Hemos ido sin reserva a cenar, hemos esperado poco, pero sugiero hacerla. El trato por parte de todos los camareros es excepcional. Se nota que trabajan a gusto. Pedimos de entrante Ensalada de gambas, aguacate, piña y palmitos con salsa rosa, estaba buenísima. Para la peque un plato para niños, el Tortiglioni bolognese que también estaba bastante rico. Para nosotros una pizza CAPRICCIO DE VICENZO y un CALZONE AMICI MIEI, todo exquisito. De postre tarta de queso con frutos del bosque, riquísima. En verdad que volveremos. Las raciones están bastante bien, al igual que la relación calidad - precio.

Cenamos mi marido y yo con nuestras hijas. Cada cosa que pedimos exquisita. La pequeña espaguetis bien ricos para ser tan básicos, la otra niña una lubina riquísima. Y nosotros pedimos una carne y musaka. Todo excepcional. En ambiente estupendo y los trabajadores atentos en todo momento. Cenamos genial!!!

Buena experiencia en este restaurante italiano con toque asiático a pie de playa, raciones y menús contundentes, fuimos a comer y para reservar no hubo problema dices la hora y te hacen hueco. Pedimos un menú interesante compuesto de un primero y segundo de la carta, empezamos por unos mejillones al vapor con tomate, especias y cilantro, un provolone, brochetas pollo aderezado con especias rojas (por cierto con un toque de picante casi todo bastante agradable) y después varias pizzas esquisitas hechas al horno de leña. Terminamos con una tarta de queso con sabor más bien a tiramisu. Servicio rápido. Volveremos.

Pretty good for your pizza and pasta options, they do have some other grill options, managed to get a table for 8 without a reservation which was great! I really enjoyed their pizza, I would like more protein on mine but that's a personal choice! The seafood pasta was a generous portion the kids couldn't finish it.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly took their job seriously. We were helped quickly and efficiently, and they made sure to double-check our order to get everything just right. They were very accommodating and attentive throughout the evening. The food was served promptly, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their meals. Great selection of both red and white wine – everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here with family for 30 years. No trip to Javea is complete without a trip to Pepas. The menu del dia is fantastic value for money. The menu del dia varies on each day, but theyre all great options. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mussels are amazing, and the wood fired pizzas are a personal favourite. I keep coming back again and again because the quality is consistently above average. Hope to be coming back soon!

We used to come here all the time when we lived in the area back in the 90's. This was the first time I've eaten here in 30 years. It's one of the only restaurants from back then that still exists. I'm glad to say the pizzas here are still excellent. In fact the one I had (inferno) was genuinely one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. We ask enjoyed our visit and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The only criticism is that one waiter with the personal hygiene problem that kept ruining the "atmosphere" every time he passed by

Best food in the beachfront area, whether it's meat, vegetarian, chips, pizza, steak or pasta, everything is high quality, not very expensive and the food comes very quickly after ordering, even when busy. Decided to pop in to this restaurant as the menu looked good and reasonably priced. We weren't disappointed. We had calamari for starter which was delicious - you could tell it was fresh! My husband chose the seafood calzone for main course and it was quite a spectacle with fresh shellfish on top! It was also packed with seafood. My son and I shared a rustico pizza which was equally tasty and plenty of toppings. The pizzas are quite big, so if you're having 3 courses it may be worth sharing. They're well prepared for this and bring out plates before meals arrive. The chilli oil on the table was a nice addition too. The waiters were all very friendly and spoke English. Food arrived promptly and you can see the chefs working in the kitchen with a good view of the pizza oven. We were looking around at other people's food and it all looked delicious. Fabulous views of the sea front too!

Muy buen lugar para cenar en la playa del Arenal con maravillosas vistas de la playa y el mar desde cualquier parte del local y una carta muy amplia y completa en la que la gran mayoría de veces vas a encontrar algo que te apetezca. Con respecto a la comida pedimos de entrantes Albóndigas 🧆 estaban buenas pero no son nada del otro mundo el entrante que recomiendo es el provolone, muy bueno y es excelente para compartir. Con respecto a los platos principales que probamos fueron todos pizza🍕: Carbonara, 4 quesos, Pepa y Fungi con bacon. Todas ellas bastante buenas hechas en el mismo momento al horno y cortadas por los camareros en la misma mesa. Lo único a objetar con respecto al sabor es la falta del mismo, las pizzas que llevan champiñón pierden bastante sabor, por lo demás todo perfecto 💯. Los precios de las pizzas van desde los 10 a los 15 euros aproximadamente.

Una buena opción para comer pizza y pasta. El servicio fue correcto y ágil. La joya de la corona es sin duda la ubicación.

Buen sitio para tomar pizzas en el paseo. Pedimos un provolone y 2 pizzas con 3 dobles de cerveza por unos 50 euros. Las pizzas muy ricas y cuidado, si dice que pica, pica y mucho!!! Recomendable!!

Llegamos sin reserva y rápido nos atendieron aunque recomiendo reservar mesa con antelación. Fuimos a comer cinco personas. La comida estaba bastante buena. Lo que más me gustó de lo que pedimos fue la pizza carbonara y la tarta de queso al horno. La pasta carbonara carecía de sabor a diferencia de otras que he probado en las que el guanciale estaba más potenciado. El mojo picón que acompaña al Ali Oli es más picante que otros que he probado, pero estaba bueno. Las raciones de Ali Oli con mojo picón y el pan, se cobran a parte, a no ser que pidas el menú, que sí se incluyen. Si vas a pedir algún refresco (como Coca Cola) asegúrate de pedirlo de botellín/lata, porque puede ser que te lo sirvan del grifo y te lo cobran igual que si fuera de botellín/lata. Comimos muy bien, sin prisas (no tuvimos límite de tiempo), con la brisa del mar y vistas a la playa.

En mi opinión normalito. Pedimos una ración de pulpo, pizza y lasaña y....ni fu ni fa. Creo que el la relación calidad-precio, se ve mejor reflejada en otros restaurantes de la zona.

We've been coming to Jávea for more than 25 years and usually during the summer visits we go to Pepas. Mgt changed- a few years back.. We went last night. Brought some family there for the 1st time. 7 of us dining. Our server was nice. We ate calamari, the pizza garlic bread, chicken skewer with peanut sauce, provolone for starters. All good. Fish, calzone, spag bol , spaghetti fruit de mare- all nice. 3 of us wanted the original carbonara. We went there specifically for it tbh. They make the effort to highlight it on the menu that they have 2 types of carbonara. One with cream. Which isn't carbonara btw and one with guanciale, egg, parmesan - the correct way for carbona.. Ours arrived dry. Hardly / or no sauce could be seen. When we said it wasn't correct they said 'the majority of customers..don't like egg so we don't use it-!'.which is nonsense! Without the egg it's not carbonara, its spaghetti with guanciale. Anyway we won't order again. We'll think about returning but probably just stick with ordering pizza. Disappointed really that we'd gone in and not served what is clearly written on the menu. As said all other dishes were fine but I wouldn't advise coming here if you know your carbonara and wish to eat that. Also, will add ' glass of wine' is ridiculous small. Making these points so mgt can address if they wish and also customers can order accordingly.

Pepa is your old-fashioned restaurant for the entire family - meaning a lot of dishes that should suit everyone, on paper. The pizzas are normal, typical, and a bit boring. Nothing to get happy about, and nothing to hate too much.

So disappointed with the pizzas. They were wet and soggy, To the point where we scraped the topping off to eat and left the wet, soggy pizza base On the plate. The waiter didn’t even ask what was wrong with it he just took the plate away without batting an eyelid. This is the third time we’ve tried this restaurant and all three times we’ve been disappointed so we won’t return. Considering it’s a pizza restaurant, the pizzas should be spectacular, especially as they have a woodfired pizza Oven, but they are mediocre at best. Had the waiter at least asked what was wrong with the Pizza. It would’ve made a difference, but he didn’t care.

Que maldita locura, empezamos pidiendo dos cestas de pan y traen dos panes sueltos, luego dos polvorones que bueno, lo unico q pedimos pasable, nunca pidáis carbonara (huevo) en vuestra vida, eramos 3 personas y a los 5-10 min a los 3 nos ha empezado a doler la barriga, insípida, 0 cremosa, no es guanciale, aceitosa, parecían spaguetis con aceite y especias. Muy muy mal 2/3 de nosotros no han querido comer ni la mitad. Encima cada plato 13 pavazos. Una maldita vergüenza.
