Great staff, super clean store, never had any problems at the Mod in Sunrise City.

Really affordable and super good. I liked the tomato sauce and the light crispy crust. You could put as many toppings as you like and I have tried five of their original recipes. I was pleased with them all. No name cake is delicious. Looking forward to trying salad.

They were really great with my allergies. I'm dairy-free and gluten-free. They have lots of options for me. The workers went above and beyond for me. Made sure to change gloves, get items for my pizza from the back of underneath to avoid cross containment. Made sure they used new trays and pizza peels as well.

Awesome staff, 1st time going here and staff were great and explained in detail how the system works when building your own pizza. Pizzas, we're absolutely amazing, great base, cooking in a pizza oven in front of you, over 40 different toppings. Best pizza I've ever tasted. Also, it is absolutely spotlessly clean.

I love that they have plant based options, both gluten free and vegan toppings. They have a cauliflower crust too. This chain caters to alot of different diets and you can add all the topping you want for one price. The gluten free crust doesn’t come in their smaller size though. Sometimes the crust is a little too crunchy for me but overall, it’s a good pizza and I can get it made the way I want. Never ate in. Just take out and it’s always pretty fast.

Great pizza FAST. Really good experience here. Friendly service and they really have their system down. Design your own pizza any way you wish. Nice dining area and free wifi (not real high speed though).

Delicious pizza and very friendly staff. However, the wait time is long especially when it's busy. There should be at least 2-3 employees on the line doing the pizza orders. Overall this is a great place when I come to Kissimmee area

The staff here were great and very accommodating to any changes. Great value for the price paid and the food is delicious. I especially enjoy the Chop Salad.

Great pizzas if you like thin crunchy crusts with fresh ingredients in a brick oven. Way better than the commercial grade pizzas we are all accustomed to.

I decided to give Mod’s a try after receiving a coupon in the mail. Upon walking in and reading the menu, I was surprised to find out that you pay for the pizza, and any toppings you add on are free. The young lady who made my pizza was very friendly, and went out of her way to make some small talk with me and my girlfriend. All of the other employees were delightful as well, interacting with every customer and truly enjoying themselves behind the counter. The pizza was very good, and the free toppings and free sauce made for a perfect dinner date. All in all, a great experience and will definitely be coming back. My girlfriend kept commenting on the layout of the store and how unique it is.

It was a bit pricey for my family of 6, but everyone got their own boutique pizza which was pretty neat. The staff carefully creates every pizza by hand, but the speed of assembly and cooking/delivery is quite good.

We had a large group and the team was great helping us out. The pizza was tasty and customized just as requested!

Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all!! 👉🏻 this place is literally a pizza bar. I went all out and added tons of toppings to my pizza, so I can’t really judge on that part, but the dough and baking were right on point. They took about 12 minutes to be ready, and even though I had my doubts at first, everything turned out just fine. Gerald isn’t just a lovely person, she’s incredibly patient and always in a good mood. That makes the whole experience even better. I might just come back around 🍕✨

Clean location, great atmosphere, lots of options, great prices, huge portions, fresh ingredients! Salad was fresh and pizza was hot...quick service! Highly recommend!

MOD is always a great choice. We have tried this location multiple times but today was different. We had the nicest person we have had during our visits there. Pizza is good. The girl had no clue what she was doing and no one helping her. She forgot to put cheese on both pizzas until we reminded her.

Portion sizes on the salad have shrunk considerably and doesn’t even fill the container, and the pizza isn’t great for the price anymore if you don’t pile a heap of toppings on it. Flavor is still great as it was before all this price inflation, but I’d rather go to next door’s all you can eat salad bar for a similar price or order to-go pizza for a better price.

My experience at this MOD Pizza location was so frustrating that I feel obligated to share. I placed an online order for six pizzas, a salad, and a fountain drink. When I arrived, they handed me the order but completely forgot the drink. When I asked about it, they casually said, “Oh yeah, the fountain drink machine is broken but we have tea.” No heads up when I placed the order, no sign, nothing. I asked for a refund for the drink I wasn’t getting, and the employee told me, “I can't do that, sorry sir.” Excuse me? I paid for something you can't provide, and your response is “too bad”? I asked to speak to a manager, and they pointed to someone at the register who didn’t even acknowledge me at first. While waiting, I checked the pizzas and realized several were made wrong or were missing toppings. When the "manager" finally did speak to me, they repeated the same excuse about the drink and said the only way to remove it was to refund the entire order and charge it again. I agreed, but then asked about the missing toppings only to be told they ran out of some ingredients. So why not call me? You had my phone number from the online order. Their solution? “We can change it for something else.” At this point, it was pointless my wife and kids were already waiting and hungry. In the end, they offered to credit me one pizza, but the whole experience was so badly handled it just made me more frustrated. I wasn’t just disappointed with the mistakes I was angry at how little accountability or empathy the staff showed. This wasn’t a busy night or an honest mistake it was just poor communication and poor customer service across the board. If you mess up an order, own it and try to make it right. Instead, they acted like I was the problem for asking basic questions. I’ll never come back to this location again, and if you’re ordering online or from out of town be warned you might not get what you paid for, and you definitely won’t get decent service when something goes wrong.

This place provides some of the worst quality pizza I've had the displeasure of eating, ever. I've never had worse pizza. Gross premade crusts that taste like cardboard, mushy weird cheese, no flavor, just downright terrible. Gas station pizza is better. I'm thinking this may be a tourist trap but that's all conjecture.

So bad costumer service. I ordered online and the girl kept asking me for my name of the order. The app got the name wrong and did not help me at all.The people in here and rude and they don’t help at all. Also after they’d figured out my order they literally started making it when it should it be done already due I order away longer ago. The girl with black glasses and green shirt very bad in help and the red hair lady kept looking me bad. So disappointed of this location which is next to my house but I would never come back.

I have always liked this place! At least once every 2 tweets my to-go place. Unfortunately today, I couldn’t stay. The new kid preparing the pizza was not wearing a hair net or cap or anything. Worse, he had his little dreads hanging over his face. Super friendly guy, very attentive, sure knows how to prepare a pizza… but for me, no… you gotta wear a hair protection to avoid stuff or hair from falling on the ingredients. I had to leave and eat next door. 😔 Friday 2/24/25. Around 2:35 pm. Sorry guys.

I’m not sure if it’s cause we were Hispanic or what her issue was. She completely ignored him over and over again like he didn’t even exist. You DO NOT treat a child that way! If you don’t like your customer service job then find another one! If you have an issue with non white people then figure it out!

I've had better pizza at a gas station. The sauce had no seasoning at all. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

When you order pick up. It will never be ready on time. In fact they pretty much wait for you to show up before cooking. So what’s the point of placing a pick up. Absolutely no point.
