Excellent food, lots of free stuff, good service.

This place has the best hibachi! The steak is always cooked to the perfect temperature, the shrimp is juicy and never overcooked, the noodles are saucy, and the vegetables are delightful. I have been here only twice because I do not live in JAX, but it is one of the best things I always look forward to every time I visit.

I never imagined that you could find delivery sushi this high quality... we have also tried their lo mein and other dishes and they are very good too.

We found this secret gem when Outback was too full. We will be back.

I’ve never had an issue with Tokyo Asian Kitchen. I’ve been going to them for years now. Always friendly, always good food. I give it 4-stars on the atmosphere ONLY because it’s smaller than most places, so the “elbow” room isn’t quite like the rest, but that’s also something that wouldn’t ever stop me from going there. This place is amazing and they offer a huge variety of food that is very fresh. The portions they offer are very generous. Their sushi is very well made and stays together. The staff is always kind and very accommodating to their customers needs. I highly recommend.

We ordered through the Beyond Menu app for delivery. Ordering and delivery was just fine and the food was delicious. Not quite as great as the in restaurant experience but that steak and shrimp hibachi didn’t disappoint. One of our favorites.

This sushi place is spectacular! The flavors are incredible and every dish tastes fresh and well prepared. The presentation is beautiful and you can really tell they care about quality. The service is excellent — the staff is very attentive, friendly, and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. If you are looking for amazing sushi and a great experience, this is definitely a place you should try. Highly recommended!

This place has been my local takeout for Asian cuisine for 2 years now. Our orders usually contain a soup, sushi and a chicken entree. Generals and orange are a favorite choices. Food is always hot even when we get it home! Soups are tasty and seasoned well. Staff is helpful, and always gives us extra sauce when asked. We use the beyond menu from the google page and it’s easy to use once you get used to navigating it. We’re lucky to have this place in close proximity to our home.

This is 100% my favorite sushi place in Jax!! My boyfriend and I came in for the first time today and were blown away with the quality. Everything was so beyond fresh and tasty. The salmon was probably the best I have ever had. It literally melted in my mouth. The spicy tuna roll definitely has a kick but it’s still good. Not too spicy but not too mild. My only critique is not having some sort of crunch factor (cucumber) in more rolls. Other than that, this is the best sushi I have ever had and I’ll be coming back very often

Another hidden gem! This place is quaint, and cozy. I love the booths/ traditional setup. Food was delicious and fresh. We got a hot and sour soup, their special- sushi tacos w/ krab, and their Japanese style noodle soup w/ udon and shrimp tempura.

Had lunch here and it was amazing. The best sushi I had in Jacksonville. Everything was presented perfectly. The flavor spectrum was astounding. The atmosphere was very nice especially, for a date. I took a picture of the food as an afterthought I had already started eating before I thought about it.

I came here by chance as I was looking for a place to study with someone, and we decided to eat dinner here. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, creating a nice atmosphere with light music, lovely floral designs, good lighting, and clean, large restrooms. They offer tables, booths, and a sushi bar area. The menu is extensive, featuring many more options than you would typically see in Miami restaurants, which was exciting. You can order a large bowl of miso soup, and it's substantial, comforting, and delicious. I had the Kimodo roll, and it was a generous serving; I didn't even need extra sauce as it was seasoned and garnished perfectly. I enjoyed the sweet tea and some warm sake. They even gave us a free roll and orange slices after we ate to cleanse our palate. However, you have to ask for extra napkins, as they do not have them on the tables. Despite being busy, they provide great customer service. I would absolutely go back again. We were able to study at the booth, which had room for two laptops, though there wasn't a plug nearby. It wasn't an issue since they were closing soon, and we spent most of the time eating and enjoying a conversation sparked over orchids because they serve dishes with real beautiful flowers. I would order takeout, delivery, and dine-in in the future. I really enjoyed this place; it wasn't overwhelming, and I would recommend it for family, friends, business, and a nice date night spot, or even for lunch on a busy day. I look forward to going again sometime soon as it is a gem among many other restaurants in the area.

It’s a small shop in a strip mall so you wouldn’t think anything much about it. But the service was super quick, the miso soup was amazing, the sushi came out quick and was super fresh. The chicken Lo Mein was my favorite. We will absolutely go back here. It was busy yet still fast. We will be getting take-out here too!

The Hibachi lunch with Steak and Chicken was cooked to my liking and the flavor was exquisite. Portion size was good for what I paid for, and I barely finished so I am satisfied with what I got. The three sushi rolls for $15 could not have been a better deal. A variety of rolls to choose from made fresh for your order is the way all restaurants should be. We also got a sample roll free of charge which was very delicious. I think it was the JTB roll but I am not sure. Afterwards they bring you orange slices which was a pleasant surprise for me. Server was very polite and quick with our food. Lunch special 10/10 would definitely come back.

The dynamite roll was probably a little too wide, and should have been longer, it was kind of shaped like a burrito. This is a new location for us so the servers had to wait for us to dig through the menu a little bit before making our selection, they were patient. I think I will probably come back here with my wife for some sit down sushi. I'm also really happy with the photo I got of the front of the restaurant.

Sushi was sooo good. Don't order the fried rice. Smelled like gasoline and not seasoned.

Awesome sushi! Reasonably priced. I've had hibachi a few times. The chicken, shrimp, and filet were always overcooked and a little too much sauce is used. My friends and I keep coming back for the sushi.

It's a quaint little spot with a good atmosphere. The sushi was rolled and presented perfectly but it was very bland. I expected something with more pop for the money.

Server was rushing us and we were the only table in the place. Then we order and she disappeared for so long someone else came and took our food order. Food was flavorless and the scallops were raw. I sent back and I don’t think they even took them off the plate. Just brought them back out a few mins later. Too many other places.

The sushi is mediocre at best and the wait staff is extremely rude. Save your money,Do not patronize this restaurant!

Ordered food tonight for the misses and she asked me why I didn’t order anything for myself. I told her I don’t like the place anymore. I proceed to give my dogs the cup of cut up sushi and found this. And this is why I stopped eating here. Still has plastic wrapped around the imitation crab.

I’m at a loss for words with this place… I walked in and their staff especially the manager gave me weird looks. I was sat down at a booth and the first thing I noticed was the table. This was nasty, I had to wait a solid 20 minutes for them to clean it. I took a sip of their water and it tasted like toilet water. The food took a part of me with it as soon as my eyes laid upon it, gross. And as soon as I thought this couldn’t be worse I was greeted to the racist manager who kicked me out. He had the audacity to say “you color people dirty”. 0/10 experience, I would put no stars if I could.
