This is a very good place!! Sandra was very helpful and sweet! she made us feel very welcomed! I enjoyed her service. The location is perfect and everything tastes so good here. My favorite brunch spot!

Came in bright and early on Saturday morning to feed the kiddo, while we were having coffee. Catherine seated us and took our order. She continued to ask if needed anything and was super sweet and attentive. Awesome service and good food, as usual.

I’ve been coming to first watch for years across many locations, and states and she was the only server who took the time to be more thorough with the menu options and offer alternatives for things I asked to be removed. Went here on our way out of town. We walked in and were greeted, seated right away and served by Catherin. She was prompt and very sweet! The food and coffee were great and the atmosphere was perfect, not too noisy or busy. I had the Sunrise Granola bowl and my boyfriend had the Market Skillet with a side of Million Dollar bacon. Next time we pass through, we will be back!

It was our first time and we loved it. My family and I went for brunch. The place was packed, but we still managed to get a table quickly. I am on an elimination diet, so we haven’t been out to eat. We tried First Watch because it looked like it had something for everyone. Thanks to our waitress willing to answer my many questions, I was able to enjoy a meal. I wish I had remembered her name to write it here. She was so sweet. Because of her, I was able to order their side salad, a side of smashed avocado, and the kale tonic. Very healthy portions and perfect for my diet to help my health situation.

The host managed the check-in process per their SOP—a friendly greeting and immediate processing—which led to zero bottleneck at the door. ​I was seated immediately at a "mission-ready" table, set with menus and silverware. My server, Kaylee, was top-notch. I ordered the Traditional breakfast with ham, coffee, and water. The coffee was deployed promptly, and she smartly left a full carafe at the table. This is a critical process win: it completely eliminates the "wait for a refill" issue and empowers the customer, a logistical detail I always appreciate. ​The food order-to-table time was impressively quick. The kitchen executed the order with 100% accuracy; everything was cooked to perfection, exactly as requested. ​Even with minimal customer traffic this morning, the staff discipline was high. Kaylee's service was perfect—attentive without hovering. The offer of a to-go coffee was an excellent final touch to a streamlined service experience. This First Watch crew is running a tight ship.

We’ve been to the first watch in our area (Cypress) many times, and I’ve been to this one before as well but for some reason haven’t done a review so taking the opportunity to do that now since we went his morning. The hostess/seating scenario was not the smoothest, but we made it through and eventually got to a table. From there, everything went better. Food was good as always, and service was decent. I had the works omelette, and my wife had the trifecta. Everything was tasty. The biggest issue was the amount of people jammed into a small space, which is not out preferred vibe, but oh well.

I visited First Watch in Katy on Saturday for breakfast, and I have to say, the food was outstanding! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. If you’re a bacon lover, I highly recommend the Million Dollar Bacon—hands down, some of the most delicious bacon I’ve had in a long time! While the prices are on the higher end, the quality and taste made it totally worth it. I can’t wait to return for another amazing breakfast!

I stayed in Katy for 3 months for work and came here so many times - almost every weekend and even during the week sometimes. Most of the time I was eating at the restaurant, but I also picked it up sometimes or let it be delivered. Quality was always great. I tried almost everything they offer for food and it all tastes so delicious! In addition to that all of them are so nice and attentive. Especially Sandra was so kind and really is a heartwarming and caring person while at the same time highly professional! I felt very comfortable being served by her - she is just the kind of waitress you wish for. There is a reason why this location is so full that you have to wait for a table at the weekends. If I remember something from my stay in Katy in the future, it will definitely be the great breakfast and lunch time at Firstwatch. I even bought their cookbook to enjoy their food back home in Germany. Highly recommended! Definitely my favorite Restaurant in Katy.

This place is great! The French toast was cooked to perfection with a great flavor! The breakfast tacos were good. The only thing that I would do different is remove the refried beans from them. It was too thick, tasteless, and too much added. I ended up taking the eggs, avocado, and bacon out of the taco and eating it separately because of it. It had two layers of a flour tortilla which was too much as well so the shells with the refried beans stayed on a separate plate, but the flavor is great!!!! Overall experience, I’ll return!
