My go to Taco Bell! I had pleasent experiences with this Taco Bell, and in my opinion, they have the best quality out of my area's Taco Bells (I tried around 3 of em 😆) Recommend!

I was actually here a about 4 months ago. Time flies. It was very late in the evening and I was helped by a young woman at the drive thru. She was a little heavier set, with blonde hair and maybe glasses if I can remember. But she was awesome- so friendly, calm, professional. Many Taco Bell locations have frightfully bad customer service and I’m always nervous to go to any Taco Bell. I meant to write a review to compliment the young woman that same night but it was so late, I was so sleepy, and just now got around to it. Therefore it’s honest to say she provided memorably good service. If only all Taco Bell locations could have such well behaved staff who understand customer service like second nature, like she did.

I stopped by this Taco Bell on my way back from Rockwell Heights. I came during rush hour so their drive thru was busy. But I went inside because I just wanted to take advantage of their happy hour special on the freezes. I put in my order through the kiosk and a worker came to check on me. I told him I got the happy hour freezes, they were the strawberry lemonade and baja blast freeze. He went to make it quick but he give me strawberry freeze instead of the strawberry lemonade freeze. I didn't want him to remake it or throw it away so I just took the strawberry freeze. The parking lot here isn't that big and the drive thru exit through here so you might get stuck if they are busy.

The person taking my order was rude. When I miss understood something, he said he seemed to get annoyed at me and asked If I wanted the order or not! Last time I'll be going there. Turns out this also happened to someone else that I mentioned it to and even described the worker that attended to me.

I asked for hot sauce when I ordered and then again at the window, but I had to go inside to get hot sauce since they didn't give me any. Also, after eating the Mexican Pizza combo, I went home and started feeling gross. I wound up with food poisoning and threw up. After that, I was up every half hour all night, having vomiting and diarrhea. Had to call in sick the next day. Pretty much done with any Taco Bell after this experience.

Drive thru is extremely slow during lunch time. If you’re like me and only 30 minutes DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL they will pretend to take your order and have you just sitting waiting to place the order. There’s not enough staff on hand and they are rude I did not complete my order and had to wait to get out of the driveway. Needless to say I didn’t eat and was late clocking back into work for the day.

The lady that put the order together apologized for packing our chalupa box items in bags with everything else saying everything was there. After sorting the order out at home and found the issues I tried to call them but there are no phone numbers listed on receipt or online.

If I spat on the floor and watched it simmer, I feel like I would've made more use of my time doing so then talking to her through the drive thru. Terrible service and quality of food. First visit, the employee tried gaslighting me about my drink not being on the order when I could see it on the receipt. They've forgotten my hot sauce every time. My most recent and final visit, I found this (pictured) in my beefy 5-layer. It was chewy and I'm guessing it's a chicken toe?? Idk, but def never EVER coming back to this location.
