This is the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been to! The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful! The food is cooked to perfection, no mistakes; the toilets, restaurants & surrounding area outside are immaculately clean. We’ve stopped in the evening and today in the afternoon and it feels very safe, in a nice location. Will definitely stop again on our next comfort break in the area! ✌🏻xx💕

This Burger King is a life saver. Their parking lot is generous with space, has Tesla chargers, 2 unisex bathrooms and a dine in area. You can use the kiosk to order or order at the counter. Food came out quick. Their team, though slammed, were efficient and polite. Highly recommend and would return to this spot.

We stopped at this location for charging our Tesla and quick snacks during our road trip. I left my purse while leaving with wallet /sunglasses and realized only 100 miles later. We tried contacting them and couldn’t reach. We even tried emailing to the customer service department but all went in vain. There is no obligation from their side to entertain these requests. Returning there now would ruin our holiday plans for my kid. I lost hope so blocked all my cards and decided to continue the trip. On my way back, two days later as we passed by the same location, we decided to stop by and check the purse. To my surprise, the employees had it saved and returned my purse with everything inside. I am grateful to everyone working to there for this gesture. They truly made my day. I appreciate the kindness and effort. Thank you again!

Burger King is always very packed with customers due to the low prices and their great taste! When low on cash Burger King is the place to go! Oh yeah also try their app you get points and can use any of the promos they have for the day!

We were traveling through and decided on Burger King for dinner. We are a big family and whenever we go out to a fast food place, part of our order is missing or completely wrong details (no onion etc). They got our order perfect. It was all hot and delicious too. Very satisfying.

Fresh hot fast food made exactly the way i ordered!

Food was hot and tasty. Had breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Only 2 people working so understaffed. Had to wait 10 minutes even for our coffee. Young lady tried to do good job. There was a complaint from Indian lady who was abrasive and impatient.

Place was ok. Server handed me a coke that had run over and was a mess esp in the drive through. No napkins. The do have great ice cream cones and c heeper then McDonalds.

We stopped at this Burger King location during a recent road trip. It wasn’t super busy at the time we got there, so there was no wait at the counter. The person who took our order was super helpful (I don’t know their name though). While taking our order, he helped us understand how to apply a discount coupon that we found online to our order. Much appreciated!

Garlic burger was great, other than that, it was meh. Fries & mozzarella sticks were cold. And what place doesn't offer Coke Zero?

My husband likes Burger King, I am not a fan. Usually, I find their food, especially their hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches are barely warm.

Went here for a pit stop as I was traveling from Napa to Los Angeles. The employees were pretty rude & slow. The bathroom was dirty, as if it wasn't cleaned in weeks. As a first impression it didn't do well for me. And I'm a tourist, I feel bad for the people that actually live around here or have gone in here.

I ordered the Impossible Whopper and the attendant said to me "it's vegetarian". I said "I know. That's why I ordered it".

I've gone to the drive thru it's on my home never a problem. Today I ate inside it took 15 minutes for 2 kids meals and 2 burger meal deals the burgers were cold. Go through the drive thru.

Food was good, it felt like they are short on hand because the wait is a bit long. Restroom needs keep up. Nice thing they have outdoor seating for animals.

I just needed the restroom. We had to buy something. So I had chicken fired and onion rings. I had to request fresh onion rings. Then I had to request fresh chicken fingers. The warmed the same ones up and gave them to us. I won't be back.

They close dine-in at 10pm on weekends despite the posted hours at both the store and online.

This specific location often gets Orders wrong, drive thru times are long and their location looks really sketchy at night, dark, no lights. I love BKs menu but this location is just bad and below average on service and food quality. It's no reason why McDonalds and Carls JR are always full of customers. Not worth the stop.

This morning, lots of people seem to be behind the counter, all gossiping, talking, laughing, but no work getting done. There is a big long line of cars waiting and people waiting inside. I waited 20 minutes, then reminded them that I was waiting. At that point she grabbed a bag and handed it to me. The fries tasted horrible. They were out of ketchup?? What happened to Ennis place. It used to be ok.

My visit was horrible. Food tasted like its been under the warmer for hours before I received it. Not freshly made it had a funny taste to it that made me throw it up. Not at all in keeping with the Burger King standard I am a custom to in the Midwest.

We asked for fresh fries and they were ready in less than one minute there’s no way they were fresh and when we asked if they were fresh the girl shut the window. Wow talk about manners!

It took almost 10 minutes for me to get attended and i waited another 10 minutes+ behind a customer chatting with your drive through window(they already had their food). I pull up to the window and this young man goes to his friend and starts laughing. I was nothing but respectful when placing my order and i didn’t get one bit back. I will drive away if i see him working i don’t trust people like that with my food. Can’t have favorites at drive through.

The food was fine, I am here to complain about the deceptive prices. The drive thru menu, inside menu, and my receipt all listed different prices for my meal! My receipt of course listed the highest price for my meal. I am not talking about add on fees for meal size, adding cheese or taxes. I am talking about the baseline meal price. (And since it was a size medium of course that baseline meal price was higher on the receipt than on the drive thru and inside menus, but it was well above the listed $1.50 add on fee for a size medium meal). I went inside to discuss this and the employee tried to gaslight me: “that’s bc you added cheese” (nope, I see that separate charge); “that’s because of the taxes” (nope, I see that line further down on the receipt). For me, it wasn’t about the money, it was about the inability to determine what made up the actual cost of my meal and why it was different than the advertised price (which was also different on the outside screen vs the inside screen). At the end the employee just shrugged and condescendingly told me “food is expensive”. Like yeah, I know, but that is not what I am asking you. I should have asked a manager but I thought it was a simple explanation and that maybe I just wasn’t understanding something. I didn’t want to bother anyone further so I gave up. But it was unsettling. Something shady is going on at this Burger King.

Only stopped in off the road to use the ladies restroom. It was the most filthy bathroom I have ever seen in real life. The smell was atrocious and I know because my nose isn't really able to pick up smells since catching COVID in 2021. This odor was sickening.

I went to this place to the drivetru to buy a whopper and some fries! But when I decided to make it a combo! The cashier said that she can't change my order to a combo! How come they can't do it ! The easy way is just talk to the manager to do it! What kind of service they are giving to customers at this place!

They say they close dining at 11 but have it closed at 9:40 or sooner horrible service because there was no service and their hours are false advertisement. I will never recommend this place To anyone
