Absolutely phenomenal food. We came in for a late lunch so got the lunch specials which were incredibly affordable. The steak was cooked perfectly, spinach empanadas very fresh and delicious. Sweetbreads were the highlight of the meal. They're so hard to find usually so I am always worried about the freshness when I do see them on a menu. These were incredible. Im still dreaming if them a month later, seriously wish I lived in NYC to visit again. And the wine pour for lunch was huge, easily 2 glasses worth.

My sister, Anna had her 70th birthday at this restaurant. She was extremely happy as it's her favorite restaurant. A good time had by all. Although it's a bit small, the food is always delicious & the service is outstanding. My family & I have been eating at La Cabana for many years started out on Roosevelt Avenue under the train tressel. ❤️

The food was really good. The meats were chased with red sangria and passion fruit margaritas that make us enjoy the friendly ambiance. Don’t forget the chimichurri sauce on your meat. Let the empanadas cool down after they are freshly baked for you. Service was so good and friendly Get the pitcher of red Sangria if very thirsty.

I was looking for a place for some steaks and found this place and my colleague, a gourmet, said La Cabana is a great choice as the steaks and other foods are authentic and top notch, service is exceptional and the environment is amazing (on the weekend). We ordered a For Two Mixed Grill, Green S alad and our other guest ordered New York Strip. I mean the meat was done to perfection and I have so much to doggy bag home. I will have another sumptuous steak lunch tomorrow!

I came here to celebrate my father’s birthday and they did not disappoint. Their steak and meats are overall TASTY! Their customer service was great, their carisma and enthusiasm to work really showed how much they enjoy serving customers. Their drinks are on point, I personally loved their passion fruit margarita.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years since it was located in Junction Blvd and Roosevelt Avenue. I never had any issues with the service or the food. However, last month I invited my family to the restaurant and it was a disaster. I was so embarrassed. The service was horrible. We have been noticed that one of the staff member has become very rude. This staff member is tall, slim and he has been working for this restaurant for many years. He knows who he is. First he was rude and disrespectful because one of my family member asked him for salt. He was bother by the request and to show his discomfort, this staff told my family member that he didn't know how to cut meat and disnt know how yo use his utensils.This comment was completely unnecessary. One thing I don't tolerate about people is being disrespectful because we are a family that respect others specially those providing hospitality and service. Due to this reason, I will never go to this restaurant again. Honestly, I don't even like to write reviews because when I don't like a place, I simply don't go back but this issues I had to let people know. I hope no one receive this type of service.

It was my moms birthday and let me tell you, what an amazing experience we had there overall. The service was beyond amazing, the waiters provided nice cake as well as birthday song for my mom and brought two shots for my parents. Now, let's move on to the quality of the food. We did two of the meat parrillada. Everything was super tasty and fresh. The music was basically classic tango which matches the mood of the place and delicious food. What a treat!

We had some sandwiches and French toast with a cream and sauce that were absolutely delicious. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. The place was a bit noisy due to all the TVs, but aside from that, the service was very kind and the food was amazing. We’d definitely go back.

We had a breakfast here. Cozy place and food are delicious. Our server was Maribel. Love her energy and fun style of engaging with customers. My kids loved the food. Overall great experience. Highly recommended. Located on Northern Blvd 87 Street Queens NY.

La cabaña is located in Jackson Heights. Its a family friendly restaurant that offers good service. The best part about the restaurant is the food. The parrilada was excellent and huge, it serves more than two people. The meats were cooked to perfection, every bite was delicious. The sangria on the other hand was ok.

Today Sunday 08/24, I went to have breakfast with my family, after we ordered, it took more than half hour to bring it, the taste was no right because the philly cheestake was so greasy that I needed like 3 napkins to clean the grease under the phlilly cheestake and in spite of it the meat was chew, peppers, onions and mushrooms were burnned that was imposible to eat them. I think that if the people at the kitchen takes enough time to cook ,it's Ok for me, but if it takes to much time and they bring the food in greasy plate and burnned it's no fair to pay for it and it's no good for our health. I have been there many times and it's my first time to complain about it, the chefs should be more careful using oil in the food and care about people's health.

I really like this location. It looks brand new, seemed a bit understaffed though. Took a while to put my order in and when the robot came I had to take it off of it myself. Also needed napkins and the server never asked how we were doing. It was OK service but the grand slam breakfast was pretty good!

Great spot to get something good and good to eat. The only thing that I didn’t like was the service. The waiter had attitude most of the time. The manager took over the waiter job and made our experience even better.

Manager tried to overcharge me. I quickly addressed it and receipt was changed, but she made it appear it was a favor when clearly it was not. I've ordered same plate before and never an overcharge. Check your receipts before paying! Server was helpful in trying to resolve issue. Food is ok, but hasbrowns are horrible! The oil it's made with tastes like industrial oil. Change the recipe!

I give this restaurant an average of 3 simply because we went there. Three people and we wanted the parishata, and the waiter suggested that we order a salad, and he said, you could have a avocado where he failed to say was that avocado's not included in the salad. That was extra. And then at the same time, he also failed to tell us that the meat, the mixed meat comes with some intestines. And he was not clear about what's inside the intestines. It was disgusting The food overall was okay a little oily to my taste, and when we got the bill. We see a four percent credit card fee.And then at the bottom, you could pay cash, and they charge us extra for the avocado which they never mentioned.So we told whoever was there like, hey, we were not aware that the avocado was extra.He suggested for us to take the salad as an appetizer with avocado.And then we were surprised that they were charging a four percent credit card fee.So we pay cash, so either way.I was not too happy with the communication.And this is my last time I would go.So if you go there, make sure you pay cash.Because they will charge you a four percent which I believe That's illegal. And make sure you ask if that's included in whatever it is that you're ordering 43 people.We spend like two hundred and fifty dollars.I will never go there again

This was my second time to come to this restaurant I was so exited to celebrate a friend birthday 🎉 , but the costumer service was not nice at all, they were giving a very bad attitude when they were serving, honestly management should improve the costumer service with their employees. I came here with my family to have breakfast. We waited for our food for an hour and once we got our food after an hour the food was cold. The bread was hard. There was only 1 server working there. She was nice but the service was so slow. Come here if you have patience if not don’t waste your time coming here.

I don't understand this place. The restaurant is completely empty, more than half of the tables are vacant, and yet they make you wait more than 20 minutes to be seated. The waiters don't want to work and they don't help you if you ask for a table, even though you can see they're empty; they just give you dirty looks. After 45 minutes I get the seat and have to wait 1 hour for a pancake . Good luck to this place and who want to take the risk . The waitress Denise is the worst employee ever. She has absolutely no charisma, made me wait for over two hours, and practically mocked me. 12/30 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Check this service.

I’m writing this review because of the frustrating experience my family and I had at this Denny’s. We arrived around 12:20 pm and were seated right away. The hostess noticed our booth was wet and had a busser clean it, which he did quickly and very politely. By 12:44 pm, no server had come to our table, even though other customers who arrived after us were already being helped. I went to the front desk to let the hostess know we’d been waiting over 20 minutes to which she said she would notify our server. At about 12:49 pm, a server named Laura finally came over. She did not introduce herself or apologize for the wait time and seemed annoyed while taking our order. Our drinks arrived shortly after, but our food never did. While we waited, we saw Laura serving other tables and chatting with coworkers, but she never even bothered to check on us. A few times we tried to get her attention, and she completely ignored us. At that point, it really felt like we were being avoided, possibly because we had asked about the wait. By around 1:30 pm, after being there for over an hour without being served our food, we decided to leave. We didn’t feel comfortable complaining again because we were worried it might affect our food. We went to the front desk and explained that we were leaving due to not getting our food despite being there for over an hour. The hostess apologized and got Laura, who suddenly said our food was ready. We declined, paid for our drinks and left. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning to this Denny’s.

Spent $90 on GrubHub to get 3 breakfasts. 2 orders with pancakes came with no butter or syrup. I had to go to the supermarket and get both cuz they cheaper out on my order. Denny's, if someone's depending that much on your food, be considerate and include what's supposed to be included. Do better, and be better.

Ate here Saturday and it was by far the worst service I’ve ever had. Our Colombian waiter was rude and condescending when we asked about the chitlins—just because we weren’t familiar with the Argentinian version, he acted like we were idiots. On top of that, they automatically added a $34 tip he did not earn, and it’s obvious the owner doesn’t care about customers at all. The entrees were overpriced and underwhelming—my Chicken alla Sorrentina was bland and disappointing. The octopus appetizer was actually good, but even that was marred when the fries I asked to go ended up thrown out by the waiter. Between arrogant service, mediocre food, and blatant disregard for patrons, this place is not worth your time or money.

Great food but poor service. Waited for a while for the menu, guests who came way after us were served before us, had to ask for forks for steak and usually when guests are leaving, waiter/waitress asked how was everything, that didn’t happen to us but with others yes… I hope Argentina’s racial history didn’t play a part in customer service. It’s disappointing that this happened in the heart of Queens 👎🏽
