Sigue siendo el mejor sitio de Jávea para comer una buena pasta en un ambiente cuidado y con vinos italianos de primera. Llevaba años sin ir y me alegra saber que sigue sitio un sitio top para comer o cenar. Pedimos un antipasto mixto porque recordaba lo buenas que son las verduritas encurtidas que tienen y fué un acierto. Tambien la pasta con limon y gambas me sorprendió. Tomamos un Verdicchio, un blanco italiano excelente.

Restaurante italiano en Javea... Local con buena terraza, carta de pasta fresca muy buena, buenas ensaladas y entrantes, los mejillones muy buenos. Recomendable si quieres una buen plato de pasta.

Muy buena atencion, y muy buena comida, nos atendió una chica en la terraza que nos dijo que llevaba poco tiempo trabajando , muy buen servicio por su parte, tanto en recomendaciones como en atencion, no nos faltó de nada en toda la cena, la burrata 10/10 y los tagliatelle con castañas un acierto, el tiramisú muy bueno tambien, de precio 34€ por persona, pero merece mucho la pena

Espectacular restaurante Italiano en Jávea, me pensé publicar la reseña, por que ya se llena lo suficiente, pero el sitio lo merece. Interior elegante y terraza espectacular, la comida mmmmm !!! te trasladas a la Italia profunda, todo buenísimo y un trato inmejorable. No os recomendaré ningún plato, yo cada vez que voy quiero pedirlos todos !!! Voy cambiando y a cuál mejor…mmmmm Sitio súper recomendable que os sorprenderá gratamente.

Already then he was special. So many year passed… - Casa della Pasta “Marito & Moglie” is a family-run restaurant with a deep passion for bringing true Italian flavors to the table. Everything here feels genuinely Italian (with a Dutch touch) — from the atmosphere to the food that tastes like it came straight from Nonna’s kitchen. They use fresh ingredients and make their pasta in-house — and not just any pasta! Every ingredient is carefully selected and imported from Italy, following traditional methods passed down through generations. There’s a great selection of antipasti and outstanding first courses, especially the fresh pasta. I highly recommend the gnocchi, particularly the Gnocchi alla Pava — a must for gnocchi lovers. The menu is extensive, and the portions are generous. We were lucky to be a group of five, so I got to sample a bit of everything — and let me tell you, everything was yummy! 🥰 If you’re into risotto, don’t miss the Risotto ai Funghi Porcini — absolutely divine! 😍 For the main course, I had the Solomillo di Ternera (Filet Mignonette) — perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. My wife chose the Mejillones Calabrese (Calabrian-style mussels in tomato sauce). I have to admit… I ended up eating most of her dish too! 😂 It was that good. To finish off, we had their homemade tiramisu — so good I had to order an extra one to take home. This was definitely not our first visit, and certainly won’t be the last. Thank you again for the excellent service, warm atmosphere and truly authentic Italian cuisine. Had dinner here on a Tuesday night. We didn’t have a reservation, but they still managed to find us a table—super friendly staff. If you’re coming in high season, though, better book ahead. We kicked things off with a cheese platter and shared the pasta and steak. Honestly, the steak was spot on: perfectly medium rare, maybe the best I’ve had in Spain. Don’t skip the pistachio helado—just €3, and it’s an actual dessert, not just a scoop of ice cream. If you’re into wine, grab the Poppone bottle! 5/5 stars.

We were a party of four for lunch on a hot day. The covered outside area was inviting with fans and AC. Service was friendly and efficient. All our meals were super, a notch above the average Italian menu. Beer was cold. Ample parking. Zero negatives. To be repeated.

Lovely restaurant, I would book in advance. Very busy evening on a Tuesday! Luckily they had room for us outside which is a beautiful part of the place. The food was sensational and all handmade. We had 3 courses and all were delicious. Service was great and the servers were happy and friendly, they didn't laugh at my attempts in Spanish too. Highly recommend! 👌

Some of the best pasta in the area. We took the todays special which was guanciale, black truffle and Karl Johan mushroom - Sicilian salad with oranges, fennel, semi dried tomatoes, olives and burrata plus desert and coffee. Fair prices, great staff and cozy atmosphere. Would absolutely come back and would absolutely recommend it!

Casa Della Pasta is a litte hidden gem of a pasta restaurant. When you walk through the restaurant and out onto the terrace, a great space opens up. They have delicious food and good selections of drinks. The food and drinks are very good and beautifully presented. Cheerful and pleasant waiters. They have a large selection of different pasta dishes and some meat dishes. A visit is highly recommended. We will definitely be back for anothet culinary experience. 👌🏻🤩

Just had another very nice night. But have to say the trufo pasta dish was probably the worst I've ever tasted! ( Tasteless) would be an understatement..... sorry. But you should know, 1 other pasta dish also got a low mark for taste & temp( just warm)! The other two were fine.

Amazing place. The outdoor area is great. You can enjoy your meal in the shadows of beautiful trees even when it's pretty hot outside. The food is delicious. One of the best raviolis I've ever tried (even in Italy). The desert of the day was great. We'll definitely come back.

Probably the best Italian pasta in the Javea region. Book way in advance (at least one week) if you want a table. The owner should work on her sympathy capital.

La pasta muy buena, seguramente la mejor de Javea. El escalope grueso, tieso y mal rebozado. Inadmisible la espera de 35 minutos entre los entrantes y los platos según ellos por algo de colapso en cocina. Demasiada gente cenando en agosto para dar buen servicio. Pongo 4 estrellas por el pésimo servicio.

SORPRENDENTEMENTE BUENO. Fuimos este fin de semana a comer allí porque unos amigos nos lo recomendaron y nos gustó mucho. Es de los pocos sitios de Jávea donde todavía puedes comer bien a un precio razonable. Pedimos para el centro el queso provolone y como plato principal unos tallarines al tartufo y unos ravioli funghi que, en mi opinión, estos últimos estaban espectaculares. Nos quedamos con ganas de pedir el tiramisú de postre ya que lo vimos en las demás mesas y tenía muy buena pinta, una lástima que estuviesemos llenos.... Queda pendiente para la próxima vez que vayamos!!

Maybe my palate is not sufficiently sophisticated to appreciate the subtle difference in texture and flavour between fresh and dried pasta, or maybe there is something that is not special enough to interest me; something more ordinary and bland. Don't get me wrong, the restaurant is nice enough; There is a lovely, large, covered outside dining area at the back; and the service was quick, polite and attentive. It's just the food; There is nothing wrong or unpleasant about it. It was nice. I was just left with the impression that I could make a pretty good stab at something similar at about a quarter of the price. Don't be put off by my experience; if you love pasta, you will love this place. It's just that my taste buds were asking me the serious question about why I didn't eat in the restaurant next door

Delicious Italian food in a relaxed setting. One of the best Italian restaurants we have been to. This is a family favourite whenever we are in Javea. The starters are huge but delicious , the mains are a good size but not huge like the starters. Friendly staff and reasonably priced , out of season it is even better value. During high season you will definitely need to book as it is always busy.

My family and I had dinner here yesterday. We chose this restaurant because my sister has Celiac disease and I am gluten sensitive, and we saw that they have a gluten free menu on their website. The starters were nice; the vitello tonnato, provolone al forno and ensalada Siciliana tasted good. Then the rest ordered their house made ravioli and canneloni and those looked amazing (and tasted very good aswell from what I heard from everyone). My sister and I ordered a pasta with gluten free pasta. We thought they would swap linguine for gluten free linguine; spaghetti for gluten free spaghetti etc. Instead, we both got gluten free penne. The gluten free penne itself really wasn’t nice (TIP: the gluten free pasta from the brand Rummo is amazing). But besides that, we both chose a delicate sauce. I feel like as an Italian restaurant you should know that there are different kinds of pasta for a reason. Penne is meant for strong and thick sauces, not delicate sauces with just olive oil or butter. My sister chose the pasta al tartufo (butter based), which honestly tasted like a big plate of plain, cooked penne. It just doesn’t combine well and really tasted like nothing. I chose the pasta allo scoglio (seafood), which is usually served with spaghetti or linguine and is olive oil based. Again, penne does not work.. Furthermore, this sauce was EXTREMELY salty (and I like to use a lot of salt). My sister and I did not finish our plates and when we told them that the gluten free pasta’s were not good, they offered to take them of the bill. So that was a nice gesture. We also ordered dessert, but one dessert somehow never came which was also a bit strange. It was also on the bill, but then they removed it. Over all I think the food is probably really great if you can eat everything. But for my sister and I it was unfortunately really dissapointing. Especially since our experience in Spain has been really amazing so far with gluten free options.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience… I had come across Casa della pasta via Instagram ‘maps’ and saw some photos of pasta beings served in a cheese wheel which is a big weakness of mine. Seeing the place was rated a big 4.6 stars on google, I was convinced. We ordered a Salad with Ricotta, olives and pistachio cream (which I have to say was good) and the famous Spaghetti al Parmigiano! I was counting the minutes until they would come with the cheese wheel to serve us fresh cheesy pasta on our plate but we were utterly disappointed when they just put two ready pasta plates on our table…. I thought it was a mistake but the waiter informed us they no longer roll out the cheese wheel and do it in the kitchen instead… it was so disappointing because it was also the most expensive pasta option on the menu so you expect it to be an experience! To make it worse the pasta was filled with ‘cheap’ vegetables and celery that has a way to strong taste and therefore just completely overmastered the ‘cheese and trufle’ taste. It was so disappointing that we didn’t even want to order a dessert anymore and left as soon as we could. Perhaps we ordered bad but I felt this dish was one of their star dishes…. I definitely recommend the restaurant to leave out the horrible vegetables. Simplicity is the best when it comes to good pasta. The place itself and their patio is nice though.

Friendly staff. Pasta was quiet good. The gnocchi wirh cheese sauce where too bland and way too oily. Would maybe recommend to make it only with a gorgonzola sauce to give the dish some identity.

No pongo 0 estrellas por qué no me deja Google, empezamos llegando a las 21:30 y pedimos 3 platos, 2 de la primera imagen que era pasta en rueda de queso y un plato carbonara (imagen 2). Como entrante pedimos focaccia con salsas (lo mejor a comparación de la comida) el pan estaba frío y súper duro pero las salsas muy buenas y con sabor. El primer plato estaba frío y no nos han sacado la rueda de queso directamente nos han puesto el plato, no tenía sabor y estaba lleno de verduras insípidas. El segundo plato era INCOMESTIBLE sin exagerar, un sabor muy fuerte que recordaba al vomito y no lo pudimos terminar. No se si llegamos en mal momento o había algún alimento en mal estado pero sin duda no volveremos jamás.

This restaurant is a game of 2 halves, the atmosphere is great and the setting is good. Unfortunately the main part of this review has to be how disappointing everything else was. The portion size is small and the flavour is not there too be honest. The service was not great, upon asking for a drink to be corrected as they did it wrong we were made to feel like it was our fault that they made the mistake. Please consider other restaurants in the area as you will pay less and receive a much better service and food quality. I can only unfortunately say that this is overated by the people who own it and think that they are doing an amazing job and serve spectacular food but the truth is far from this. Could do a lot better!!!
