Went drive thru which is ridiculous. They spent thousands on 2 beautiful menu boards which are never used. There always 2 employees in front of the menu boards with a mobile unit to take your order. Sounds great, but it's not. They stand there making you feel rushed to decide what you want without a menu. I keep ordering the same stuff every time even when in the mood for something different. I then had to wait in line for 7 minutes due to a long line . My order was mixed up with someone else's order. Had to wait another 4 minutes to get my correct order.

Food was good, but the service was somewhat subpar. Ava was very rude and rushed us so she didn’t get down everything we wanted (missed grilled in stead of regular nuggets on a salad) and didn’t bother to double check if the order was correct. She was also rude to a little girl who just asked her for some Chick-Fil-A sauce. She was very messy when making our drinks, spilling a bit of one and not bothering to fill it back up, and well as over filling the other and causing a mess on the cup. She also had no smile on her face and didn’t bother to say “my pleasure” at any point.

A few day's late to place my review. We drive through the drive thru. Once we received our order we got home and the sandwich was missing. I called in spoke to the manager. I return to pick up the sandwich. It's disappointing when you have to drive back when a situation happens like this. Though I was able to go back. The restaurant should have at least competent fresh fries. The restaurant forgets not only did I have to return, but the time, gas and traffic can be hectic, due to leaving out basically the main meal.

We love both locations in Kyle and eat there at least three times a week. However, on July 4th evening, we stopped in for dinner and were surprised to find almost every table was dirty. There were only two other tables occupied, so we had to sit at one and ask one of the employees to please clean our table. One of the employees seemed to be forced to clean our table. We are not happy with the service we received, especially since we usually receive great service at this locación! Our chicken sandwiches were not hot as they usually are.

Everyone said I was crazy that I never had this. And when I finally went I was ready to understand what I was missing....Chicken is juicy and nice. Famous Sauce was ketchup and mayo taste lol I was not impressed and felt disappointed. The sandwich as a whole was not for me. I even gave it a second chance and it's just not all the hype for me. Plus they didn't have lemonade both times, which was the other thing people told me to try. I will say the staff is true to reputation: super friendly, polite, professional and beyond. So that part was very nice to experience. Give it a try for yourself even if it's just to experience the wonderful service.

The person at the drive through told me I can’t order a cool wrap because the workers don’t like making it… then she told me I can order order it myself on the app but she won’t order it. She’s the drive through person. I asked the nice person at the kitchen and she said they are fine with it and it’s on the menu in the morning for a reason. Andrea is the best.

Just left this location at 10:52am, and had a horrible experience with a lightskin employee working the drive through delivering the food. She gave my order to the car in front of me, and they noticed the food was wrong and gave it back. She proceeded to come to my car to give me the SAME BAG. I asked for another and she rolled her eyes, had an attitude and slammed the new bag in my face. It’s very unsanitary to give a customer a food item that has already been given to another customer especially if it was inside their car. Very disgusting and poor hygienic food standards!

I hadn’t been to this location in a long time due to their terrible customer service and just plain stinginess with condiments. I spent $25 and they wouldn’t give me three of the packets of hot sauce. I had to call the manager over to get that. MOVE AHEAD TO THIS VISIT: Food was mediocre. Service even worse Every time I would ask for something simple, like a refill, it was, “I’ll be right with you”. It’s no longer a peaceful atmosphere to go and have a hot, fresh, right-on-time meal. The play area is no longer monitored. Children (that were too big for the area) were acting like heathens, running over my two year old grandson and making him cry. May I say, if the founder of Chick-fil-a were still alive, these things would never happen. His sons are running a lucrative business into the ground and it’s only a matter of time before this chain becomes like every other Burger King and McDonalds. The food quality has gone down(way down) and per-portions are smaller. I first noticed when I got the breakfast bowl. It smelled very odd. I believe it was the cheese, but not sure. 🤔 Tried it a couple more times, same deal. I read the story about ten years ago of how Chick-fil-a got started. He asked God, why do I keep failing. Where am I going wrong. His stated that God showed him to always put his staff and customers at the forefront of his thoughts. Here we are after his death and those values don’t stand anymore. They’re like every other business now. What a shame. 😢😢

I was charged $19.03 which seemed high, went through the drive-through, was in a hurry so took my lunch and left. When I got back to the computer, I looked at all the prices of things I purchased and my total should have been been $16.78. The receipt just had what I ordered, there were no prices. It was just a sticker on the outside of the bag. Never occurred to me to double check, but I will from now on (I got an 8 count chicken nuggets & Sandwich meal).

I placed my order through the mobile app and put for pick up through the drive thru. I got there at 8:05pm. The staff told me to pull forward and that my food will be ready shortly. Nonetheless, I didn’t receive my food until 8:27pm. All I ordered was a salad,3 piece tenders and condiments. I saw 7-9 cars getting their food and passing me. I didn’t bother because I understand they help customers first if they have their food ready. However when I got home, I didn’t get my condiments and my 3 piece tenders. The wait time and the food that I bought that I didn’t get has led me write this review. I will say the food was good as always, appreciate the cooking staff. I love CFA but this for sure needs to be addressed.

Ordered food from Kyle location at 1:48 pm. When I checked out it said food would be delivered at 2:13 pm. For the first few mins I was getting the tracking info and then all of a sudden it disappeared. Around 2:27 pm I called customer support to find out what was going on and I was told that some took my order from the store and they were not suppose to and that I would get the food at 2:33. It did not show up till 2:40 and it was cold and old. I then had to call customer support back. At first they were only going to give me $8 of my $14.30 back I stated I want a full refund as I will not be able to eat this and now have to order from somewhere else. After being on hold for a few mins she finally came back on to say they would refund me. I then let them know they lost me a s a customer as long as they do business with Door Dash. What a joke this location is and they are ruining Chick-fil-A's name.

After getting in the drive through line, I saw 4 cars go ahead of me who arrived after me in the next line over. When I asked the person taking orders if they would please help the car in front of me and myself, he said he is not allowed to switch lines. There was one girl in the other line at this point on her phone, not paying attention, and not pulling up. Frustrated, I went inside to speak with a manager. The manager said, “sorry” and said she can get me food now. That wasn’t the point. Everyone had gone ahead. Their system is severely flawed if this is their solution. Also, it’s common sense to have a 3rd person outside during peak hours to avoid allowing 6 cars go ahead of 2 other people waiting. The customer service here is terrible. This is not the first time having issues with customer service. You all need to do better. My daughter and I left without any lunch.

Tried giving y'all another chance. It’s disappointing feel like corporate needs todo some food checks this is store, being now second time I’ve ordered a club and got like half little breast, when I open my sandwich I shouldn’t have to dig to find the chicken. $14.65 with large fries were over cooked and anyone who’s had that know they are like potato chips just hard and crunchy no soft potato feeling whatsoever.

I Love ChickFilA , but todaaaay i got a really bad salad . Honestly the other times I've gotten this salad it's always fresh . Today half of the salad looked bad/old & the chicken fillet was sooo hard to bite , idk weird . It didn't feel frozen it was just hard couldn't even bite it . Nothing but kids running the restaurant and none of them knew anything and continued to give us many mess ups on our order. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A ever. Came here to edit: tried to give this place another shot A YEAR later, …. Blonde Lady in the black shirt was rude to the person taking our order, and with 4 order of fries in our meals each of them were more then half way filled with scraps 😑

This is the absolute WORST franchise. I'm glad I didn't order large fries, because these are hard as a rock, burnt, and in old oil. Literally soaked in oil. My chicken was equally disgusting and not edible. NEVER AGAIN. Hey. If you would not eat them, DON'T SERVE THEM!😡😡😡
