We love Chick-fil-A but they didn't do us justice tonight. We got the bottom of the scrapping of the mac n cheese. I know, just a little overcooked cheese but come on. It isn't very appealing and not everyone likes it.

Went through the drive-through that had an extremely long line to get breakfast for me and my coworkers don’t let it be charged an excessive amount and not receive all of my order. I get to work missing items and don’t have enough food for everybody and call them and all I got was a I’m sorry about that. I will not go back. I will take my business elsewhere times are too hard and people have money to waste and give away. They didn’t try to replace the items or anything so I just thank the woman since it was a personal problem and told her I’ve been better off getting A box of donors and pigs in the blanket it would’ve been a whole lot cheaper and I would’ve been in and out. I’m so disappointed they had no concerns in regard to my time or my money.

They messed up my order twice I ordered a market salad no cheese they put cheese in it . Same order I ordered nuggets they gave me grilled nuggets . Food was cold you can tell the cheese is not even melting of how cold food is service is awful . Never coming back , place is also very dirty .

Unfortunately, the lack of customer service at this location isn't there. This Chick-fil-A is out of my normal area I eat at, so I visit once every 2 or 3 months. A past visit I ordered soup to go for my wife. Got home with the soup and it was 95% broth with a few noodles. I immediately called the store and I was told that the money couldn't be refunded back to my card, or account, but I could drive back and receive another soup or they would put my name on a "list." Recently, I went back to the store (2 or 3 months later) and requested the soup that I was on the "list" for. I was informed by and employee and a manager that the list was a 30 day list (not told this) and I was asked why I didn't come back within the 30 days to receive the soup. I had to explain that this particular restaurant is not a normal area, and I shouldn't have had to make a special trip to a restaurant that botched the food order that is out of the way in the first place. A list is useless when it's not adhered to. Disappointmented in the lack of customer service I suppose, when Chick-fil-A has a motto that says "Chick-fil-A Cares."

Do not have issues with them too often but today just worked my nerves. I order food to be delivered abd when something is missing they should deliver that too. Did they do that, no. Had to send my aon to get his missing sandwich. Defeats thebpurlose of getting and paying for it to be delivered.

Extremely rude workers at the front including short little girl with orange sunburnt looking hair. Told a dasher all snarky like while I was waiting for my order that they had to go through the drive thru. Then proceeded to try and grab his phone. Unprofessional and really disgusting service

My whole box of fries is small crunchy bits that are way over salted. My guess is it’s from the bottom of the basket that’s been sitting around. Disappointing how this location has tanked in quality.

This was delivered to me with a lip stick print on my drink. I called and was completely gaslit by the employees they told me “oh someone you work with must have been playing a prank on you at your ”. Mam I work in an ER none of us are playing pranks on each other and especially not where someone puts their mouth on my drink. They then begrudgingly told me they’d have to deliver me another drink, however that never happened. I will absolutely not ever order from this location again.
