Atención super rápida, amables y la comida muy rica, hay veces que no tienen variedad en pan, porque es mucha la afluencia de gente, se entiende, solo que no debería de pasar, en general me gusta comprar en ese lugar.

A bit of a mess (nothing out of the ordinary). It's a subway, so there's not much to wait for. The service from the staff was very good. Behind me was an older man who had no idea how to order; apparently, he was ordering from his daughter. They served him very well. In the end, the man bought several cookies; I think he liked them.

Fast service. This time, the staff was male and unfriendly. The toppings bar was almost empty, perhaps due to the lack of customers. They remain a healthy and quick option.

Everything is the same as the other Subways, except that at this particular one I've had the same problem four times, one after another. I've been hoping it wouldn't happen again, and it does. I don't recommend this one in particular if you like to put the most basic vegetables in your Subway, like tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers, since they run out at a certain time of day and the suppliers or the same company doesn't bring them anymore. I don't know why they let this happen, so I recommend going to a different one, like on the Camino or Las Torres.

They should hire people who actually follow order instructions, not people who send subs with whatever ingredients and bread they feel like.

Desde hace 3 meses no hay luz en el baño de mujeres, además que la chica que nos atendió “Sofi” traía chile mientras realizaba mi pedido, no traía cubrebocas o algo

El Subway de rostisserie,cuatro tiritas de pollo desebrado,el de jamón como que de una rebanada sacaron cuatro pedazos,el de atún no estaba bien escurrido o no se que paso que estaba súper mojado el pan,las verduras ni se diga una de tomate,tres aceitunas negras, resúmen: raquíticos sus Subway,y no es el único,el resto andan igual pero este se pasó,mientras esté esto de la contingencia no compraré Subway,por que a mí sí me gustan,pero no vemos cómo los preparan,quiero pensar que es por eso que sirven de esa manera sus subs 🤔

Pésimo servicio más de 15 minutos para atender a 2 personas estaban más interesados en sus cosas que en el servicio, te quieren ver la cara y no lo ponen los ingredientes que pides, moscas en dentro del área de los alimentos y nadie de los trabajadores intenta hacer algo. La gerente vio esto y no hizo nada

Sucursal cerrada antes de tiempo, marca cierran 10 pm llegamos 9:30 y sin servicio …. Acomoden su horario o cierren a la hora ya que nos desviamos para pasar

Las trabajadoras bien amargadas y no hacen bien su jale, no vuelvo a venir

Pésimo servicio recibimos todos los subway fríos y con pan en pésimo estado le dijimos a la cajera y no le importó ni siquiera cambiarnos el pan Aveces no deberían contratar personas que solo juegan con el trabajo por ejemplo todos esos muchachitos de ahí que se la pasan jugando y sin atender sus clientes

Terrible service, 3 TIMES. I ordered online and they sent me whatever they felt like. I went to the physical store and all the cookies were wrong, even though I told them repeatedly. The bread was warm instead of toasted, and don't even get me started on the attitude of the girl who served me. Even so, I responded politely and kindly, and she almost dropped the money on me instead of giving it to me. More competent staff, please.

The staff had a terrible attitude; only the cashier was friendly, and there were about four of them. With such a lack of friendliness and customer service, we were going to eat there, but we decided to leave. The place looks so nice, yet the staff's attitude and poor service made us want to leave.

The food is usually decent, typical of a chain restaurant, nothing exceptional, but you can never order for pickup or through any delivery app; items are always out of stock or the orders are incorrect. You waste time when you want to save it. You express your dissatisfaction and only receive rude responses.
