Evidently, there’s new management, The kids the old lady and I went inside and ate, we were immediately greeted right away when we walked in the pizza was very good. It definitely seemed like the atmosphere a lot better than the other times we’ve actually ate inside.

Service was slow but nice (They have help wanted sign posted) We stopped because of the nostalgia of this Pizza Hut. Man this was like going back to the 80's/90's!!!! Typically don't care for Pizza Hut these days but this hit the spot. Hope they keep it the same!

The cashier was not friendly and because of that our entire experience was not good. When I questioned about any vegetarian options she was not happy about accommodating my needs so I barely ate and had to pick the stuff off all the pieces I couldn't eat and the pasta? It was old so not an option

Service was sold bad by the manager and daughter lots of people had to get up ask for a drink. To busy standing and talking.

Terrible place will never do an online order from this location. Again. Ordered a supreme without bell peppers. Didn't get a supreme. Got a pizza with pepperoni and sausage and I paid $20.99 for just that one pizza very disappointed in this place. We will start going to Domino's.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 large Pepsi and paid online. My son pick up for me when he got there they were out of Pepsi. They were out i asked him to ask if they could refund money of Pepsi. He called and said they said they could not do anything cause I paid already. So I called Francis immediately interrupts me saying we could of chose Dr pepper or Pepsi zero instead and what we ordered did not matter if they where out. Refused to credit or refund me money.ill be calling manager during day time. This not first time I ordered there and got wrong items as well seems you get what ever they have stock of.

The customer service was bad the three people in the back kitchen were talking instead of putting out the three orders and told me it would take 45min to 1 hour for a order to go we where traveling and expected at the most 20min or a little more the lady at front was rude...!!! Will never stop there again..

Terrible attitude As soon as we walked in the door the lady said it would be 15-20 mins before she got to us. So my family looked at eachother and said it’d be ok. So i thought id make it easy and order at the counter instead of her coming to us and she said again with a twist in her neck. “I said i cant be with you until 20mins” so we walked out

Kennedy Texas Pizza Hut was so terrible, tables were not cleaned, they had no glasses to use for our drinks. No salad, we ordered pizza and chicken wings and asking for ranch dressing was a no, they wanted to change for that. It was about 8:30 pm and other customers come in to the dining room but only to tell them the dining room was closed. We will never go back. Please improve your service or close it down.

If I could give it a zero I would. Dirty restaurant. The staff do not care and don’t even wear gloves when making your pizza. The dough is always old. The manger is so rude. They new leadership at this restaurant and a major location overhaul.

The managers at this location that I’ve encountered have made a horrible impression on that entire restaurant. There’s one in particular named Frances or Francis or something that seemed to just dislike me on sight because it’s been twice that she’s acted like she and her crew can’t read or understand English to complete orders right. Whenever I go to pick up there’s always things missing that we have to correct her on and she acts like it’s MY fault for forgetting the stuff. I’M NOT THE ONE MAKING THE PIZZA, YOU ARE. I’m paying to get exactly what I want and if you think I don’t deserve that, you’re wrong. You guys can’t even cut the pizza or breadsticks all the way. I ordered a pesto pizza and they forgot to put it on before baking so Frances just Willy Nilly squeezed cold pesto in careless blobs over the top of the pizza. And she always sighs and acts like it’s extremely intellectually difficult to make a complete correct order. The place is always empty when I go. I’m petty because I’m tired of this location and will never come back. I will pick any other location over this one. I’m normally easy going and friendly because I’ve worked customer service and Frances has no sense of it. I don’t know her personally but she acts like she wants to make it personal. Unprofessional. At least take pride in what you do and not act like you’re a five year old that someone left alone in a kitchen.

We ordered online and it said it would take 15 minutes. We drove to pick it up and it was supposed to be ready by the time we arrived. They had to remake a pizza, were out of a drink that they said they had, and worst off all, the chicken made both me and my mom very sick. We got the personal pan pizza with chicken and a drink. Dad wanted a Lipton sweet tea and they said they were out. Okay? They got a pizza wrong so they had to remake it. They put almost zero sauce on my mom’s pizza. Not to mention one guy was eating fries (worker) and another girl was on the phone with someone (also worker). Over all bad experience but pretty good pizza.
