I ordered the subway melt, it was well done. They also practiced proper social distancing even though the place is small and I really appreciate that. Great use of space. Proper management, safety and excellent work on hyping up our tastebuds. I don't have any pictures (I ate it off 😁)

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the customer service was awesome. The ham and Turkey sandwich was great as per usual.

Sandwich not warm. The bacon bits was in grease & the staff wanted to give us that instead of fresh bacon. The staff was not welcoming at all.

The food was great, but the service was bad. It was like I was being one of the workers to do their job. At one point he tried to bully a young woman because she made a mistake with her order. I agree with other comments that the prices are high. I was able to feed 6 people at Popeyes for the amount I spent on 2 people here .

Food still good. Space limit prevents more than 3 persons in store at a time - Managed by staff. Ridiculously priced sodas - Offered at one price as a combo add on including chips or cookie, sold at a higher price than total combo when requested separately.

It is clean but unfortunately not spacious, hence it's somewhere where you do a quick bite and run. Service is good and the submarine sandwiches taste great!! I loved the fact that it can take unlimited variety of vegetables and condiments!!!

Customer service needs improvement. Employees should be trained on how to be courteous and helpful instead of seemingly irritated about having to be at work. Employees didn't care much to listen to questions or requests, and this was the general portrayal of the servers and cashier in attendance. Poor customer service is sadly/seemingly an accepted norm across this industry/country, but it it's time management and leadership starts looking into rectifying this

Worst subway I have tried around the world. The bread is always stale and hard , the meat quality sucks. They always missing something such as lettuce spinach etc. do better !

I bought an italian bmt today and the sandwich was so flat, i observed the server barely putting any meat, peppers, onions and lettiluce in the sub. You could tell he was advised not to stuff the sub with much. If the sub is advertised as having lots of meat, which is the point of the bmt, then the servers should be advised to prepare the sandwich accordingly. I had a craving for subway and i am now feeling disappointed.
