First time trying Jollibee and the hype is small lol came around 7:30PM and there was no line to order, I waited around 10 mins or so for my food. I did notice most of the employees was not wearing gloves and the manager on duty (gray shirt) was touching food and packing delivery orders, it wasn’t until a driver came to pick up food when she acknowledged me and served my food. The chicken is decent which they only serve thighs and legs, I’m more of white meat person but the chicken was slimy and that sucks because for the price I should be able to bite into chicken without having to remove so much slime. The gravy is also basic I think KFC gravy taste better, and the spicy chicken in my option has better flavor than the original. I would buy again at another location and or just request fried hard chicken.

The food I purchased was raw and not properly cooked, crazy, since the flavor was good until realizing I was eating undercooked chicken. I also didn’t receive my peach mango pie. I didn’t care for the dragonfruit refresher. The fried chicken and katseye chicken weren’t fully cooked. It was raw inside. I called the store and was given a refund. Their customer service was great and they were awesome as I picked up my order too. My gripe is to make sure they can fully cook the chicken! Other than that, service was a 4 to me.

I ordered from uber eats and my pineapple mango came raw dough and it was cold and not to mention , the drink came spilled in bags and the jolly spaghetti was stocked together in a lump and the chicken was undercooked in the inside there was blood

I was expecting a good experience to eat at Jollibee again after a long time being a Filipino here in America. I wanted to go home early so I did a take out. When I opened it. I was surprised at how small their 2 piece chicken looked... and all drumsticks. (the worst part) Aww that really sucks for a full grown man to eat Jbe.

Ordered on uber. The delivery and package was great. But the food quality is over hyped. The gravy and Chicken tasted like KFC maybe worst. KFC actually has favor. Not worth it unless you’re starving.

This Jollibee is horrible. The staff are unprofessional and the food is bad. The staff have personal conversations behind the counter, not even at the speaking level, but almost screaming for everyone in the restaurant to hear. The fried chicken here tastes old. Better off getting Popeyes chicken. Popeyes chicken always tastes fresh and tasty. The Jollibee passion fruit juice also tastes bad. It tastes like the half gallon juices that are always on sale at the supermarket and cost a dollar; those are actually good. The Jollibee passion fruit juice tastes like that only much less tasty and very watered down. Better off going to the supermarket and getting the dollar juices for half a gallon; you’ll save a ton of money and will at least be satisfied with the taste. I also ordered the ube pie and I found myself having to try to find the flavor of the ube - very bland. I had no problem tasting the crust though, though not the ube filling. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant - highly overpriced, unprofessional staff, and not fresh tasting, bland food.

I ordered 12pcs on uber eats, but terrible. All the chicken pieces were undercooked and bloody. This is a serious food safety issue.

My daughter and I went here for the first time. Horrible customer service. She’s 13 and went to order her food the lady completely ignored her. Made her not want to get what she wanted anymore. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be eating here again.

I'm currently pregnant and craved Jollibee's regular burger that I always enjoyed when I was still in the Philippines. so, I asked my husband to place an order on Doordash. And since Jollibees here in New York don't have that exact burger, I opted for their regular angus burger but omitted other stuff (pickle, cheese, onion, ketchup). So, basically I ordered just bun, patty and then their original sauce to try to recreate the burger I'm craving for. However, to my dismay, this is what I got. I mean they could've been generous with the sauce since they knew nothing else was there. I am beyond disappointed because I was really looking forward to it since I didn't have appetite and cravings lately and it was the sauce that I was actually craving for.

Today is June 30th, 2025. Jollibee crews are very irresponsible and not doing their job well. The service is horrible. I called 10 times to let them know that there is 1meal is missing in my order which is the 3 pc of burger steak and I paid $15 for that. I can’t get hold of them. It’s horrible service! I want my money back since I can’t get hold of them to redeliver my missing meal. You guys really pissed me off. This is not acceptable!!!! I missed my meal and I lost my $15 for nothing. You ruined my day! Very irresponsible!!!!!! June 30th, 2025 4:37PM Second message: Thank you for responding my concerns but it’s funny because you know the issues which is the “Missing meal,” besides the horrible service. You didn’t even bother to ask me like “What can I do to help you?” Seriously??? Hey, I just lost my $15 for 1 missing meal and not bother to ask me how to get my money back? I want my money back!!!! Or ask me how can we make it up to you??? It’s not just about the money.. it’s about principle!!! You guys are still not doing right by me.. I have been a good customer and you guys lost my respect.. Listen, one day I will go to your branch whenever I get the chance and I want my money back. Don’t worry I will bring my receipt. I can’t go this month of July because my schedule is hectic. I just ordered a 2 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy. My order arrived upside down in the bag. I tried calling the store location three times and no one picks up the phone. That is lousy customer service. I want a refund. Who do you have packing the food? This isn't right. Please don't order food from this location as they don't care how they pack it.
