The set menu is spectacular; I imagine the à la carte menu is incredible. First of all, the service was outstanding, from the moment you walk in until you leave. The bartender who seats you was wonderful, as was the waitress who served me during lunch, Kas (who was attentive and incredibly fast). The food was delicious; you can tell the ingredients are high quality and they pay attention to every detail. I enjoyed every course, from the starter to the dessert. Thank you so much; I'll definitely be back.

A very spacious and bright place, with two floors and a large skylight in the middle that floods the entire restaurant with natural light. The service was excellent, with the waitress offering recommendations on which dishes were most popular, portion sizes, and catering to our preferences. Everything we ate was delicious.

The spacious and welcoming dining room offers a real sense of how the kitchen is run and how well they work. This way, your plate arrives and you enjoy it. The hospitality professionals are always friendly and attentive even when they're busy. It never fails...a safe bet.

Such a tasty lunch we had at Herculina! Absolutely amazing place, with perfect high-level food and presentation even for the lunch offer. Only for €14 - how is that possible? It was nice to meet waiters with good English, they were so kind and attentive. The design is stylish and modern. I only regret having one meal at this place. I hope to return to A Coruña in August and will definitely visit this place again.

The best menu del día in A Coruña. It's fast, the food is interesting and it's always got snappy, friendly service. I've lost count of how many times I've been and it never disappoints. Nights are equally as good but it gets a bit pricier.

Por fin me ha coincidido y he podido probarlo. Ambiente muy bueno, igual que la comida y servicio realmente excepcional. El menú del día, algo caro para la ciudad pero aceptable en precio, es realmente distinto y destacable. Platos no habituales, bien elaborados y con materia prima de calidad.

Local acogedor con dos niveles y una sensación de amplitud tanto en altura como en distancia entre mesas. El servicio muy atento y los platos bien presentados y suficientes en cantidad. Los postres quizá me pareció la parte más floja de la comida (que no malos), pero al ser un menú de grupo la valoración quizá no sea del todo objetiva. Una buena opción para comer tranquilo por la zona.

El local es ideal tanto para una cena con amigos como para ir en pareja. Tiene parte de la cocina a la vista, para poder observar como trabajan. El equipo es fantástico, muy buena atención siempre (te hacen recomendaciones o te orientan si eres muy dubitativo). La calidad de la comida es buenisima. La única pega que podría poner es, el precio de las bebidas.

Celebramos allí el Día de la Madre, y la elección fue todo un acierto. El local (que ya conocía) es perfecto en tiempos de Covid, gigantesco y con una separación inmensa entre mesas, sobre todo en la planta superior. Compartimos entre 4 las croquetas de queso y cecina (alucinantes, de las mejores que recuerdo), los langostinos kataifi y las berenjenas rebozadas. Fantásticos entrantes. De segundos pedimos 2 pizzas, sin más, bacalao (muy sabroso) y la pluma ibérica, perfecta de punto y sabor. Tarta de queso y tiramisú de postres, sin más también, con detalle incluido de invitación a ellos y una porción decorada dedicada a la matriarca. 30€ por cabeza con 3 consumiciones, muy buena relación calidad-precio para un local muy interesante que acaba de renovar su carta y sale ganando con el cambio.

My first time trying the set menu was yesterday. There were five of us, and I have to say the place is always packed; you really need to book in advance. The first course was a kind of pâté they called "Duck, Mushroom, and Leek Fritter with Sun-Dried Tomato Mayo," and although I expected the duck to be more prominent, it was tasty, and the bread added a nice touch. The second course was a pleasant surprise: grilled chicken drumsticks with couscous and Ras Hanout spices. Delicious. The portions are just right—not too small, not too large—just the right amount for a set menu, which is what you pay for at a very reasonable price. The dessert wasn't very distinctive; it was a tiramisu, but mostly just cream. The price of €14.50 includes a drink and bread. We'll be back! ✨

we have been here thanks to a friend's referral and the experience was not failing. the meat was really really good and also the fish was super. the place that used to be a garage is very well curated and the details make the difference! the staff is nice. price im average for a nice restaurant!

Today we had dinner at Herculina. A well-known restaurant in the city with a modern and minimalist atmosphere. At first glance, it seemed impersonal, but the truth is, it's quite cozy within its open-plan space. The dishes were well presented but disappointing. The croquettes were truly bland, and the sauce that accompanies them masked the weak flavor of the filling. The pizza dough was very weak. The desserts weren't bad at all, although the oven-baked cheesecake was quite tough. We were surprised by the croca, which was undoubtedly the best of the evening. Juicy and flavorful, accompanied by spectacular potatoes. Overall, the price-performance ratio seemed expensive for what they offered. The staff were particularly friendly, attentive, and prompt. I'd like to give it a second chance...

We came here on the recommendation of someone else and Google reviews. The place is very cozy (although a bit cold). The service was fantastic. But both the picaña and the croca were like shoe soles. Not tough, just the next best thing. The rest was exquisite. A shame.

Highly recommended, BUT we went on a bad day. It was very crowded and noisy, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I have to say the service was perfect, super friendly and attentive; they even helped us with a birthday cake. The appetizers were great, although the meat was a bit tough and cold. I understand that's because the place was completely packed and apparently we all arrived at the same time—bad luck for us. We'll be back and I highly recommend it if it's not so crowded.

Perhaps expectations were too high given the reviews. The downstairs area is great; they have an open kitchen and you can watch them cook. However, the upstairs area is sparsely decorated and poorly lit. It's better to eat downstairs. The food is good, especially the meat dishes. The menu has few options, but they are good. However, it's expensive for what it is. For two people, it cost €103. We ordered two starters (noodles and burrata) and two meat dishes (picanha), as well as two desserts and a glass of Godello wine. The service was okay but could be improved: The waiters left the cutlery on the table without setting it (as if the customer had to). They didn't open or pour the bottle of wine. We had to open it ourselves. In any good restaurant, especially at that price, the bottle should at least be opened for the customer. They also didn't offer bread, which is customary. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't go back for that price. There are other restaurants in the area with similar quality and more reasonable prices that are better.
