This truly a hidden Gem, we ordered falafel and noodles. I would definitely recommend the food was so much delicious and being vegetarian. I was so happy.

The owners put so much love into their food and have created a wonderful variety of healthy dishes made with fresh ingredients. The menu is almost entirely vegan which was awesome. Accidentally came across this place when a breakfast place nearby was closed on Sunday and very happy I did! Felt very welcomed from the start and left feeling very full. Omelettes were jam packed full of veggies and very delicious, and a nice side of fruit. Service was friendly and a peaceful atmosphere. Yum.

We wanted to have a healthy meal with my girlfriend and really didn't know where we should lunch... we entered randomly into the Verduzca without knowing, and we weren't disappointed!! What a delight ! A cuisine from the earth and the heart, with a dose of magic ! We had 2 days to go in Crucecita, and we wanted to eat nowhere else after this experience... too bad it wasn't open for dinner ! We had at least the next morning a wonderful brunch to start the day !

La Verduzca served us Lentil Burgers at the Santa Cruz Saturday Market. LOVE it! Wow, what incredible flavour. Every bite had us humming, mmmmm. The Pineapple sauce with a tiny kick of habanero was the perfect addition. Heated lentil pattie, green sauce, avocado, onion, lettuce, tomato on a heated bun.....with the pineapple sauce. So delicious. Later that week, we hunted down their restaurant and had the daily special. YUM! We continued having the Lentil Burger every Saturday and again at their restaurant. We also loved the Hibiscus juice and coffee. The Peanut Moka coffee is a delightful treat. Something different and oh so good. We love the food, the owners, cooks, the calm surroundings at the restaurant, music, service,...........all of it! Rodrigo and Poppy have created a lovely, relaxing, delicious experience for us all. We hope you will give them a try. Even if a vegetarian meal is not 'your thing,' we know you will LOVE IT. Our friend loved the Lentil Burger so much, he ate 2! Un desayuno rico y delicioso

Aquí encontrarás un lugar para desayunar y comer con un sazón delicioso. El personal es amable y sincero; la vibra del lugar es agradable. La comida está rica, esta fresca y los precios son justos para la calidad y cantidad que sirven. Fui dos veces y ambos días fue una gloria. Encontrar este oasis en medio de la gastronomía marina es un lujo que no debes dejar pasar.

En verdad no encuentro palabras que hagan justicia a La Verduzca, porque es una gran experiencia cada vez que como aquí. Las 5 estrellas de puntuación se quedan cortísimas. Polly y Ro son personas increíbles, siempre te hacen sentir como en casa. Sus platillos, bebidas y postres son una completa una maravilla. Generalmente se suele creer que el comer sano es aburrido, pero gracias a ellos aprendí que es TODO lo contrario. Ahora, voy por lo menos una vez a la semana por su delicioso menú del día, el cual por cierto varía cada semana. De igual forma, el lugar es muy agradable, siempre se siente alegre, tranquilo y acogedor. Todo es al aire libre, hay una parte totalmente bajo sombra y otra en donde puedes disfrutar más del sol. Es un plus el que esté a una cuadra del parque central.

Soñamos con su comida vegetariana durante días hasta que finalmente pudimos probarla 😍 ¡Fue más que increíble! La comida es tan fresca y llena de sabores, el lugar se siente como en casa y el personal es muy encantador, servicial y apasionado. Puedes ir con los ojos cerrados, pero asegúrate de que tu boca esté abierta 😉😋

Super delish, fresh, original vegetarian food. What a treasure in a town where most places are meat-heavy! Great service. We went here twice for lunch. Prices are a bit higher than some other nearby spots. I really adored the ceviche de coco; it was such a filling meal and so packed with flavour. I loved the green juice, but neither my husband or child liked the choco rock. It was on the bitter side. Very cool and beautiful vibe here.

La Verduzca is, to my knowledge, currently the only full-service vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Huatulco. Fortunately, it’s a gem. The food is delicious, unpretentious, and prepared with love. I almost always order the daily special, no matter what it is. It’s always a well-balanced meal, with a starter, main course, drink, and sometimes a dessert. The price is a bargain and the staff are all excellent people. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.

I was skeptical of the 4.9 rating before eating here- must be fake reviews! No restaurant can be that good. But I was wrong! This place is the real deal. The food is fabulous! I had the pastalada bowl - fresh veggies and pasta that are both cooked just right. Comes with a light tahini sauce. Plus the Choco Rock drink. Price is right and service is good - kind, friendly, attentive! You get a lot of food too. 😋

What a gem of a place. The owner is so gracious and always serving with a smile. Music is *chef’s kiss* amazing. Food was heavenly. He recommend the pita and falafel and its the juiciest falafel I have ever eaten. Then came the mushroom tacos- and they were soooo good! The sauce, the juices- every touch was incredible. Go here even if you are not vegetarian and vegan and support them. Its hard running a vegetarian restaurant in Mexico but they have done very well for themselves. Congrats!

Super tasty vegan food that will appeal to everyone! Carefully prepared, and served by the hospitable local owner. Huge 100% real fruit smoothies - worth stopping by if only for that. Simple, pleasant, ambience. Big portions and low prices. Also carries local natural products. I will go back tomorrow. You must check this place out. I've not written a review in years, but this place deserves recognition. Excellente! Best food surprise I've had in years!! That's why I returned the next day!

They serve Vegan/Vegetarian. We had salad and lentils the first time I went there. I can't remember the smoothie I had but it was just really flavourful. The 2nd time, I had the Verde smoothie - 5stars for that. Matcha latte and pancake. Everything was just delicious. The service was also great. The owner was very friendly and entertaining. He offered us the meal of the day although they were about to close, he still welcomed us. Very relaxing place. I'd still come back here til we go back to Switzerland.

This place is amazing!! If you’re craving delectable chilaquiles or some hot cakes come here! They serve hot cakes along with delicious and fresh seasonal fruit and home made mango marmalade and peanut butter, the chilaquiles are accompanied by black beans two eggs your style and delicious multigrain toast. Don’t even get me started on their drinks, their coffee is amazing but don’t skip out on their iced tea! If you’re in search of an affordable, healthy, delicious meal and excellent customer service this is your place! Definitely coming back for round two.

Es una buena opción si eres vegetarianos o vegano, incluso para probar siendo carnivoro es una buena experiencia. Imperdible el chocorock y mango tropical, banaflow es para los amantes del café ya que está algo cargado. Son muy amables y está limpio el lugar, lo unico malo fue que se tardaron mucho en servir la comida.

La atención de esta últimamente vez fue mala, se tardaron demasiado, estaban cobrando de más, tomaron mi tarjeta y se la llevaron.... No regresaría, no se que paso con ellos ya que en ocasiones anteriores la atención había sido muy buena
