Very friendly. Very clean and peaceful, calm environment. Ate at 4-5p.m. on a rainy Friday afternoon. Only thing was that the side doors are exit only. Does not have any signs pointing to the entrance. Go to the front of the building for entrance.

I’ve been coming here probably about once a week (plz don’t judge me 🤣) for the last few months and each time has been very enjoyable. It’s always clean when I come, the salad bar is always fresh, and they are quick to put out pizzas and offer to make you whatever you want. Unfortunately I don’t know any of their names but the entire staff and manager(s) is awesome and very friendly.

This is a great place to go the food is good and cheap, and it's definitely a place to take your kids. I have 4 kids and they love going here to eat relax and play games. They love being kids. Me and the family will definitely be returning again and again.

This location on ft hood st is always clean and has fresh food. The salad bar is always great and fresh! The service is great, everyone smiling and friendly.

Based on reviews i was not interesed in dining here. But my childrens school held a fundraiser there, so i decided to stop by since i wanted to support my childrens school. The service was excellent. The food was piping hot and the pepperoni was always refilled. The manager stopped by our table to introduce herself and ask if we needed any additional service. I will definitely return.

I really enjoy this buffet. From the selection to the taste. Salad, soup, pizza, dessert, drinks... AND at an affordable price! Who can beat that? I go quite often as my go-to eatery. The unsweetened tea is so flavorful. I requested a combination for the buffet, and they made it! They are really great. If you haven't yet, you should try it.

I brought my son here & I’m super impressed! Cashier was very warm and welcoming, setting a terrific first impression when you walk through the door. The buffet line was very attentive, and overall the staff maintained a positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely come in again!

Awesome place. Fixed everything that was wrong before. Food is well prepared. If the pizzas run out before a new fresh one is rolled out, it won't be more than a couple of minutes. So you're sure to always have a pizza that you want. The pizza itself is pretty good. It's a little better than Chuck E cheese in quality, not as greasy. Definitely much better selection. It's "above average" pizza. But for the value, it earns a couple more points. Salad bar is adequate. Extras, like pasta, mashed potatoes and the "dessert" part are adequate as well, in case you're crazy and DON'T want to eat all pizza. Sometimes the tables and floors are a LITTLE dirty, through no fault of the staff at all. It's the Killeen people that make it damn near impossible to keep a business like this clean 100%of the time. PLENTY of dining tables, so you'll never wait for a table, or have no where to sit. "Game" area is small, but provides enough of a break for the kids. The place looks clean, spacious, and to the point. The best part: price! Holy crap, you will NOT find value like this for at least a 40 mile radius. 5.99 for adult buffet access, and 3.99 for children. You pretty much pay $10 for unlimited pizza for 2. Great place for any occasion. Kudos.

DESTINEEH F! Yaaaas girl! A smiling face, welcoming attitude and fresh hot food that kept coming out. Was the dining room busy? No, but y’all also didn’t make excuses for not being busy as a reason to not have fresh hot food like your competitor up the road. Y’all started to get a flow of customers as I was leaving but this left a big impression on me. Keep up the amazing work and pride in your job mamacita! Management! They are serving you whatever you like to keep people safe with COVID regulations. The pizza is delicious! It is so much better than old crusty buffet pizza. They keep fresh pies coming and they greet you with a welcome to Cicis when you walk through the door. The food was good. They ran out of sweet tea at 6 pm. When I asked them if they were going to put out more sweet tea I was told “ we only make 3 batches a day, we won’t make any more till tomorrow.” 2 of the people in our party can’t drink any carbonated beverages and tea was the only option.

We hadn't been there for awhile and chose to go on Veterans Day. It was rather late in the evening but the restaurant was still very busy. They didn't seem to want to make any pizzas as the night wore on. Noodles were cold. We have always enjoyed eating here, but try not to visit later on in the evening.

I do not know if the recipe changed or the baker didn’t make it correctly. The sauce and bread tasted out dated so please correct this so you don’t lose customers.

Staff was nice, most of the tables were clean. I didn't see a pizza I had wanted so they tried making one (wasn't the best) but I appreciated the effort- the kids had a great time, there was a spread of about 6-8 pizzas (but only 1-2 without pork on them). The floor looked clean for the most part- but it was really slippery. There was a little game area in the back, we didn't get to it. The Tuesday we went was Boys & Girls Club of Killeen Family night. 6pm-8pm (??) They had games to play, prizes to win. The kids had a great time. 👍 I would recommend bringing kids on a Tuesday night. (I believe it was the 2nd Tuesday of the month, check first) The cost was cheap overall. Less than 30$ for a family of four for the night. 🍕

Great experience. The staff was very friendly. Most of the pizza seemed a little cold but likely because they want to keep a lot of options up without wasting it. Which I get. Once a tray was empty, they were good about replacing it with hot, fresh pizza. No complaints from my kids, regardless. I loved that they had bluey playing when we went. Seemed like they kept up with cleaning tables pretty well, walls could use a wipe down, though. Wish they had more game/arcade selections rather than claw machines that you never win. The shooting game they have is VERY loud 😅 but my kids had a blast playing it. And the racing game was broken when we went. Overall, I had a great time with my kids here. ☺️

The facility was clean, food area, tables, waist areas are all well maintained. A close eye was kept on the tables in the dining are and cleaned as soon as patrons left the table. Staff were very friendly, and even made special ordered pizzas. Comfortably priced. I would recommend this location if you need a quick bite to eat or if you have to feed several children.

The “new” Cici’s is much cleaner than the old one and I don’t think we will be seeing the pictures of rats under the soda fountain on Facebook from local diners anymore. Lol very clean, very nice and helpful employees. Really tasty and unique pizzas to try like Macaroni and Cheese pizza which is amazing with ranch and buffalo sauce drizzled over the top!

Real good for the quantity and price. Can't beat 20 bucks for 2 people to eat as much pizza as you can.

The staff was courteous and polite. The food was actually pretty good. However, the booths and tables were sticky and the restrooms were in serious need of attention! Be careful if the cheesy bread and cinnamon rolls. They were very doughy. But, the politeness of the staff went a long way.

It's a free for all. You kind of have to chase down your favorite slice when it does come out cause they rotate what pizzas they make. For the price with a bunch of kids it's not bad. There's no flavor if you ask me though just lots of bread. The salad bar has the basics and they only had one soup when I went. You order the wings separately for additional price if you want them.

Food was good, I did not see roaches... They could stay on top of the cleanliness essential in the kitchen but they are extremely busy all day and that can be hard to maintain. Kitchen was working fast but could not keep food on the buffet. As soon as the one girl putting out pizza would put something out it was taken before the next one was ready to replace it. Staff was good at collecting dishes being cleared by customers themselves but was not attentive to the tables being left dirty when customers left even though they had an employee in the dining area the entire time.

I requested to have 2 pizzas made, and the manager on duty acted like it was an inconvenience for her to make them. Her exact words were yeah, what do you need. No, how can I help you or ever a what can I make you sir. The only reason I requested pizzas to be made is because there was half a cheese and half a vegetable pizza's on the line. It like like they just had a big dinner rush before i came in. So I made a bowl of pasta and sauce along with a salad while I waited on the pizzas.It took about 25 mins for them to come out. Most of the tables were unavailable due to having dirty plates on them or occupied by families. There was only 1 gentleman cleaning up while other personnel were sitting around. I let them know that they were out of ice at the soda machine, along with being out of pasta. Both were never filled up, and they still had an hour until they closed. I usually don't come here this late to eat( 8 pm) and I never will again. The staff in the afternoon is always very respectful here. I just don't know what was up here tonight. I've been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years, and it's maybe my 3rd or 4th bad experience here.

No trouble parking. Took my toddlers thinking there was games for them but do not recommend for kids under 6. I think we went during the busy hours too (5-6:00pm) but there was no ice for drinks and only 3 pizzas were out. Salad bar was nice though. Cinnamon rolls were also good. The salad bar doesn't always look its best. Sometimes, the lettuce looks bad, or the cucumbers look old, but overall, it's ok. I order a special pizza every time i go. So it be nice and hot. The cinnamon rolls are ok.

Cashier was amazing. Very friendly and offered to get our favorite pizzas out onto the buffet hot & fresh. She kept her word; however, while we waited and ate the other pizza, I was highly disappointed. I know buffets are a hit and miss so I won't hold it against them. I will just pay attention to what time I go there. I hate going to businesses during peak hours because of crowds; however, that's when food is guaranteed fresh.

Thank you for running my chicken through again since I really only came for that and the brownies that never made it to the bar. ☹️ Why do you shut down the bar an hour prior to closing and start discouraging customers to dine in an hour prior to the hour? Is this the Army? What is going on w/ the soup/ pasta bar that four of the seven options are empty. Lastly, I don’t share your music taste and would rather my grand son not here the negative language so would you, Mr. night time cleaner use earphones and not sit you phone on the table while you are cleaning. I came in for buffet at 8pm with 9 people and they made the pizza I requested as there was almost nothing out but when I asked for brownies I was told there getting ready to close so they aren’t making any. It’s a hour and a half before close….after spending over 100$ all I wanted was brownies I’m kinda disappointed 😔 update apparently they close at 9 google is wrong about there times but they did not tell us this when we came in.

This location is a hit or miss, very inconsistent, but can't complain much because of the price they charge per person. If management could be more engaged on making sure the cashier, the pizza maker, and the food attendant cutting the pizzas were not on their phone soooo much, then I think service would improve. I seen the food attendant dropping gave of a pizza because she was too busy trying to reply to a text, a few pizzas almost fell fron the belt because she has her back to the pizza oven and the pizza line, when I warned her that the pizzas were about to fall, she gave me a dirty look. The cook making the pizzas was on the phone while making pizzas. The food quality is not that bad for the price which is why I kind of overlook the inconsistencies on the other areas. I don't recommend for dates, lunch meetings, or special occasions. Is just enough for casual dinning or dinning with kids.

More cons then pros. Renovations look nice but I would really prefer a clean place to eat. The employees looked sloppy. The bathroom smelled like someone peed on the walls as an air freshener. The floors were a nice upgrade that looked like they hadn't been mopped in a month. Available Pizza choices were few to none, most trays sat empty for the entire time we were there. Used to be great, ever since the remodeling the pizza variety has been cut by 3/4. Staff looks like high school kids with no manners. Salad wasn't cleaned properly. Customers kids touching plates and food but not using any or eating what they touched. All together it was a mess.

The personalized pizza you can get is great and the wings are right on point. If you go during a busy time, you might be disappointed. Although the pizza is good, they can not keep the bar full so you have to wait over 8 minutes for pizza sometimes. Once the pizza do come out then it is gone in seconds. So although the pizza is great and the taste is there, I only give a 2 because I don't like waiting for a buffet if I already paid.

I kind of don't like this location. Others I've been it were far better than this one. I came here to eat with family and the pizza here is days old, it was chewy and not flavorful at all. They didn't have any tips for the drinks so we just had to have them like that for the kids. It was pretty inconvenient. The floor was pretty dirty and we had to sit at a dirty table. I don't think I'll be coming here again

No ice in the drink dispenser. All the surfaces on both the seats, benches, and tables were sticky and greasy. Barely any pizzas ready for the personnel dining in. Some pizza was cold when eaten. In addition there were very few clean tables to sit at as a majority of the tables hadn't been wiped down after people had left. I really enjoy pizza buffets but CiCi's left me disappointed this time.

Cheap place to eat, food ready if ordered to go. But first cashier was nice. The manager or assistant manager not so nice. I asked for a bag for all the marinara sauces and she made a scene about me wanting a bag for and I quote "Just 4 marinara sauces? Uggh ridiculous she put it." Well, i have to carry 3 pizzas on Fort Hood base for approximately a quarter mile with wind speeds in excess of 25mph and up 3 flights of stairs. Yes I wanted a bag to keep my sauces from flying away. She acted as if the company was going to go out of business over a small bag. Worst is when driving away she was bringing out the trash but stopped to look and stare at me with such a look of disgust towards me. I try my best to rate everyone a good rating and I come in contact with dozens of establishments per day. Cicis so far has been good to me, except today I experienced bad customer service.

Not good 😪. The only thing nice about it was the price as my family of 5 could eat there and fill up stuffed with appetizers, various pizzas, salads and desserts for less than 50 bucks, but everything else was atrocious. Dirty, sticky, greasy surfaces. Service was horrible, and the employees looked absolutely miserable. Food quality was slightly subpar, pizza had an ever so slight synthetic flavor to it, almost like plastic. Drinks tasted watered down and no flavor, salad was mushy, not fresh and pasta was old dried out. Even with the lowered prices it's just not worth it...at any price to be honest. I used to love Cicis and I'll probably return someday, just not to this one.

Im the review you’re looking for. I will speak the truth and only the truth. Firstly, cleanliness. From what I see the place is somewhat below par. Tables were clean but the floor was sticky and I saw a waiter cleaning up and throwing the crumbles from the table to the floor. For the food itself, bland. Of course your paying 11.99 so expect to pay for cheap pizza for cheap prices. Pasta was good but the sauces weren’t. I wouldn’t come here again and save your money and go somewhere else. But if you don’t care then have fun!

Staff was friendly upon entering. Buffet: Salad bar, noodles with options of red or white sauce, pizza bread, 6 different types of pizza, dessert (brownie, cinnamon bread), Overall experience, not worth it. Pizza was floppy and super greasy. Not undercooked although not that great. Best part was the delicious brownie.

PLEASE! Whoever owns this place stop being cheap and hire some more staff!!!! It's so simple. One or two more people on afternoon shift will fix this place. It's always empty on the bar. It's a joke at my job not to go here unless you are ready to fight in order to get a slice. I'm done coming here, no longer paying to wonder if I can have a slice of pizza when I can just go to domino's.

Look into Mr Ghatti’s pizza. I ordered a custom deep dish and the person at my table, that was the one that wanted to go to Cici’s, said my custom pizza “looks disgusting” and that I shouldn’t eat it. It’s worth mentioning that a young pierced lady working the pizza bar after 6pm was working circles around everyone there. I hope the owners recognize her work ethic.

Poor food selection. They didn't have many pizza on the buffet only three; four at the most. We had to ask for the buffalo and took a long time to get it. They didn't make the desert pizza unless you ask for it only the cinnamon rolls. Staff was annoyed if you did request a pizza. When pizza are ready they didn't announce it.only placed it on the buffet and was more than half way gone, when we realized it. (We were next to the buffet on the first booth) Kitchen staff was more concerned about being on the phone then making pizza or helping take a request since they didn't have much. They ended up dropping a pizza because they didn't want to put their phone down first!!

This was the worst salad bar and pizza we have ever experienced. Then on top of that while our grandchildren were in the arcade they were piling chairs on tables, mopping floors and ignoring the fact that they still had customers in their restaurant. The food was ok but the restrooms on the other hand are horrible! I nearly slipped multiple time from the floor being slick and urine all over the floor.

This place gets worse and worse. You can never find a clean table. The buffet is always empty. The sauce is empty and dried out for the pasta. None of the employees wear gloves when handling the food. Watched them make pizza with their bare hands. Trash all over the floor. This place is disgusting. Was way better before the remodel. This will be the last time coming here. Hire a manager that actually cares about maintaining a clean and professional business.

This place seems hit or miss, on Apple maps it’s rated at a measly 1.5 stars so it was a gamble going here. To start, the staff was not friendly or really helpful, in all they seemed to not care whether the establishment was clean or well taken care of. The drinks came out flat and warm, and tasted like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks which made me feel like the kitchen would be in similar disarray. The pizza is mediocre at best, but I’d say you get what you pay for since it’s a $6 buffet. The salad and pasta bar wasn’t really that, just lettuce and olives and pickles for some reason. And there was just one type of pasta and only white or red sauce so not really much of a bar layout. All in all I’d say this is easily one of the worst places to eat. Very disappointed that they tarnish CiCi’s brand like this here.

My family went this evening around 8:30 pm. The salad bar was already being taken apart, the staff had us use 1 set of tongs for all of our stuff on the salad, and said they were too lazy to go back and get any more tongs. The pizza was cold, the pasta was luke warm. The Alfredo was empty. The only new pizza that came up while we were there was a pepperoni for a big family. This was the worst experience we have ever had. The staff was so focused on cleaning and shutting down the restaurant that we were served poorly, with an attitude and had a terrible experience. My little one used a high chair, and the gentleman that took it from me did not even sanitize it before he put it back with the rest. We will not be back.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Let me tell you how: 1. The floors were full of trash and puddles and they were sticky. 2. The salad looked as old as my grandmother. 3. There was a slice of pizza underneath the table that looked as if it had been there since the remodel. I was actually worried there was a rat chilling down there enjoying that slice. 4. The plates looked as if they had never heard of a scrub or a sponge. I would assume this is because they are never washed properly. 5. We saw not one employee focused on cleaning any part of this place which it desperately needs. 6. The drink area was missing lids and the soda tasted super carbonated. 7. The Soda fountain was not clean, or wiped down, it seemed like the ice had freezer burn which I'm still trying to figure out. 8. I am fearful for my health right as this very moment, and will question myself through the night. To sum it up I will be showering and never returning.

Me and my husband came in the restaurant tonight. We usually come maybe once a month. But tonight was one of the worst visits we've ever had. When we walked in there was maybe 3 booths worth of people there. Yet the whole restaurant was a disaster!!!! There was maybe three or four little pizzas to choose from they were all crunchy and hard when we got them, it was pretty sad. We came in at about 7:45 8: 00 and we left around 9. The whole time we were there nobody cleaned up anything until we were leaving around 9. On top of that me and my husband are very sick from the food we ate. Unfortunately I do not think we will be coming back.

This is the second time I go to this restaurant and have a bad experience the day on Veterans Day. They were trying to forcibly make me pay for My Son when I said I was gonna give him the meal to my son. Mind you I really don’t like pizza like that. Today some lady was questioning My Son about his age when they got elementary coupons. And refused to give us service.

I came here with my son and daughter and went to find a clean place to sit and the only clean table had a chemical bucket on the table unattended. We got our first round and not only was half the pizza cold but my sons had a hair in it! We got up and walked to the line, waited to get someone's attention. They said " sorry but there's a fresh pizza on the line" as if that's a proper answer. We went to sit back down so at least my daughter could finish eating hers and in that time (3 minutes)they bussed our table and took the drinks yet the other tables were all dirty. We just left so we could eat something else. I'm very dissatisfied with not just the food but the customer service and cleanliness of the store so we won't be coming back.

Managers all have attitudes at customers. Their menu says kids 3 and under free directly underneath the kids meal which specifies that a drink comes free with it and they insist it does not but that is not what the menu says. The first few times we came here they did not charge for drinks but now the last 2 visits they have. Pizza selection is awful now. Food is gross. And to top it off the employees are nasty to customers so there’s nothing positive about this “restaurant”. Won’t be back anymore.

*UPDATE* the owner Chad saw this review and emailed me and he offered a free meal and a refund but then STOPPED RESPONDING to me when I asked what info he needed for the refund... I have reached out 3 or 4 more times to try and have him follow through with his offer but he won't respond at all now. We went here for dinner and I will never come back. Every table had stacks and stcks of dirty plates and nothing was being cleaned. We sat at a dirty table and saw 3 other tables clean dishes off of their own. Trash was all over the floor and there was a lady walking around not doing anything about it. They only had one or two pizzas out at a time and what was out tasted sketchy. My kids said the pasta was soggy and gross. My kids had free buffet coupons for good grades so we came to try it out but even with those coupons we ended up paying almost $40 somehow for just my husband and I. Don't come. Its bad.

I came today May 22nd, 2025 to support the elementary school fundraiser and I order a large pizza at 11:10 am. I waited for more than 40 minutes. The place was crowded, and there was no pizza for people dining in. After all that, I asked for my order, and one of the employees told me that the cashier didn't send my order. It was almost time for the kids' early release. I wasted almost 1 hour of my time and the opportunity to take a pizza to the school. No professionalism in this place.

Food was terrible this most recent time my husband and I visited, Oct. third, 2025. My husband got food poisoning from the pizza.

This cicis pizza (owner) that keeps replying to the reviewers does not have a single care in the world. The franchisee should have some integrity and either fix the issues or give up the venture all together. Dont deserve to franchise. Have some integrity. Be proud of yourself. This location is trash.

Games are rigged, staff will tell you they’ll make you a custom order and then not to it, for an insane amount of time. Spend $80 on absolutely nothing because your kid is convinced he can beat a rigged game and you’re waiting because you’re convinced they’re actually gonna make your order. People come to Cicis for the iconic apple pizza and They won’t have it nor will they make it. Avoid it like wildfire. You may think you won because you got my wallet today but I like to go out and you lost my loyalty. Hope it was worth it. I won’t be coming back ever.

This is their way of putting food in a box. Just thrown in there and there's just gunked on cinnamon on some of the rolls and almost none on like 4 of em. The rest are smooshed and a couple burnt looking. Tried calling earlier and no answer. I'll try again tomorrow but I doubt they'll answer. Never going back here again.

I have been to CiCi's a few times for the all you can eat pizza...the kids seem to enjoy it, but for me, the quality of the food has gone way down. The employees are mostly young people who seem to act like they don't want to be there. My last visit for sure! CiCi's on Ft. Hood, although best bang for your buck, the food is just not tasty anymore 😢

I just tried to come in for a buffet And upon walking in instead of serving me, they told me they were closed. That was only after wanting to pay for a buffet. Now I know exactly how food service works. They just wanted to close early by stating that when in fact, they were open still, seeming as customers were still eating, and doors were still open. I also came before 10pm as their hours state that they close at 10pm. I only needed 5-10minutes to eat which would’ve still been in time to finish before they close.

no bathrooms for the public. I ordered a specialty pizza and the worker wasn't very professional. I waited and watched as several pizzas came out of the oven and when my wife went to ask her about it after a long wait all she said was it's coming and walked away. the Alfredo sauce was empty and never refilled while we were there. All in all do not recommend.

I have never been to a CiCis pizza before until today and I will never go to another! I am completed disgusted with this whole establishment. Multiple tables were filled with trash, the floors have pizza and napkins and much, much more scattered all over the floor. The workers are not dedicated to this jobs. An employee aside to the dining room cleaned a, what I assume to be as a clean table and picked up a few plates, but left a table (pictured) a complete mess. When my party and I went to get our food, everything was cold, and burnt. The lettuce was old and the dressing were in the bins, empty. Honestly, I could go on and on about everything wrong with this location. But the bottom line is that I will never eat here again and I don't recommend it to anyone.. EVER!

My daughter received a kid eat free coupon at her award ceremony at school today. We decided to use it tonight and take the family out for dinner. Upon arrival the cashier informed us with limited information, "We can't accept that". When I asked why, the manager replied from one of the booths where she was sitting, "I didn't hand those out yet. Those are from last year". The coupon did not have an issue or expiration date on it. We explained that to her and she replied, "I know they are from last year because I have the new ones sitting in my car and did not give them out". She was very unprofessional and dismissive with her answer. She then proceeded to converse on her cell phone. She stated, "I'm getting pissed off because all these parents keep coming in here with these coupons that the school gave them..." Again very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was 7:30pm when I asked one of the workers are they going to make any more cinnamon rolls to which he replied, "um I think we're out". The manager never intervened despite the store closing at 10pm. The sweet tea was out and never refilled during our visit. We also saw 4 other families who decided to have dinner at Cicis because of the coupon their kids recieved but were also denied. As a paying customer the false advertisement or decision to not honor a valid coupon coupled with the unprofessional distasteful experience is sure to keep us from supporting this business.

I don't understand why they don't sell coffee and you can't bring your own because they ask you to take it outside.

heard about 2.99 buffet deal and was planning to go with family, was supposed to be until nov 30th but lasted only until the 10th, they literally went against their word and my family and i had already made plans but not going anymore, just don’t make a claim and say you’re going to do something you’re not

A regular drink is over 2 dollars , and the windows look like they never cleaned them. I had to wait for fresh pizza when eating. I had an employee keep walking around my table when I was trying to eat.

All tables were dirty, old food and dishes all over the tables. Food all over floors. Half the pizza wasn't available. When asked they said we don't have that right now! Workers in the back chatting.

Horrible customer service. Where the manager refuses to speak to you when there’s an issue. Reached out to corporate email because the issue was that bad and I never do that. But received no response from them either. 😭

I waited for a large pizza for almost 30 minutes. I was told that the wait was about 10 to 15 minutes long. Nobody greeted nor gave an update on how long it would take for my pizza. My family and I like Cici’s pizza but disliked the service received a few minutes ago. To top it off the manager raised her voice at me even through I was extremely calm and wanted to know if she was making the pizza anytime soon. I’m so disappointed in the manager’s attitude toward me for wanting an update. Hopefully the rest of her day is okay because she ruined my son and I day with her attitude.

First time going to Cicis and probably the last. My party and I decided to go to cicis because of a coupon we found online well the employee didn't put in the coupon in and didn't give or offer us a receipt just handed us our cups and walked off. Upon walking to find a decent table that wasn't dirty or wet we noticed puddles of water with no wet floor signs around . We stayed and tried to give Cicis a chance but regretted it. we walked up to the buffet I used that term loosely because honestly it was the same cheese pizza all down the line with one random pizza with a singular peperoni or sausage . They were so greasy and undercooked tried walking to the salad bar lettuce looked old brown the cucumbers were rancid and the tomatoes weren't even cut down barely cut in half . Now we understood why it was nearly empty . My suggestion go somewhere else .

I’m so sick and tired of being sick and tired of this Cicis location. They lack integrity in their work as well as quality of pizzas they put out on the bar. I’ve sat from the time I came in (30mins) waiting for a pizza! And it hasn’t even came out yet. Whoever the lead or manager is on the shift tonight needs to be stripped of her position. She clearly does not set a standard for her team on this shift, and what’s so pitiful is that she herself has no SELF integrity to uphold a standard. If you don’t wanna lead and much less work, leave the jobs to those whom are self motivated and find satisfaction in serving. The owner is just as much to blame. Your location is garbage and sadly it would be unpleasant to lose the only cicis in our area but it’s not much of a loss when it’s already little to nothing. Owner really do some self assessment and let this go to someone else who WANTS TO SERVE. You’re a bad business owner and I hope corporate strips you of this location. 1 star because I can’t post this without it.

Got here at 5 o clock Been here for 40 minutes and barely any pizza was made and the salad was brown and they wouldn't change it, ordered pizza when I got here and they havnt made it yet its not busy in the restraunt, so I asked the employee when will my pizza be done and they said " they are working on Togo orders and havnt made it yet." I'm hungry 😕 also the game zone machine doesn't work. So my kids couldn't play any games.

The dine in is very limited. There was only one employee doing the pizzas and couldn’t keep up with all the dine in people. We had no pizzas ready and had to wait for 20 min or more to make a line of 15 people to get the pizzas. Hope they hire more people

When we got there the pizza bar had two almost empty pizzas and some cheese sticks so I figured grab a salad and some cheese sticks and wait. Only the cheese sticks were raw. The bottom was cooked and the middle was raw with melted cheese on top . Raw raw like full on dough raw 😭. The little arcade area was cute. My son got sick later which led me to believe I was not the only one with raw food , we should have just drove the extra 30 minutes to get to the temple location. We tried to order food to go also but it was missed on our ticket so I guess that was a blessing in disguise .

Horrible !!! Paid over 26$ and it was a waste . No pizzas ready ! Then when it’s busy you cooking these nasty weird pizzas . I ask for an eta on cheese sticks and the worker rudely told me soon , they just finished a big Togo order ….. so just forget about us dinning in . Serval times we seen 3 to 4 pizzas being made thinking they were for the buffet line , NO for Togo ! The don’t care about dine in . People were literally just standing with an empty at the buffet line . The drink machine also ran out of ice . Unpleasant experience overall. **** you can see the buffet empty and the have 6 Togo pizzas ready to out ****
