I had the kids meal size fettuccini Alfredo and added roasted broccoli. It was super tasty and a good bargain with a small drink and two breadsticks.
Store was very clean. Genesis, the cashier, was very friendly and has a great smile. She was personable. She gave great options and the food items.
I wished you guys open some locations in NE side of Houston. I guarantee the business gonna do well. I had it in Odessa midland and I’m so obsessed about the foods is great. Now I live in Houston and when I want to eat here I have to drive 100 miles away over one hour. I don’t understand why ppl complain about the size of the dish like the comment from Ronnie Espinosa and others 1-2 ⭐️⭐️ ppl who complain the sizes and taste. I been eating this fast food restaurant for the time that I was in Odessa/Midland, I know that this is a fast food place you can’t expect the side of Italian restaurant, the price you are paying is very reasonable and very tasty and the breadsticks much better than Olive Garden and the lunch portion from Olive Garden is smaller. When I found this place nearby Olive Garden I prefer order from this restaurant and get more with the price that I paid in Olive Garden. If ppl complain about the sizes of the dishes or about the taste, why don’t you go make it on your own and make it stronger taste like the way you like. Because restaurant cooked for you and charged you with decent price than Olive Garden and also the restaurant cannot make it strong taste or salty like the way you eat it in your own home, because other people have health conditions cannot eat over salt because that’s why the table have salt and pepper to satisfied your strong taste. I can’t eat too salty food and the dishes that they serve is reasonable because you can’t compare what you buy from the local grocery store prices. The restaurant needs to make the profit to keep the restaurant running. My family has restaurants over 30 years and I know ppl never happy the amount of foods or complain about anything. If I see them returning to the restaurant I will let them know that the chef can’t make any extra because it go by measurement of each portion unless you want to add $$ extra meat or vegetables. I need to let them know that the way we run the business, this is the reality. I’m sure this chains restaurant has the recipe standards and they have to meet the requirements on portions. I am planning to drive 100 miles from Humble,TX sometime in February break taking my teenage son to eat there again and I definitely will buy toons of foods to take home with me. I easily spend $80 in Olive Garden just two of us. But the quality and taste definitely we enjoy this place better. It might sound crazy of the driving but worth it.
There was one lady working the dining room, the cash register, and the drive through. I could only see one cook in the back. They did an amazing job and stayed ontop of everything each customer needed. The food was fresh and hot. I will be going back.

I went into this establishment today and let me tell you!! Service was AMAZING by GENESIS!! She is a top tier employee, that needs to be promoted IMMEDIATELY! I haven’t had immaculate customer service in a long time, especially here in College Station.. but Ms. GENESIS hands down will give you a positive experience with a brilliant/radiant smile! Come for her service!! You will not regret it!
They have not lost their touch. Love the food, here are some the things I’ve chosen! Overall a total of 11$!
As always their service and food was amazing. I love coming here. If you haven’t tried their breadsticks I highly recommend you do. Their portions are a good size as are their drinks.
Liz O was my cashier today I believe! That’s what my receipt said i stopped at 3:59. She was welcoming and very fast. She was taking orders while packing to go orders, and serving food. The food was excellent and warm! Really fresh. We will definitely be back

I'm normally don't care for pasta but found myself in the mood. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty my meal was. I really enjoyed my wings, they were juicy covered in sauce. I also enjoyed my pasta dish, it had a food bacon flavor to it! I forgot how good breadsticks were.
Food is always fresh and taste good comes out fast to my table , clean environment, nice staff 3.99 trio is the best deal in town , with the unlimited fresh hot breadsticks , love this place
I went through the drive through today and ordered the chicken broccoli penne because it had no bacon or pork as I am extremely allergic. My order was made with bacon. So I went inside to see if I could get the order remade. I replayed with kindness my issues because people can make mistakes and I don’t know what it took for the employees to be there today especially if they are having any hard things they are dealing with outside of work. I was helped by the manager PATRICIA. Her service was absolutely outstanding! She made my order personally FRESH with care and even gave me a free cheesecake that I had planned on ordering because of her beautiful service and mannerisms! She handled me with so much care and kindness and I couldn’t be a more happy and satisfied customer. THANK YOU Patricia for your help and kind experience today. You are amazing! God Bless! ♥️🙏🏽
delicious family lunch!!! the breadsticks are to die for!! soooo buttery... my husband and I had samplers, they were really good! and the lady in the counter was very friendly... we'll definitely will be back!
The dining room was spaced for social distancing. All of the staff wore masks and had hand sanitizer readily available. Our food was fresh and hot and served in ample time. And the staff would sanitize any table as soon as it was vacated !
Food was good, reminded me of nice cafeteria dining. Filling and the unlimited breadsticks were great. No complaints, a nice change from fast foot places. Update: 5 Stars, because the food has been consistent the 3 times I have dined here. The Tues/Thurs Trio for 2.99 is a good buy and filling.
First time dining inside this restaurant and it was a pretty lovely visit. We were not greeted, there were people in front of us (about 4). Robin took their order pretty quickly and then took care of us (husband and son) I was indecisive on what to get, and Robin our cashier was helpful by helping me chose what will fill me up the most. She was also very kind to my 3 year old son, who is very talkative. Overall the food was really good, also Jordan was very polite and bagged our to go deserts. Thank you Fazioli's!

Simple and fast Italian food. If you just want pasta quick and don’t have the patience to wait at a traditional sit down restaurant, this is the place for you. The food wasn’t bad (between mid and fire). The service was great and the restaurant was clean and well kept. I like how they give you a slice of pizza as part of the meal deal.
Grabbed baked pasta from the drive through on the way out of town after a swim meet. Better than expectes--especially for fast food.
For fast Italian food, Fazolis is pretty good. My husband never wanted to visit because he didn't think fast food italian would be any good but he had the Oven Baked classic sampler which he enjoyed and said he would come back again and I had Chicken Carbonara and broccoli was cooked perfectly. Im not one for change, but tonight I did, and I'm really glad I did. We both added the combo. Which includes drink and a side. He got the salad and I got the pizza. Pizza was surprisingly good. Breadsticks also came with the meal, which were soft and delicious. Fazoli's have great prices with special during the week. Give them a try, they might surprise you like they did us.
The food we ordered was wonderful. The kids enjoyed it. I had not been to a Fazolis in like 15 years and this was my children's 1st time there and they where completely out of bread sticks. That was extremely disappointing. But other than that everything was good.

The portions are not real good They make the plate more heavier and thicker so it looks like there giving you more. The prices goes up higher. They act like we don’t know ask consumers. Seems like everyone’s trying to take a shortcut and take when you’re working people they act like don’t we don’t try to get the best value For our money If you truly look at the picture, you see how it’s deceiving the plate that’s how I could say that you’re cutting portions I wish it would let me put the video in so you’d really see it. And one more thing about pasta is cheap you buy you get a great deal on it and you still raising the price you’re cutting corners on people we wanna get value for our money, All your customers have to do to see I speak the truth is look at your plates that you put your pasta in is deceiving. Yuck! Salty! Way too Salty. I came in with a can in my hand to toss in the trash can. But the trash cans at 5:30 at night or closed. A young guy comes and takes it to the kitchen, then starts our order. We asked if the Lasagna has Italian Sausage or just Beef. He tells us it's just meat sauce. A picture is worth a thousand words! Please see the pictures of what we ordered vs what we actually received. Revolting! It tasted as bad as it looked so right into the trash it went. Edit: I'm adding this after reading "Response from Owner." I did call immediately after I opened up the food to give them a chance to make it right. I spoke with Jeanette and she was the rudest "manager" I've ever encountered. I was polite and simply explained that this was unacceptable and we would like to return the food for a refund. She refused. So my review is to warn others before they get fooled by the appetizing photos. We'll never set foot in there again! Did I mention, it tasted as bad as it looked?
