This location is independently owned in Cd. Juarez , so they exceed in customer service and food quality plus the atmosphere is conpletelly diferent from your regular Applebees location.

Great customer service , I left my glasses here , went back the next day but they didn't find them , its too bad , I wish someone would have turned them in , now I'm wearing my work safety glasses until I can afford to get another pair
Excellent food as at any Applebee's, parking is a bit weird tho. I put the price range in the review in MX pesos.
It is ok
I really like this location because it is different from others Applebee's. The structure and the accommodation allows it to not feel it crowded and the social distance is well followed. The food taste is great, I would recommend them to pay more attention to the service, our waiter was courteous but, he wasn't coming back to our table too often and we had to ask others servers for help.
Loved the margaritas and ribs. However the beef ribs were not tender and so the pork ribs were better.

This is a big franchise in the most expensive location it's good service the food take a bit longer than usual I mean they have tons of experience why not use it ?
Charged me for a drink I didn't order. Food was okay, but pricey considering we're in Mexico. I could've ate better at a taqueria.

Place was expensive but within range, it was the service that sucked, slow, inefficient, one of the bus girls splashed one of the drinks and did not even clean. Horrible service
Came in on a Sunday, at around 5pm. Restaurant was have empty, (so I thought service would be quick) I waited 50 mins for our food to be serviced, during the 50 mins of waiting our waitress didn't check on us one time. When they finally brought our food out the missed one of my Son's plates so we had to wait another 5 mins. There was only a total of 6 people. Needless to say customer service was not very good and it takes for ever to get you food and when we did half the food was cold and the boneless wings were way over cooked and very dry. Will not be coming back here again. Very disappointing
Bad service !! I wouldn't recommend noone to go there the waiters were really rude wouldn't take our order and we were waiting for ever !!!
