The pizza is very good and very filling whether you get the thin crust or they're very impressive deep dish you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere was a bit cramped and very loud I recommend sitting outside if you want to hear your party well enough to talk. I recommend the mob boss or the meat lovers deep dish pizza

Bustling with patrons on a Thursday evening still allowed for immediate ordering at the side counter if not purchasing alcohol. Pro tip: order two slices for immediate goodness while awaiting the 45 minutes for your Chicago style pie to reach the table. Fantastic crusts on both thin and deep dish pizzas. Zesty and savory sauce and toppings. Patio and indoor seating available. During busy hours, come prepared for loud volume from all the lively discussions, but pleasant and delicious experience all around. Parking lot in front of restaurant is a paid lot. Memorably good pizza.

Vegetarian 5 Point Review: Taste – 10/10 As a vegetarian who loves deep dish, this place nails it. The Popeye is hands down the best deep dish I’ve ever had. It’s loaded with cheese and topped with incredible marinara. The White (a New York-style slice) was also fantastic. No misses here. Ambience – 9/10 Feels like a cozy sports bar—vibrant, energetic, but not chaotic. A solid spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out. Service – 7/10 Fast and efficient. We had a big order, and everything came out in about 10 minutes. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. Value for Money – 10/10 For the portion and quality, it’s a steal. Two hefty slices and a drink came to just over $25 (with tax + tip). That’s great value for the area. Recommendations Go for The White and Popeye. Both are absolute must-haves.

I kid you not this is the best pizza I ever had. BEST PIZZA IN SAN DIEGO! I got a deep dish pizza for the first time and it was so amazing. The dry rub wings were delicious and the buttery bread they served us was so soft and moist with butter and perfectly warm. I’m definitely coming back to this place. Our server was very nice it was his first week on the job and he did great! EVERYONE was so nice and friendly.

Delicious Chicago style pizza! Fun atmosphere and very friendly staff. First time visiting and will definitely be back. Had the meat lovers single pizza, Buffalo cauliflower bites, walnut and Gorgonzola salad. Yum!

Best pizza in San Diego! The New York style pizza was hands down the most flavorful and the crust had the perfect amount of crunch. Definitely coming back here anytime I need a pizza fix.

Second visit. Busy yet quick, and excellent service. The men on the floor were fantastic at getting meals out and would even grab you a beverage so you didn't have to wait in line. The bartender was also really friendly and helpful. The cuisine was excellent the last visit, but we tried something new and it was even better. Will return a third time to continue looking at the menu.

From the NY/NJ area so i had my fair share of good pizza. Regents pizza and wings felt like i was back home. Their slices resembled NY sizes with their large slices. Taste wise it was on par to the pizza i would get back home. Same goes for the wings. Would say the spicy wings weren’t that spicy but i know that'll differ for everyone. On a side note, they did bring out an incorrect slice. We didn't say anything to anyone as were okay with the mistake however it was corrected anyway. So great job with their serving staff. Would definitely be back.

Everything is made with high-quality ingredients, including their fresh dough and savory sauce. Try out their rotating monthly special pizzas, or one of the 30 refreshing beers on tap. I’ve always been a huge fan of their Chicago deep dish pizza. A crunchy thick double crust layered with cheese, meat or veggies and a rich tomato sauce. One slice will definitely fill you up.

Excellent pizza, wings and salad! We had a great dinner at Regents. Everything was tasty and came out in a timely fashion. You can get your parking validated so don't worry!

Quality ingredients but a pretty dry pizza if you go for the singular slices. Be prepared to pay for parking to eat at this spot. Can get crowded at times.

Last week my husband and I had a less than desirable experience with our pizza order and delivery. I won't go into detail again, except to say I gave a terrible review. This new review is to erase my previous one. Everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance. After seeing my first review, Regents' manager personally called me and graciously apologized. He left a credit for us at the register so we could return and give them another chance. We ordered a pizza to-go. It was very good! While we were waiting for our order, we did observe the atmosphere is geared more for a younger crowd (if eating in). We did enjoy the pizza though, so we will be back for future carry-outs.

Love a good deep dish pizza. I've tried many around town, Chicago Bros, Lefty's and Rosati's to name a few. Wanting to try something new, we decided to do a pick up order from Regents Pizzeria. Gotta say, ordering online was a breeze and the pizza was ready exactly when they said it was. Regents even texts you when it's time to pick up. Big thumbs up! The place was absolutely packed on a Friday evening. So if you're going to eat in, just note that there might be a wait. Good vibes overall. We live about 10 miles away. Even with that much distance our haul was nice and hot when we got it home! We ordered a slice of their monthly special, Salvatore Tessio. Way too many ingredients to list out, lots of meat, cheese and tomatoes, no sauce. In hand I swear it weighs a pound, very girthy. First bite, wow, that's good! Speaking of girthy pizza, we also ordered a 14" Deep Dish, their Windy City Mozzarella Classic. So; much; cheese, in the best possible way! Additionally we topped our pizza with sausage, bell peppers, onions and cupping pepperoni. Like the earlier slice, this pizza was seriously heavy. After a few bites I had to stop, was so good but was also just a lot. Gut bomb! There were some chicken wings involved as well. Slathered in buffalo sauce and accompanied by their delicious chunky blue cheese, these flappers were succulent and tender. A must. Next time I think I'd go with either a top down (no second crust) or a NY style mainly because there was just a little too much crust for me. All in, a great pizzeria!

Busy pizza spot with NY style and deep dish pizza option by the slice or whole pie. They also have other foods available and a small bar area. Get there early as itbis a smaller resturant and seating fill up quickly. Pizza was good, hot and fresh, I would highly recommend giving it hem a try.

Nice try but… The deep dish pizza looks like Chicago style, but is definitely lacking. There is zero cheese pull. Seems like low fat mozzarella and olive oil on crust instead of butter. The crust and sauce are decent, but overall not worth the price ($7.50/slice & almost $50 for a whole pizza)
