Loved the fried fish & shrimp !!! Delish ! wings are awesome !! BEER IS COLD

Awesome! My husband and I were in town for our anniversary. We always try and eat local. This restaurant had great reviews and they were right! Our server was awesome! I believe her name was Katelyn. We told her it was our first time and she gave great recommendations. We had the chips with blanco cheese. It was so good. We had a regular burger and a cheeseburger. Both were excellent. Also ordered the onion rings. Crispy and delicious! The beer was nice and cold. Will definitely come back when in town!

Visited Kerrville and went for an early dinner with my family. It was excellent food, and the burgers were amazing. The waitress was friendly and courteous and attentive to us. Our drinks were always full.

Closer to $20 per person but that includes beer. They have a wide variety of food so everyone was happy; burgers, shrimp basket, catfish, chicken fried steak, etc. We went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't crowded. It's right on the river, plenty of parking, nice staff, and kid friendly. I'm sure we'll go back next time we're in Kerrville.

This is a really spacious, nice Sports style bar. There was a meeting going on during lunch hour and only one waitress; however, she did an outstanding job getting customer orders, getting drinks refilled timely and overall making each customer feel as there was no one else there. Food was prepared perfectly and very delicious. It is very family friendly and maintained very well.

I had catfish and a side salad. I'm a thousand island snob and was very happy with theirs. Catfish was good. We sat outside on the patio. Great view. The lady working was all by herself on Monday, March 18th. She was quick, thorough, and very nice. I don't live in Kerrville, but next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back!

We read reviews and may not have come here but we had the best server Christian and the food was great! Was told about this place by a local and we loved it!

This was our first time to give them a try, we had the chicken fry, and fried catfish, everything was delicious, and great portions. Tony, the cook came out to check that we were happy with the food, and our server, Liz was very attentive and helpful! Will definitely be going back!

This was the second time we dined here and enjoyed our visit both times. Out server Marla was very busy yet still made the time to keep us taken care of. The kitchen made a mistake on our order and she fixed it without us even having to ask. The food was delicious especially the onion rings! We will definitely be eating here again.

First time to visit Ringo’s. So glad we did. We had such a great experience sitting at the bar. Azalea was so fun, personable and provided great service and recommendations. She makes a delicious Bloody Mary and our wings were delicious! We will be back soon!

I had the Philly steak and cheese pizza, I normally wouldn't try this kind of pizza but I'm glad the waitress told me about it. It was outstanding! Great atmosphere and great service. One lady next to me at the bar even let me borrow her reader glasses bc I lost mine and couldn't read my bil/receipt. I'll make it a point to come back, and make sure I have my readers. 🤪

Charming sports bar and a great view of the Guadalupe! Frogs legs were an interesting and tasty menu item. Pork sliders, yum! Everything was great!

The staff welcomed our huge group without hesitation. Service was great, food was great and priced accordingly. The view of the river is nice, although we went in November it was a bit chilly for a Floridian! Definitely a "go to" when we come back!

The food here is delicious and the service is great. French dips and turkey club. I'm not a french fry person in general, but theirs are so good, perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and seasoned perfectly as well. I like my French fries dipped in tartar sauce with a little ketchup. Their tartar sauce is exactly how I like to make mine, mayo, dill pickle and onion. Yum!

Our recent first visit to Ringo's On the River was an exceptional experience. My husband ordered a Patty Melt with an IPA (crafted by their onsite brewery) and I had a Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Sweet Tea. They were both very delicious, flavorful choices. The food was good. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. It’s loud. Thankfully we were able to sit away from the small stage. You will have to use outdoor voices to communicate with your party. Drink refill and reorders were slower than we would have liked.

Not only was the food DELICIOUS , but our server was TERRIFIC as well. Just had the most amazing food, drinks and customer service!!! Scarlett was very attentive to what we needed and was quick with our drink order. Scarlett made the best ranch waters and was speedy with our refills. We also ordered some food. We ordered the traditional wings for my husband, I ordered the boneless wings for myself and we had also split an order of chili cheese fries. Food was on point. We love going to Ringo's. They have plenty of TVs for all your sporting events. We've been to Ringo's many times to watch the Astros, the Longhorns and the Aggies and can say we've had a great time every time. Fun place to meet up with family and friends. Apps, sandwiches, burgers, pizza and local brews. Queue up a beer flight or just relax with some fried pickles and a Dr. Pepper. Although a bit on the sunny side the patio offers great views and nice breezes most of the year. We were served right away too. This place is wheelchair accessible with easy access to restrooms and accommodations for seating in the dining area and patio. Conversation was a bit difficult inside with hard surfaces and loads of tvs on - but the patio was quiet if your aim is to catch up and talk. It is a great place to watch your favorite team win. TVs everywhere inside and outside. The service was fantastic and we had a larger party of nine. All of our food was good, ample options were available, and the drinks did not disappoint. We especially were surprised by the fresh pizza. Every item was fresh, hot and we didn’t have to wait long. Casual, laid back and friendly place. Suggest trying the fries, RIngo Burger and the Reuben Sandwich. This needs to be on your list for your next visit to Kerrville for sure!

I love the vibe here. Large room with a couple layers of high top bar seating, many booths, high and low tables, tons of windows overlooking the river, and layers of sports screens. Great outdoor deck. Ample trailer friendly parking. Ramp and stairs. The food ranges from hot dogs hamburgers and fries to oysters, fried catfish, steaks, salads and baked potatoes. Wings, chips and salsa. The fries are a seasoned crinkles, but thick as a steak fry. Very tasty. Very friendly wait staff. Room to relax and hang with friends. Something different for Kerrville. A cross between sports bar and brewery. I can’t wait to see this one grow as more discover the experience.

Been here twice in one week. First time was on a Tuesday night, so things were kinda dead. Had the burger…it was great. The fries are crack! Came tonight (Saturday) and had the wings. They were really good…better than bdubs. The bartender was super friendly and attentive! Didn’t catch his name, but he was great!!

New restaurant here in Kerrville, food is very good. My husband got oysters and he says they are very fresh and big. In my opinion wings are better than Wing Stop, and less money. Very impressed. I will definitely be coming back. Waitress Lisa is very sweet, does her job very well.

Saw on their sign that they were now open so I decided to check them out and very happy I did. Their menu is standard sports bar fare: Burgers, fries, wings, steak & chicken fingers. Based on my visit they really seem to be doing things right. I ordered chilli cheese fries and 10 Buffalo wings. The chili was very good Texas style chili (no beans with a bit of spice) and cheddar cheese melted on top over some really crispy crinkle cut fries. The wings were huge! Well cooked and sauced. Blue cheese dressing was excellent for dipping. I didn't need to eat all 10, but I did.

We had wings and adult beverages for lunch. The wings are naked and fried then tossed in sauce. They were served hot and were crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. Perfect for our taste. The seasoned crinkle fries are great too. The menu is small but has a wide variety of choices. We sat at the bar to eat. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu since that was our first time there. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends. Nice open seating arrangement and good atmosphere.

As the name states, it's right on the river so if you sit outside or near the windows the view is gorgeous. The boneless wings were delicious. However, the sweet tea was not sweet at all. We came on sunday to watch the game and they didn't disappoint, we called to ask if they had the Chiefs game and they put it on for us. There was another table watching a baseball game so if you ask for a specific game it seems they'll accommodate you if they're able since they have so many TV's.

Typical bar food menu, food was fresh hot and delicious but nothing about it stood out to me. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would return.

The service was great! I called ahead since we were a big group. The lady I talked to was very helpful and nice. They had our tables ready when we got there and our server seemed new but she was good. Me and my husband had the philly and french dip. They weren't horrible but the meat needed more flavor or something. I would definitely come back to try something else. The beers and drinks were fairly priced which is a plus.

Large, clean sports bar. We stopped here for lunch after playing golf. The burgers are excellent. 5 stars for the burgers and fries. The service is about average. They have a good selection of beer on tap and a full service bar for cocktails and mixed drinks. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Overall a good experience.

Me and my family enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner here, I am from out of town and was not sure about eating somewhere new. I had the chicken fried chicken mashed potatoes and a side salad. Everything was excellent but the chicken fried chicken was very bland. GUS, the chef came to check on our food and I gave him my honest opinion. He remade my food completely and was so humble and kind. He really went the extra mile and I was so impressed by his efforts and the food! Our waitress was very kind and on her A game as well. Great atmosphere!

Temper expectations (brutally honest): 1) No host or greeter. Walk into a large restaurant and figure out where to sit. Hope that it’s a staffed area. 🤷‍♂️ Didn’t even see a sign saying “seat yourself”. 2) We were lucky on 7/12 and had a wonderful server (Bree, I believe) who was very friendly, attentive and professional at all times. She saw us seat ourselves and went to work immediately. I don’t like sports bars, nothing against Ringo’s. We stopped in because of the river front view and casual dining. Bree made the experience so positive. 🍻 Typical items you’d expect from a grill style bar. The fried chicken sandwich was solid. Fries and chef/side salad were also good. Iced tea was rough, perhaps some bad tap water? 💦 Prices were excellent compared to most restaurants outside KV in 2024. $25 out the door for two people, two entrees and an iced tea. It would be $35-40 in the larger cities in TX. If you can handle the obnoxious distraction of TVs all around you while you dine, and you like the idea of casual dining, affordable prices, and a nice view of the river, this place will check all the boxes.

They have a great salad bar and the frog legs are so good 😋 one of my favorite places to eat 👍

The atmosphere was great, just what you'd expect from a sports bar and grill. The service was top-notch. It took longer than I thought to get my food, but that may be normal for a sports bar (not my normal type of place). The food itself was, meh. It wasn't bad, don't think I mean that. It just wasn't outstanding. The burgers come to you dry, but there is a six-pack of condiments on every table. I won't be going back myself but if sports bars are your thing, give it a shot.

This is an update. I had to change my review. Been here a couple of times since my last five star review when this place first opened it was fantastic. Great food, however, lately it seems like whoever’s cooking just doesn’t care all the food is the Sysco special premade frozen food reheated and brought to your table. Please guys fix it. It used to be so good. My favorite part were the onion rings but everything changed still a great atmosphere and great employees.

Food was good. Server was really sweet. But only 2 servers were on the floor and the place was busy. Consequently it took over 20 minutes before our order was taken. Then another 20 minutes before the food arrived. There is no signage anywhere on the outside of the building. We had no idea what kind of restaurant it was, so we had driven by many times and kept going. We were ready to pass the place and go to another restaurant. But there were quite a few vehicles in the parking lot, so we decided to go in and see what they served. Glad we did!

I'm being kind with three stars. This is the type of place that could get by on TV's, games and river location alone. But that will only last so long unless the food is good. It wasn't terrible but it also wasn't great. The wings were okay but were sopping in sauce. They don't need to drown in it. Offer a gluten free bun option for the burgers. It's the 21st century and a number of restaurants in Kerrville do. If the food remains average to below, they'll have new ownership in a year.

The food here was good. Farley quick delivery, the waiting staff seemed a little distracted talking with one other, then making up stuff of way they have not been around. Like I had to get up 2 times to get more water. The atmosphere was loud, but it reminded me of a sports bar, so that is to be expected. The biggest issue was the service. I would try it agian

Overall everything was good. We brought our dogs and they gave a water bowl so that was nice. Service and speed was great but the food unfortunately lacked…… seasoning😟

So first, the sign that's available says shakes. There were none available. I don't care if you remodeled an older restaurant: if you don't sell something, don't have it on your sign. The servers were lovely and the atmosphere was a standard sports bar. The food was very hit and miss: some great, others bland. The scenery was lovely. Overall, it was just ok.

When we first arrived, we liked the atmosphere looked cool. It felt clean. We sat ourselves down and noticed right away that table was filthy. There was no one in the restaurant when we got there. It wasn't that they were too busy to clean Our waitress walked up to my husband, saying oh wow, this table is dirty. She apologizes and offers to clean it. She was a great waitress, very Informative, Energetic, and sweet. My husband's food tasted well; he ordered a Philly steak and cheese; it was delicious, but it fell apart, and he had to eat it with a fork. There's no way you can eat a Philly steak and cheese on that Type of bread, but he raved about the flavors and wished it would have stayed together, They had a delightful mango tea, and my burger was terrific, except my toast fell apart, so I also had to use folk. We enjoyed our food. This could be a fantastic restaurant. It's really in a terrific place, got great flavors need to work on food, staying put together, and maybe train your staff; they seem to talk a lot in the bar area and are not aware of empty glasses. Please don't get me wrong, fun at work is a plus, but I noticed that other tables seemed to Be getting Agitated waiting to be attended to.

This is a great place to get food if you have a lot of extra time and patience, and don't want to tip. The food is excellent. The service is almost non-existent. We had to seat ourselves. After sitting for over 10 minutes without so much as a hello, I got up and got our table some menus. Finally, we flagged down a server who seemed surprised that we hadn't been served, even though we were in her area. The food tastes great. Really excellent, if terribly over-worked kitchen. Our server brought us the wrong beer and then lied when we mentioned it. We ordered a light beer that we have had many, many times. She brought us some dark, toasty beer that was also good, but not what we ordered. So, we left a small tip and decided never to go back. We just don't have that kind of time. The food is good. Prices are too high. Service is the worst in town.

Great atmosphere. It has a diner feel. Service was excellent. It was our first time and we tried the fried pickles which were good, but the server recommended the burgers and the patties themselves were not good. They did say that they had someone new in the kitchen. Fries were tasty. Prices were reasonable. We were given chips and queso on the house for the wait on the entrees. Would give it another try.

Why is it so difficult to get service here? “Seat yourself” my aunt Fanny. Food was mediocre, service was alright, way too slow though. They do have great TVs.

Really nice location...patio overlooking the river. I asked server what kind of bottle beer they have....she said ( and I quote) we're a sports bar so we have pretty much everything, what do you want? I asked about local beers with some fruit flavor, like Blue Moon. She said no so I ordered a Blue Moon. Hubby ordered a Fat Tire. She came back with my beer (draft btw) and told hubby they don't have Fat Tire. Guess she overestimated their beer offerings?!? Decided not to order any food.

My wife and I went out yesterday with a couple and there was so much wrong with it. We expected it to be rowdy, especially on playoff night, so we can’t complain here at all. That’s about wheee it ends. Our server was extremely rude and made it seem like it was an extreme inconvenience to wait on us. I ordered a beer and waited about 20 minutes for nothing. It was such a poor experience that we paid for our chips and decided to have dinner elsewhere. All 4 of us agreed that we will never set foot in this establishment again.

The food was great! But our server Betsy was not attentive whatsoever ever. My husband ordered a beer and a water, he only got the beer. She had to be asked twice for the water. Then she stood there and talked to other customers for 15 - 20 minutes and kept going back to their table to keep talk. Appetizers came 1 minute before the food. Like I said our food was good but we just wanted to get the heck out of there. Probably won’t be back.

Would have been a higher rating but the service was very poor when a server finally came to our table which took almost an hour she was very polite and apologetic as we watched her she was working very hard to take care of as many guests as possible as for the rest of the servers they seemed to go out of there way to avoid our table and when I did get the attention of another server to ask a question she asked who our server was and just turned away. As for the food it was pretty good with the exception of my sisters chef salad , as we brought this to the attention of the staff and they did not charge her for it . The cook /supervisor and our server invited us the give them another chance ? ?? at this time we’re not sure if we’ll patronize this establishment again! As for the owner or owners please pay more attention to the reviews it seems most of your servers could use some training in customer service……..

Food is good, great atmosphere but only thing keeping me from a 5 star is the long wait and unattended waitstaff. Your glass will be empty, your food will sit on counter, you won’t get Condiments, expensive meal with poor service, and attitude because they expect a tip. Sorry no pic of them on their phone the entire time we where there.

Great location, some great staff, and plenty of televisions for watching the game. However, my negatives just couldn't be ignored. I suggest a cocktail menu. I inquired about 3 options since you don't offer a menu of the options available. No, no, and no. It is not a big expense to get a blender to make frozen cocktails since you don't have a machine. I ordered chicken gizzard and bit into the 3rd or 4th gizzard and it was full of a paste like substance. The bar tender commented, I still see pink and blood. The bar back took it to the kitchen to inquire. He said that it appeared to be raw batter. Unfortunately, it ruined my appetite and I just said that I would like my money back. I asked three times, and no one even tried to refund my money. I did however enjoy the cheese curds until I was told that they are fried in the same fryer as the raw chicken I was served. You have a great menu, but the quality has got to improve. Honestly, I see "chains" with better food. I am definitely going to you another try. I hope in the meantime that someone whips the kitchen into shape. The customers to my left said that the poppers were nothing special and definitely came right off the Sysco frozen food truck.

4/20/24…..Great service! Good Mexican lager, grilled chicken salad. 3/21…..Took over 30 minutes to get a side salad! Vanessa is a good bartender, but the long delay in getting some salad from a bag was a turnoff! I want to come back tomorrow for their fried catfish, but it may take too long for it to be served! So disappointing since I wanted to become a regular here. I doubt they even read these reviews! 3/22…..Came back, thought things would’ve been better, but they weren’t. I ordered the three piece catfish which were actually nuggets. Two small bites per piece. I’ve had their catfish before, and they were filets! Bartender says they never were. The menu stated that it came with two sides, but actually only came with one. I’m very disappointed in this place. A patron was obviously drunk…..loud and slurring his speech…..but they kept serving him! The bartenders are nice enough, but don’t try to make things better!

The sports bar atmosphere and the waitstaff were very nice. They also have a fantastic balcony overlooking the river. However the food was of less quality than we expected. Granted this was a one time visit and we could have arrived at a bad time (12:15 pm on a Sunday.) There seemed to be a shortage of kitchen staff (one cook for all orders) which led to a long wait. Cannot really blame the cook for that, but the food quality was very poor. I ordered the Chicken fried steak finger basket, the gravy was ice cold, and the CFS fingers had burned little bits of the left over fried items from dirty fry oil stuck to batter which had to be picked off prior to eating. To top it off, the french fries were undercooked and barely edible, which is sad because they look like they could have been great if cooked properly. This may have been a one-off poor performance type situation, but I probably will not waste my time returning. If you are after a good meal, I would recommend skipping this place and go down the street to Billy Genes. If you want a beer and a sporting event on TV, give it try but lower your expectations for quality. I suggest the experience would most likely be better if you just watched from your own couch with a six pack.

Went twice and I gotta say, if you like bland food, this is the spot. Here’s what we tried: steak fingers, cheesesteak, chicken sandwich(fried), hot dog, and hamburger. All bland. No flavor. Even the butter was without flavor. Place was clean though. Staff was friendly. Nice view. They did take their time getting the food out to us.

They brought my wife and I one menu to share. Brought out my wife's burger and told me they burned my fish. Ten minutes later I get my fish. Never saw the waitress till I got a check. The fish had no taste. Very nasty. My wife said the burger was okay. Definitely won't be going back!

I gave it a two because I don’t know what the food tastes like. Everyone got their order but my daughter and me. We ordered chicken wings and they took for ever because they got order wrong. Second time here last time too. I guess good place to watch games and drink beer but food looked meh

Atmosphere was nice, Appetizers were good.... but you get what you get from a bar and grill, service was not so great. Food was out pretty quick but they forgot one plate after we all got our meals. She kept saying it be a minute and it turned into 20 minutes. And I had never drank a draft out of a margaritas cup... because they had no clean mugs.

I've ordered from this place twice for lunch, and both times the experience was pretty similar. The first time, I was there with three coworkers, and it took forever to get served. My pizza took just as long, if not longer, to arrive, and I was even told to call in my order next time, which felt like they were subtly shifting the blame onto me. I chalked it up to an off day and tried again. Unfortunately, the second visit went the same way. The food was decent and the view was nice, but the service remains hit or miss. If you're into sports bars and don't mind taking a chance, you might get lucky with great service and food. Otherwise, you might want to check out some other options in the area.

Stopped by on Saturday evening for dinner with my wife after a long day. Server was fairly prompt even though it was “seat yourself”. After we got our drinks and appetizers, the band started playing at an ungodly volume for dinner service. If it were 10pm, I’d understand but at 7pm it was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my wife. We asked to move out to the patio and the server was totally fine with that. The music volume was tolerable there but we ended up next to a dude that was crushing a huge stein of beer, smoking, and repeatedly spitting on the patio next to us while talking on speakerphone. The service was fun albeit a little slow which I don’t fault our server for. She was super nice and understood why we wanted to move. Jon Taffer would have a field day with this place.

Great setting for an outside lunch and the interior design is nice. Unfortunately the quality of the food is mediocre and the prep time is extremely long. As I’ve had one meal here before, I took the safe route and ordered a BLT. One hour to receive my wife and my order. She had ordered a chicken strip basket. My granddaughter’s meal came out 25 minutes before ours. Our server, Dina, was very gracious and apologetic. Her positive attitude made my family’s meal a good experience. She did take back my BLT and removed it from the bill.

Very sad to have been treated so rudely tonight. We've been coming here since the place opened,before they had a liquor license. ☹️. The bartender tonight, in a case of mistaken identity, told me that they didn't need my attitude. 😳even though I had just arrived and had spoken to no one! I called for upper management after I left bc I was so upset. The Mgr apologized and offered me a drink when I come back. Not sure I will.

I'm updating my review after about a year. I really had high hopes for this place. It would be so awesome to have a great sports bar in town, and there is so much potential. However, the service is horrible. Don't show up hungry because it will be at least 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your existence, and even longer for you to get your food and drinks. The bathrooms are disgusting, even when you show up early which means they aren't being cleaned. This place needs to be on Bar Rescue bad.

HORRIBLE SERVICE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We had never been there and wanted to try it I took my son he wanted to stay and play by the river with other kids. I ordered our food they said it was busy we told them that’s fine we will wait. an hour went by and nothing they ignored us and didn’t update us. then another hour! yes I waited because my son wanted to eat and they told us it was coming so we stayed then another hour they said it’s coming now !! and then I went in and said “hey is it really coming?“ they said “ no sorry it’s still going to be a while !! so they let us stay 3 hours and got no food. They then proceeded to say “so sorry” and come back they will make it up to us!! I finally decided to give them another try came back today with my two children, Not only did they not honor their promise they were rude and refused to even get us a manager. I told the waitress the story and her response was annoyed, in a rush energy and she responded with “okay well let’s clear that out of your mind that’s not happening now” wow!! Then I went to the bar because they said only Rose was the closest thing to a manager she ignored me for another patron even though I stood there for a while and refused to help me then when I said something to her I was waiting before all those people she yelled at me and scolded me !! Horrible trashy awful experience! The greasy food is not worth the horrible messy service !!!! They still are yet to honor what they said to make it up to us!!! Awful place !!

Food is always good, got appetizers and took almost an hour before getting our food, had to get it to go, Wednesday evening, figured I’d be a quick and easy dinner instead of making food at home. Maybe 6 tables to attend and multiple waiters, wouldn’t recommend if your in any type of rush or have kids like us but if you want a drink and hang out, waiting for your food isn’t to big of a deal.

Hardly anyone in the place, took almost an hour for the food. Bad, bad service. Don't go if you're hungry. We arrived right at open and it still took over 40 minutes to get our part order. Had to wait for a hot dog. A HOT DOG! Should be an easy order. NOPE. With all that being said, they did make it right in the end. Will never go back!!!

Terrible, first we were ignored for a long time, I went to the wait station and asked who our waitress was, they looked confused, nobody seemed to be our waitress, so they drafted an older waitress, and she brought us menus and we got water, and were ignored a bit more, then she finally took our order, and it was about an hour coming, a salad, a burger and a pizza. She blamed the ling wait on the pizza. PIZZA DOES NOT TAKE AN HOUR TO COOK! I should also mention that the place was nearly empty. The food was ok when it finally arrived but I won't be going back there EVER.

We went there for lunch and the food was terrible, my father and I got the burger (not sure if it’s meat or soy). Mine was tough and tasted off, my fathers was just tasteless. My husband got the steak fingers and they were cooked to almost being burnt. My brother said the chicken wings were ok but the onion rings were all batter and hardly any onion. I really hope they can get it together because the beer was affordable and great and the restaurant is a really nice atmosphere.

Had the chicken fried hot pocket.oops I mean fried steak. All batter very little steak. Mashed potatoes were cold and stiff. My wife's baked potatoes was over cooked and burned. All I can say is never again will we go there. Also, waitress worked herself from a $10. tip to a $5.tip. This place could use a lot of improvement to continue in business.

Sorry, but the one and two star reviews are the most accurate. The food is decent but going downhill, and the service has gotten really, really bad. Disinterested waitstaff, disinterested owners/investors. This place has only a couple more months before closing down. A pity since they have a brew room full of bright, shiny brewing equipment that hasn't one ounce of water, malt, hops, or grains after months.

Waited about 40 minutes for food to be ready. Had to ask for silverware, waiter never asked to refill our drinks. Red dirt country music playing:\...classic rock or old school country would make the atmosphere so much more enjoyable/more crowd friendly. Ordered the pork sliders (2 in an order) and it came out as one large single dry sandwich. The meat was dry and old with bbq sauce on top…took one bite and was scared to eat the rest due to meat tasting expired. The shrimp was way overcooked/rubbery and tasted muddy/old and wasn’t deveined….made my friend sick. Fries and onion rings were ok/edible. Overall my least favorite dining experience in Kerrville so far. The kicker was that we had to wait for waitress to finish her non-work related conversation with her friend in order to ask to pay for our food (that we didn’t eat) so we could leave because she never came back to our table to give us our total. I wish this wasn’t true, but this was our experience and will not be going back even though they have a beautiful view of river from back patio.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Here's my experience. - Walked in with my family and no one bothered to acknowledge us. A customer eventually told us that we can just seat ourselves because that's what he did. - After 10 minutes of sitting, still no one greeted us. No server seemed to have a specific section so I walked up to one and asked for menus. - After another 10 minutes, she brought us menus and took our orders, but never came back. I'm not exaggerating here, she literally never came back. The bartender eventually took pitty on us and retook our drink orders. It had now been 40 minutes. - I observed the original server and several others just hanging out by the kitchen window. This is while other peoples food were sitting cold at the window while they did things like fill napkin holders. - After another 20 minutes, two other servers came up to bring us menus! When we told them we ordered about an hour ago, they asked who took our orders and just walked away looking annoyed. There was no "I'm sorry let me go check." They just rudely walked away. - This is when we decided to just leave and the bartender asked us to settle the drink bill. While paying for it, the original server had the nerve to walk up and say she warned us the food would be slow. I kind of lost it at this point as there wasn't even an apology. Definitely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had and it wasn't isolated to us. Every customer was getting the same treatment and it was clear they were pretty angry.

Servers are running around like headless chickens. Burnt the fries and onion rings. The side orders was cold. They just threw some hot gravy on my chicken fried steak and called it a day. Took our drink orders and then didn’t visit the table until another 30 minutes to get our food order. Servers were sitting on their phone and taking other servers food to other tables.

Waitress took 10 minutes to greet us, when she finally did asked us what ya want like she would rather be anywhere else. Drinks took 10 minutes to arrive and waited 35 minutes for fried food that came out cold. Asked to speak to manager one never came. Guess that's why they are slow.

We had an hour before we had to be at an appointment and wanted to sit down to grab a bite to eat. We came in mid saturday around 2:20 in the afternoon. it was not busy, not even 1/4 of the restaurant was full. Our waitress greeted us and got our drinks. We needed a minute before ordering. And our minute turned into over 10 minutes before she came to take our orders. She was in the corner eating food, as we tried to wave her down to ordered. We ordered the Ringos Hot Dogs, and wanted another 40 minutes. Hoping our food was close to being ready so we could just ask for them to be place in a to go box and take with us, they weren’t. When asked to speak to a manager we were told one was not on duty and would be in later. Left feeling frustrated and with no food. Food always seems to take awhilw here so I guess this will be our last time stopping in.

Nice atmosphere and a bank of TVs to watch games on. The food is everything you can fry from frozen and is mediocre at best. The service was abysmal. I observed the staff frantically attending tables and flying around the kitchen. Every one of them attempting to serve patrons to the best of their abilities. They are short staffed as all restaurants are. And allowing for that I identified the issue as the bartender, Jeanette. She ignores her waitresses orders and only serves her bar customers or her familiar customers. I repeatedly saw her look at and stab tickets that had not been filled and then turn to her bar customers. I advised the owner Brenda that Jeanette was really screwing her waitresses by ignoring their orders. Brenda apologized and said she'd talk to Jeanette. I cannot recommended spending money here. Not for the mediocre food offering or the service. It wasn't the waitresses fault. There's a team effort required to run a bar and restaurant smoothly and allow the staff to earn the most they can. This team failed miserably Update- thanks for the beer on the house, Brenda. I hope you have much success and can build a team to take you to the next level

Hairy wings !! Ordered 10 wings but only 7 were brought out because the chief dropped 3 of them , was told they would bring them out in a bit , as soon I was about to bite into the wings I seen hair , convinced that he picked this off the floor too , won’t be coming again , they told me they would make it again , i canceled ordered and still had to pay full price on the tab

I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were underwhelming. While the service was polite, it was slow on both occasions, and the food was disappointing. On my most recent visit, I ordered chicken tacos, which were incredibly bland. I tried to find something redeeming about the dish, but the only item that was even decent were the charro beans. The salsa was extremely spicy, watery, and lacked flavor—it didn’t resemble salsa to me at all. The rice tasted like a microwaved packet—mushy and flavorless. The tacos themselves were plain, with chicken that was so unappetizing it could have come from a can. To make matters worse, I ordered a second beer on tap, but it took so long to arrive that I had to cancel it because we were already finished. The only positives about this place are the concept and the view by the river. Unfortunately, those aren’t enough to bring me back.
