went there for lunch I watched one of their workers blew his nose with a tiny piece of napkin then wipe the rest on his pants. Than he went straight and grabbed someones bag without washing his hands.. I didn’t say anything to him since he wasn’t handling my food.. Couple days later I came down with a cold. I will never eat there again so disgusting. Now I see where my son caught the cold from..Smh
They put the American flag on there pole upside-down and now they just left if on the ground! So locals had to come collect it and it it away. I will never stop at such a disrespectful place.
I placed an order on my phone at 1:30 pm, and when I got to the store, my order was not there, and no one responded to me, as if they couldn't see you.
Along with other stores got rid of all but one register. Rather then pay a living wage they have simply eliminated the position. This place is usually packed during lunch and it'll be funny to see people walk away because they have to wait an hour to order food if they don't want to use the app. Do better.
I went to this place and as I was ordering through the drive thru, the girl taking my order kept giggling and laughing but I thought she was just having fun and thought nothing of it, and then when I got my food I found 4, 4 piece nugget boxes filled with loose tar tar sauce that had been squirted from the packets, and it got all over my bag, I didn’t even ask for tar tar sauce, I asked for ranch and they instead gave me honey mustard and Hot Picante sauce. I spoke with the manager and he was very nice about the situation, but seriously why would you mess with a customer like that?
I am very disappointed with my service this morning. I had ordered something very simple and yet was wondering why my total was more money. The woman who took my order sounded like she did not want to there and then when I get to the window my order was not correct they charged me for an extra sandwich. I told the man at the window that my order was not correct. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. He looked dis pleased fixed my total and removed the extra item. Did not say have a good day or anything. The people who work here look like they do not want to be there. And was not wearing A name tag. I am having a good day until you are being served by miserable people. What a shame this company has become
This is the worst location I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order, and they still got it wrong. I asked the person at the drive thru window if I could have yellow mustard (I like it better than ketchup), and he was so rude and he just looked at me and said “nope” and walked away. This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I live in the area, and unfortunately it’s the closest one to me.
Stop here a lot of the time after I come home from work at night and unfortunately always have to resort to going through the drive thru and my order is always wrong no matter what and even when I EVENTUALLY get the food, that again ends up being wrong, the employees have this “here hurry up and take all your food AND drinks AND card back and pull forward so I get to disrespect the next person” very rush like attitude! Unacceptable. Again if you are able to (if you don’t get off work in the evening after the inside is already closed like me) go in and use the online ordering IPads they have. Way simpler, easier, your meal is always right and best of all…don’t have to deal with rude employees trying to RUSH you. Really which inside was open 24hrs
Every time we come to this location there drive through says they are closed even tho I know they are open until 2 am if your hungry at night go somewhere else
Today I had went to this location around 2pm and I had to go back not a second time but a third time because they did not get a simple order right. I had orderd a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich meal with no tomato and no mayo. I asked for bacon and lettuce. They gave me pickles and mac sauce along with a sesame bun. I'm allergic to sesame seeds. And when I went back they gave me a hard time because I did not have a receipt. Well I never got a receipt.
Did not like the experience from them, they couldnt get our order right before having to tell them 3 times...There fries tasted so plain I threw them away, and they never asked me what sauce I wanted and so gave me BBQ which I'm allergic too and didnt realize until after my first bite! and when speaking to the night manager Justin about it he was very uncaring about it all. Dont go here if you want Quality service.
Everytime I go through the drive thru they always forget something!!!!! Last night it was the french fries. I didn't realize it until I got home. When I called the Manager on duty she didn't really care. Didn't apologize. It was a simple order just a Chicken tender meal. How hard is that to get correct?? Avoid this McDonalds unless get enjoyment from waiting to long for the wrong food.
Lady at drive thru window today is a thief. I placed a mobile order and got confirmation from my bank as well as Apple Pay that it was deducted from my account. She insisted otherwise and I gave her cash. Upon driving off I wanted to confirm if there really was a glitch with the app/payment issue. There was no issue. Hope you enjoy the extra $5, guess you need it more than me. She was a Latina woman and middle aged. This happened at about 1:45 on 7/1/2022. I bet they do this all day long, really disheartening especially in times like these.
I can't believe the food was cold and there was only 4 French fries in my pocket I had to drive-through again it was unbelievable how McDonald's can mesh up a happy meal I'm sure the founders Or real proud of the level of service and quality too
I bought 5 different meals I got one sauce for each meal, I asked for a couple extra sauces and they charged me 25 centw for sauce, the lady behind the counter was nasty and rude about it too. Nasty attitude and sweety that hair go to go , ways of the world.
The food is what you expect. The security guard is a creep and made eating in with my toddler very uncomfortable
Got a mc chicken gave me no lettuce or mayo just the bun and the chicken.Went back to get a new one worker told me they don’t put lettuce on a mc chicken anymore but some how i can go on the app and get a mc chicken with lettuce?
If you go to the drive through at night there's a 75% chance they will leave something out of your order. I ordered five 6-piece nugget bundles and they gave me 2 sauces total. I went inside to ask for more. One employee was going to do the right thing and give me 2 of each sauce like I asked for (they only have like 4 different sauces). It's common courtesy and good business to satisfy your customers after you make a mistake. Before the gentleman could hand me my sauces another employee told him not to give it to me and then proceeded to tell me that I am only entitled to 1 sauce per nugget order and it would be 25 cents for each additional sauce after that. Then when he saw I was irritated he had the audacity to raise his voice and ask me if I had a problem. Really McDonald's? Are you guys doing that badly that you need to be this stingy with the sauce? And why did this one kid choose to act like the sauce comes out of his paycheck instead of just apologizing and giving me 2 sweet and sour 2 bbq 2 ranch which is basically what I asked for but still not even alot? 1 sauce is not enough for 6 nuggets. I would never ever go here except my kids like it for some reason. I'll bring my own damn sauce next time I'm forced to go there to buy their trash food for my kids.
Rarely ever review and never leave bad reviews but $2.80 for medium coffee and it is not even lukewarm. Disappointing, sorry....
I'll tell you what. Customer service here is NOT good. I've gotten attitudes from workers here as soon as I pull up to the menu. I tried there Limited Time new Big Mac and they put NO SAUCE on it AT ALL. So whoever made it, made it very lazy....smh I hope this place develops discipline. I always say, if you're not happy with your job, find something that makes you happy...
Horrible service workers were inpatient,and were not helpful at all.They messed up my order twice last night and then again tonight,food was literally thrown together .We were very patient waiting for our order when we asked the workers a question regarding the McDonald’s app they had attitude and disregarded it not giving us the time of day.
Poor management, i waited on the front counter 15 minutes no body bothered to take my order. Employees was joking around behind the counter
I placed a breakfast order at 10:12, and got there ar 10:31. Because I got there after 10:30 (the time the breakfast ends), they cancelled the order. Then I was told I could still get it because they had it there. I dont understand why, if the order was bagged and waiting for me, and it was paid for, and all they had to do was hand it to me through the drive thru window, why it was an issue. So, after getting the order, and getting home, the one sandwich wasn't what I asked for. The woman, I'm presuming was an assistant manager or manager, when I asked for a receipt showing my credit for the amount that was deducted from my account, she says they have nothing to do with that. Incompetence. It would have taken nothing to give me a receipt showing the order was cancelled. It wouldn't have taken anything at all to just hand me my original order and I could have gone on my way. Again, incompetence. I won't be patronizing this McDonald's again and will suggest no one else does. Their customer service is definitely not up to par. Perhaps some additional customer service training would be in order.
So done with Islip McDonald's! 4 meals not 1 condiment on any or in the bag as asked. Asked for fresh hot fries, got a soggy mess! I would have brought it all back had we not been leaving for our road trip. Shame on this location. Teach better, do better!
Ordered with thru the McDonalds app, it was delivered to the wrong house (delivery photo is not my house). Charged me on the transaction, I told my refund would be processed in 10-14 days.
Not for nothing... I place an order here once a week through the app for either drive thru or in store pick up. Every single time my order is missing food, every. Singular. Time. And you can't complain on the app, they tell you to call the store. And what does the store do when you call? Apologize and not much else. My husband picked up my order tonight and guess what? Missing two fries and my 3 year olds apple juice. So I had two children without fries and another without a drink. I'm paying $50 and ending up with children still hungry and thirsty. That's absolutely ridiculous. And not to mention that every time I choose drive thru pick up I am told to wait at a parking spot for my food, after already waiting on the drive thru line, and having place my order prior to arrival. What's the sense of pre ordering if you have to wait not once, bit twice? Today was the last time I place an order at this location... And possibly any McDonald's if these inconsistencies aren't taken care of.
I ordered Ice coffee sugar light, but the black girl poured me a triple dose of sugar that I couldn't drink it. I wasted my money. Please be attentive
The night staff does not want to attend to the drivers. Ring the bell for about 10 minutes and. No worker attended me they were passing by you talk to them and they make me not listen to you and they keep walking I'm never going to accept orders from this place again what a terrible service
Close over an hour early on Multiple occasions, consistently messes up orders and has horrible customer service
First they didnt have my mobile meal... which i clear had. The manager comes to help me eating ice cream. Like I really wanted to see that. They tell me to make two left and wait that they were going to bring it to me. 10mins go by nothing. So I have to go in to get my meal. Then to top it off they missed up my meal. Horrible customer service. I get it its mc Donald's. But still
This location is very unprofessional. They did not give me a refund after I placed ordered and NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD I guess I paid for air. The staff don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate effectively. If I could give it zero stars I would
Honestly I've been to this location a lot and for the first time this was the worst experience food-wise. As a former McDonald's employee (haven't been employed with McDonald's since 2015) I would never send food like that even during a lunch rush. My double cheeseburger looked like they rush slapped it together and the nuggets were subpar compared to other times. Even if it was a mobile order I expect better. Although I will credit the fries may have been a bit salty at least they were fresh. The picture says it all about the double cheeseburger.
I come here weekly. Sometimes a come more than once a week. I always get the family combo with 3 fries and 3 drinks. Multiple times when I arrive and they have new employees working they tell me they don't have that. I let them know to check thoroughly there's another button for that option. They then apologize and tell me they see it. I get my food and I'm on my way. NOT TODAY Sandy the manager said we don't have that I asked when it was removed from the menu she said they never had it. I said you are wrong I come here weekly and get it with a kids happy meal comes out to $29.xx before tax. She says there is no way she's been there 3 years. If I do get it that she would reimburse me in full. As I drive away I call my wife we happened to have a receipt saved from earlier this month. I go inside with my 2yr old. She doesn't even want to look at the receipt. She didn't care all she kept saying is they don't have it. I said if you don't have it I wouldn't have a receipt with your address showing I got it here. If I could give 0 stars I would Sandy is very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not manager material.
