My family went to eat here after church. The lady at the register (not sure her name) was very helpful. The guy (Ricky Zink) was super kind and helpful. Ricky was what you hope for when you visit a local restaurant. The food was great to. Way to go Arby's - Not sure if Ricky was management, but I could see him running and leading a store.

This Arby's has the best staff. We had the pumpkin cheesecake milkshake and go often on Sundays as a big family. They always smile and make sure our large order is right. It is clean with clean bathrooms and good food. Frenchdip is good.

Arby's has a lot of great sandwiches, milkshakes, good curly fries and I love that they've added crinkle fries to their menu...those are the best.

Just wanted to give David who worked in the drive thru Saturday night a big shout. Very respectfully young man. Took my order correctly and had anything in my bag. Good customer service David 👍.

The staff was pleasant and always made sure we had what we needed. Service was extremely fast! Our food was done before we sat down at our table and the whole area was very clean and stylish. Since it's close to the college it's a nice place to grab a quick bite.

The power went out in parts of Katy this was one of the few restaurants open and these guys had three people staffed which I seen from my dining experience and they did awesome even though they got busy they made sure that Food was out on time and the customer service was awesome thanks again Arby’s I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years and this is one of my best experiences that I’ve thus far!

Often use the drive through and they are always so upbeat and the food is fresh. Even when I swing by in the last hour they have great service. Kids love the chicken nuggets better than mcds.

I went through the drive through of this Arby’s and ordered a shake and two 8 piece jalapeño bites. I was on my way to work so I didn’t notice until I got there that one of the jalapeño bites orders was missing. Being pregnant there were definitely a couple tears, but I called them and asked if I could go pick up the missing order after work. They took my name down and told me that was fine. I got there and they not only gave me one but two!! Definitely made my night, never mentioned being pregnant either and I’m not showing yet so they just did that for customer service. I’ve had wonderful experiences with this location in the past, so figured it was time to give them a good review. We will absolutely continue to support this business!

Rick was FANTASTIC! Very kind, professional, and quick. The standard menu items were great...the new boneless wings are at 2 out of 5 stars at best. Clean dining room, and a nice atmosphere.

We had the 2 for $5 and it was worth it!! The mozzarella sticks were fresh made and perfect and you can't go wrong with the classic and this place actually packed on the beef!! And my daughter said the shake was deadly delicious!!!! My only complaint..the lady behind the front counter really needs to watch the counter more often as the initial wait was a bit long and we were the only people at the counter...overall it was a perfect place to grab a good meal!

My wife and I had to visit Home Depot last week and saw the sign at your establishment that the dining room was finally opened. We went in after our HD visit and enjoyed it. Not surprisingly a lot more dine-in customers started to enter after we sat down. The manager in charge was more than happy to give a refill on my soft drink. We will be back again soon. 7/25/2021 - In checking the menu (as I was planning to visit later today) noticed I don't see the Loaded Italian Sandwich listed. A quick search on the internet revealed this item has been dropped from the menu! Really?! Bad move! This sandwich was the ONLY reason I visited Arby's for the past few years. It was bad enough that the Arby's location on Fry Road near FM 529 was closed, and now this? I use to visit Arby's about 3 times weekly, but now I will NOT be visiting at all. Horrible marketing decision Arby's! I will NOT be visiting Arby's anymore. Your competitors will get my business. I've changed my review rating from a 5 star to a 1 star (actually it's zero). Adios!! 9/28/2025 Arby’s finally got the Loaded Italian sandwiches back! Great job! I’ve already returned twice in recent weeks just to get the Loaded Italian along with a few sides and drinks. Great place with great food! The food is amazing, it tastes very fresh and very flavorful. Their water is great, but I couldn't tell you how good the soda is because I do not drink soda. The fries are also great, the best I have tasted for a cheap(ish) fast food place like this. The building itself was very clean and stylish. Overall 5/5.

This arby's is one of the best fast food restaurants around. I always come to this place if I'm looking to get fast food for lunch at work. They're always very quick, easy, and polite. The quality of their food is really good. I've never had an order wrong here before

I don't know his name but the manager who was working yesterday evening but we ordered on the Arby's website but door dash delivered it and they left it at the wrong address. I made a complaint on the Arby's website and the manager got in touch with us right away. And he was nice and made it right.

I've always liked their fish sandwich and it is being promoted due to a religious season. I ordered the "meat plus 3" box for $7.99. it came with a sandwich you select, small curly fries, small drink, 2 mozzarella sticks and a peach cobbler roll. It was fast, it was food and it was hot, fresh and delicious. Exactly how I expected it to be!

Great service and tasty roast beef. Better than burgers , you get real meat!

My wife & I have been to this location maybe a half-dozen times over the past year and there is only one order they did not get correct (they forgot to leave an item off a sandwich). The staff is genial and helpful when describing new items. Hope this one stays in business for a while.

Arby's does a great job with traditional meals (ie: Rueben, Gyro), and offers terrific coupon savings. But this location isn't close enough to our home—it's in an insanely busy area (ie: Walmart, Home Depot). Oh well...

The food has a always been good here but the restaurant was dirty. Since the recent remodel, it is a nice place. Just watch when you order a combo because they ask if you want medium or large when the meal actually comes with a small. Just their way of trying to upcharge you.

The staff is often distracted when you walk in but that's probably because it's slow (good place to get a quality bite without a long wait) so I cant complain too much. Also the management here is always helpfu) and friendly. I am glad to see remaining Arbys locations doing well and this one is a fine example.

4 stars because the cheese isn't always melted on the sliders and that really really really changes the texture and deliciousness, the roast beef sliders with melted cheese are a godsend but with non melted cheese it's only decent cause the meat is tender but not something I would go back for. The roast beef gyros are good too, have tried the rueben yet but I hear it's good.

I ordered the classic fish sandwich meal w/extra tartar sauce on the side. Overall the food was okay, however, I don’t think It was worth the drive (15 miles round trip). I don’t eat too much fast foods which is easy to do being a pescatarian. With that being said I felt the fish flavor was acceptable, however too much lettuce in comparison to the thinness of the fish, tartar sauce was good, my sprit w/out ice was on point. The mist disappointing part of the meal were the curly fries; they were fried too hard, the majority them were pieces/portions of curly fries which tasted like old grease/cooking oil. Some of the curly fries were fried so hard I thought that I was eating chips…😂😂

Try the steak nuggets. Tell them you want your fries hot.

I like they ask your name to notify when food is done. The sandwich wasn't my favorite but I love the fries

This place was great !! I had to drive out of the way almost 30 minutes to get here, but they closed the closer one down. I love arbys! The strawberry lemonade is the best. The roast beef and cheddar sandwiches are bomb! This location was extremely nice and super cool. The people inside were understanding and patient with me. They did forget a few things but im thankful it was super easy getting it corrected, I had a very big order with our family of 6. No issues truly. My kids enjoyed their meals. They loved the limited peach fried egg rolls, and they absolutely love the curly fries. Dinner was great ! Thanks !!!!

Was welcomed by a very cheerful and kind gentleman. He always jokes and gives the customers a good laugh which is appreciated. Food was excellent and freshly made. The only reason for a four star rather than five was today there were some homeless ladies using the washroom for the entire time we were there. I’m sensitive to their situation but as a paying customer I wasn’t able to use the washroom as they were using it to clean up. Another lady came in making loud noises and wasn’t well. I think management should address the issue so it doesn’t deter their customers.

Took extra time for a chicken sandwich...which ended up looking like it was intended for a kids meal. If give it an average rating. Mostly because of the employees. Food is good, but service was not very prompt.

I went to the drive thru as I have before, well I ordered a Pecan Chicken Sandwich and a Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. I drive off about 5 mins down the road and I decided to check my bag,well I went back into the line because both sandwiches said Turkey Bacon Ranch on them. I told Ricky the guy in the window about my 2 same sandwiches and he had attitude like it was my fault they put same paper on both. Sorry if me wanted 2 different sandwiches made them work a little harder. 🙄🥴☹️

It's sad, Arbys used to be a top quality establishment. Now it is typical every other fast food, what's next burgers & toys. I hope they don't go there. They have lost so much of the quality that made them stand out. At least the staff is friendlier than others.

Store is extremely cheap when it comes to sauce. I'll order a few sandwiches and they will usually give me one less sauce than I need. For the cost of the food it seems pretty unnecessary to be so cheap in this respect. The food is also hit or miss. You'll either get lucky and get a fresh sandwich or you'll get one that has been sitting for a while (Or just bad beef). This is especially noticeable if you get mozzarella sticks and if they are old they will probably make you sick.

We ordered 3 beef and cheddar sands. 1 lg curly with a cup of cheese 1 potato cake 1 cherry pie 1 mozz sticks. We received sandwiches and potato cakes and overcooked cheese sticks. The cheese was gone out of them. That's all. The sandwiches were so pressed together that you cant even see the meat. Very frustrating. This is a classic sandwich and this is first time I have ever had a complaint. The meal and experience was awful. What should I have expected? Times have definitely changed in the industry. I'm embarrassed for them. You get 3 stars for reaching out to me. I don't need anything free or to fill out any comment cards. I left a review and that should be sufficient. I would just like to get what I ordered and have that item represent the brands pictures to some degree. This is due to lack of standards which ultimately lies with management.

Food was great, there aren't too many Arby's locations around so I happened to be in the area and I thought yay! Arby's. But the kids at the drive-thru really ruined to the experience. Zero customer service, zero caring about their job. First first the kid tried to hand me a drink when I only ordered a sandwich. Then he picked up the bag next to him thinking it was mine asked me if I wanted any sauce; I asked for Horsey sauce He grabbed two packets and threw them in the bag then the kid behind him said no that's the wrong order so he just put it down. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me, "I'm sorry it'll be a minute" or , "Sorry, we don't have your order ready.," About 10 minutes later, I kid you not, when my lone sandwich finally came out he dumped in a bag and just handed it out the window to me without saying "sorry for the wait or anything". I asked him for the sauces and he said "I already put them in the bag" then I took the sandwich out and showed him the empty bag. He looked annoyed and reached for two packets and gave me the packets and I asked, well can I have a napkin too? again he looked annoyed and gave me a handful of napkins as he started taking the next order so he wasn't even looking at me. All he did was put his arm out the window as he was looking at the register or the order taking device. The sandwich I ordered did hit the spot though;. It just wasn't piping hot the way it should be. It was hot just not piping hot. I hope store management sees this review and does something about it.

I like their spicy fish sandwich, I just wish they had it year round and not just during Lent. I do wish their sweet tea was sweeter though, it's almost like drinking unsweetened tea. I have always found this location's dining area and restrooms clean.

I like Arby's. We had roast beef and cheddar, curly fries and hi-c drinks. The fries were hot. The beef and cheddar sandwich wasn't cold but warm. The hi-c needed to be checked. The drink was not sweet. It seemed a little diluted but I was unsure which one it was.

One of THE sloppiest fish sandwiches I have ever eaten. The bread just fell apart with every bite I took, the cheese was only slapped on to one side of the bun so it got all over my hand. Just take it off the menu or make it better. The curly fires were hard and cold.

Edit: They were a 1 star but now theyre like a 3.5 star. I've gave them another chance, and big improvement in their staff. Before it was an absolute staffing disaster. Seems like after a year and a half of not going there, most of bad folks are gone. Still too much screwing around behind the counters. There needs to be more focus on the customers standing at the counter.

Served me left over fish sandwiches from lunch time. Too far away to take back. The fish was not chewable. Maybe they reheated in the microwave. Clean and friendly place but would not go back. I guess the manager would rather lose a customer over two pieces of fish that should have been scrapped.

Ordered on the app only to arrive and be told the shake machine isn't working. It was our anniversary, and my girlfriend has never tried the JaMocha shake, so I was very disappointed. The employee tried to offer me a soda instead, but I paid $4.99 plus tax for the shake. She said they couldn't do the refund in the store, so 4 days later, and I'm still waiting to hear from corporate.

So sad to report a less than stellar experience today. Between dry meat and clumpy sauce, the sandwich was not up to my previous years of Arby's sandwiches...I usually like them. Not today. Also had their mac'n'cheese. Too dry also... needed some liquid to be less sticky/gummy. Couldn't eat it after a bite or two. AND to top it off... they gave me sweet tea instead of the unsweet I ordered. They did exchange the tea, but it's not fun to get a big swallow of sweet tea when you're expecting unsweet. Poor showing today.

After long absence due to bad prior experiences, came back to give another try today. Very sloppily put together bbq sandwich and not fresh crinkle fries. Worse, checkout staff not friendly at all.

Walked in and there wasn’t a single person behind the counter. I looked to my right and the cashier was outside playing on her phone. How very 2019 of her. I waited, she came in eventually. Took my order with zero personality and my food was delivered in a timely manner. It’s close to work so I’ll probably be back but I really don’t want to.

I know fast food isn't real good for us, but I've always had a soft spot for the Arby's French Dip and their curly fries. So I would tend to get from this location about once every 4-6 weeks. Went there in late August, used the drive-through, and amazingly they simply left out the dip sauce. That's the whole point of the French Dip sandwich. How does that happen? So I have them another chance today, same order. This time, they included the sauce, but when I got home (close, only about 10 mins) it was nearly ice cold. And the curly fries? Simply not there at all. How does this happen? Twice in a row? Very clearly there are SEVERE management problems at this location. Severe. And I'm loathe to complain because these people would be fixing my food. So rather, I think I'm done. You lost me as a consistent customer. Day shift manager would not take ANY responsibility, just saying "we all make mistakes" (just like last time). No, we don't. And certainly we don't make that many. Here's what's needed: much better quality and consistency of service. Check every ticket agains what is going out the drive-through window. Every time. No exceptions. No excuses. [Responding to below: I already did more than a week ago. And got no response. Yet another huge failure. Am pretty well-convinced that Arby's just doesn't care. That's the reality.]

Maybe it's due to Covid & restaffing issues idk, but our last 2 visits here have left me very disappointed. Sweet tea that tastes like watery tea minus the sugar that we find out at 930pm was made in the AM but they served it. The drive thru order taker does not listen and we've received 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches NO CHEDDAR and ruined my Greek Gyro by dousing it in Gyro sauce/Tatzikki instead of putting it on the side as asked! No fries or drink when we ordered the meals, they clearly didn't want to give meals because we didn't get any curly fries or drinks when we ordered it, his excuse 'Oh oh, I thought you wanted all sandwiches only so I didn't charge you.' Retrain the staff you have running things here. We don't have many locations to chose from anymore please fix this!

I ordered through the drive thru two days ago and the guy who took my order seemed like he didn’t care. He gave me my water cup with a lid that didn’t fit so it spilled when he handed it to me. To top it off, he gave me a receipt but failed to give me back my Visa card. I didn’t realize until the next day that he never gave me my card back. When I drove the next day to get my card, he did apologize but I couldn’t tell if he was genuinely sorry or sorry he got caught. I wouldn’t come back again.

I tried the brown sugar, bacon burger.. it was not good. I was already disappointed because I have had these before in the past and they were excellent. This time, the bacon seemed old and the brown sugar was not into the bacon. There were chunks of uncooked brown sugar, stuck to the bacon. Whoever was working the shift should’ve done a quality check. It was also a little too pricey .

Arby's stop giving me half and half. Half my order is fresh and the other half old. Those old jalapeño poppers were disgusting. My son's chicken bites were fresh. Cashier was super kind.

The last couple of times I have been here either dining in or going through drive thru the workers think it is cool to give customers like myself cold curly fries. Only a few fries on top are barely lukewarm the rest taste as if it has been sitting in old grease for a few hours then drained. Sandwiches are ok. Jalapeno poppers are the only fresh hot items I seem to receive. This is a restaurant I grew up on in my home state and it's sad that the quality is hit or miss at this particular location.

The lady was not rude directly but I could feel her distaste of my presence. I never felt more outta place.The food however is freaking arby's and is always AWESOME sauce.

Ordered the new angus cheesesteak sandwich after hearing rave reviews on social media. They were skimpy with the meat but it had a decent flavor. The meat was a little mushy in texture. The price point is ok but im use to eating a cheesesteak where the meat covers the entirety of the sandwich! I more than likely want get it again!

I ordered the Ruben sandwich meal and it was delicious. Unfortunately the curly fries and the lemonade weren’t. I ordered through the drive thru and paid $8.32. I immediately tasted a few fries and they were just barely warm. I then tasted the lemonade and it was worse than the cold fries, there was only a hint of lemon flavor and no sugar. As much as I enjoyed the ruben sandwich $8.32 was too much to pay for it. My dogs enjoyed the cold fries and I poured the lemonade down the drain.

Place was recently renovated yet upkeep is very lacking. Dirty tables, trash cans overflowing, crumbs on the floor. The food is on point as far as flavor but I ordered the half pound roast beef and it looked slapped together. Another issue was the price listed on the menu was not the one I was told. Turned out to be a mistake yet the manager made no apologies, the way one is spoken to reflects customer service and it was very poor to me. The way the place looks represents management so over all the 2 stars are for the food and that was it.

Every time i go to this location somethings wrong. I always ask for horsey sauce and the guy over the intercom always forgets but is sure to rush me to place my order just to mess it up. THIS time i ordered 2 classic beef and cheddars and 2 double beef and cheddars. NONE had cheese and yet again they forgot my damn horsey sauce .VERY VERYYYYY DISSAPOINTED. Called back to see what went wrong and the manager acted like i was the worst pain hes ever dealt with. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!

My order was completely inaccurate and to top it off the customer service at lunch on 4/8/22 was terrible. I was having a great day, but it was overly apparent that Christian in the drive-thru was on a mission to ruin everyone's day that he interacted with. No smile, no greeting, not a care in the world for servicing customers. He forgot to give me my drink, asked me to pull forward so he could cheat on his drive-thru & make him appear more efficient than he actually was, he didn't ask if I wanted sauce and he obviously didn't check to ensure my order was complete before sending it outside because when I returned to work all I had was a sandwich and jalapeno bites. Half of my order was missing! It's no wonder why this chain has been declining for years. This was such an awful experience I updated my review from 5 stars to 1.

Placed an order thru Uber Eats....the driver was great BUT Arby's bagged my order wrong, only gave me 1 of the 6 items I ordered AND they gave me 3 items from someone else's order. When I called Arby's, the female manager didn't give a flip... she was very rude and tried to blame it on Uber....I said, listen, the receipt on the bag is correct.... your people bagged the order wrong.... didn't care.....kept telling me I had to contact Uber.... she's a dip... they need to get rid of her. Wish I knew her name....whoever the female manager was on Aug 12th at 5:30 needs to be fired.

I just got back home to realize my sandwich weren't made right and I should've figured by how the guy speaking didn't seem like he cared what I had to say or how I wanted my food, and the roast beef and cheddar wasn't even on the bread. To my surprise when I pull up to the window it's the General Manager, I don't know how Arby's finds their managers but it wouldnt be a surprise if they eventually all shut down with the way they run their business. If you want a sandwich or any food in that matter I wouldn't recommend going here or you'll end up in the same situation I did.

Terrible food, quality of roast beef gone do far down hill, turkey tast awful, just tried what you laughing call a chicken club. It was so bad the fog wouldn't eat it, threw most of in garbage. $32 for a couple of sandwiches and drinks? Never again.

Drove up to drive through to place order, someone acknowledged me, but never took order, I drove up to the window and one person finally came to the window and the first thing that came out of his mouth was "I'm not on the clock ", another person came to the window and said"i don't do drive through ". So hmmmm who answered the speaker at first???? Terrible service.

They close like 30 minutes early and will let you sit in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting and then have an attitude when you’re still there. Management needs to do better.

I went to Arby's and ordered food and shakes. He did not have any drink holders and put the Shakes in a bag. They fell out in the car. I had a big mess. I was so upset. I will never go there go there again.

Food is good but everytime we've gone they've forgotten one or more items that we've ordered, the most recent time we went there was either baby roaches or ants in the bags of food we ordered, then we called and tried addressing the issue and got hung up on, called again answered with "this is 911 what's your emergency." Then hung up again. Do better.

Awful service. Rude workers. I waited at the drive thru order for several minutes. Nobody said anything. I drove to the window and it was completely empty of workers. Finally a lady came over and opened the window with a rude scowl on her face. I said I need to order my food since no one bothered to take my order already. She said that I obviously didn't drive over the cord/button/whatever to alert them that they have a customer. Sarcastic and rudeness so I told her we would go some place that is friendly and wants business. This location has been rude on many instances and is always slow. Stay away if you want hot food and a smile!

Their sign on the window doesn't have accurate hours and the management has been too lazy to fix it. When I got food before, it was half warm. that was over 2 years ago and they haven't improved

I ordered a simple Buffalo chicken slider through the drive through. I guess it wasn’t as simple, because I got 90% Buffalo sauce and 10% chicken slider. So as one who doesn’t want to get heartburn over a chicken slider, I went in to get it remade. I approached the counter and the guy working here was checked out mentally. I explained to him how my sandwich had a lot of sauce and politely ask him if I could get it remade. He then proceeded to say and I quote, “oh you don’t like a lot of sauce?”. To which I replied, “I like buffalo sauce but not when it’s more sauce than sandwich.” He said nothing. no apology or anything. As I am waiting to get it remade, the whole time the staff and kitchen are complaining. I can hear them. Then the best part of this interaction was when they finished remaking it. The kitchen handed it to him and he put it in a bag handed to me and just glared at me with no emotion and said nothing, absolutely nothing. It was awkward, weird, and quite embarrassing for this whole restaurant. If you do not enjoy customer service please get a different job! It’s ridiculous and I’m over it do better as humans. Not to mention I finally get back in the car, after wasting 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back and there were two cars that left the drive through because the staff, wasn’t taking their orders. The two ladies were yelling into the speaker to see if anyone was there. The staff was ignoring them. Honestly just ridiculous. I feel bad for the hard working staff that value their jobs, that have to be subjected to poor reviews because the rest of your staff doesn’t care. Again, DO BETTER. Thank you.

This place is a dump! Every single table and seat were filthy. Middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Place was totally empty except for me and the staff, 2 workers (including manager) yapping laughing and chatting and having fun in the back while the cashier is busy texting up-front the entire time. It starts with management and trickles down as habits displayed by the rest of the staff. Arby's does not want your business! They don't care! They can control the cleanliness of the dining room but they choose not to. Instead, they're just being lazy and not caring. What they really can't control, is the terrible homeless problem surrounding the entire establishment and area. It's become a nightmare and I am not driving out of my way to go to this Arby's anymore I am sick of it. Who on Earth would want to drive to this homeless refuge dump where they don't clean the tables the seats or the floor?? (And then pay them to dine in it!!!!)

9:00pm guy working drive thru was extremely rude cut me off from ordering then get to the window and my card is shoved in my hand.. then shoved my food in my hand.. that was extremely rude as a customer to come here and be in a great mood and be treated like that. Food was sloppy and wrong. I asked for jalepeno sliders and got regular sliders… wth the worst experience ever at this location. If I could I’d get my money back and never ever give my service again.

Ordered a Reuben and Had Very Little Meat on it And for $6.99 Definitely Should Have more Meat for $7. Ordered 3 been and cheddar and @ $66.29 each There was Very Little Cheese You can see the bear bread It was a good sandwich VERY DISAPPOINTING I’m Sure management or corporate doesn’t care As long as they get Your $$$$
