The guy who helped my daughter and I in ordering our food was so patient, professional, kind and positive it was so refreshing. I wish my employees had as good of a professional work ethic and positive attitude. Will be coming back to this location.

3rd and last. I sent one of my workers to get my usual breakfast and the other guys' some food and drinks for one last time. it was the last time any of us or our families would be getting Chick-fil-A. If it wasn't sad enough that I would never have my favorite fast food restaurant again, my order was not right. I got regular instead of diet. Dr peppe5r and the egg were under done 1. Same great food I have come to expect! I will say that the drive-thru took a lot longer this time than I would think was normal... 2. Okay, guys, I normally don't come in on Saturday because I'm not working close by. I had to work this Saturday and I wish I hadn't... The four count many that I got was the driest I've ever seen. The bread was crumbling in my hand and couldn't even pick them up. One was missing most of the bottom. I thought the burrito was supposed to have cheese on it?. This one didn't, and it was very small, but the hash browns were good, and the egg white gill was good. Come on, Chick-fil-A, we need to tighten up our Saturday performance.. Update... One of the guys one of the Bring breakfast for everybody they brought Chick-fil-A I had intended to not ever returning but I had the food and it was actually really good back the way that it normally was he said that the staff was very friendly and things seem like they were back on track so I went back myself two days later and the experience was wonderful everybody was happy to be there and construction was complete the food was spot on thank you for correcting..

Got drive thru lunch of spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and waffle fries and all tasted great. Very efficient two lane drive thru with nice employees taking order and also giving food at the drive thru window. Fries taste really good, I like the honey mustard sauce. Even with a lot of cars in line still moves very quickly, definitely recommend this location and chain!

First time visiting. Went at 8pm on a Friday night. Food was good and the fries were amazing. The kids area was very small and the smell was a bit strange. Overall the kids had a good experience. I recommend!

I am so disappointed. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe from Chick-fil-A, but my chicken was just breading. There was barely any meat, and it felt like I was just eating a fried shell. First and last time eating chicken-fil-a, ordered nuggets and they were so tiny I was shocked at the size of the container, half the size of McDonald's nuggets. They also got both os the sauces wrong but I didn't realize it until I got home. The Waffle fry were ok.

Worst Chick fil a in San Diego. All they care about is get you in and get you out with limited personal attention as needed. There are two others near me in Spring Valley and Santee. I will be making the drive them instead of La Mesa. Worest experience I had ever had at Chick Fil A.

Went to order at 10:15pm when they close at 11pm and they didn’t have Mac n cheese? Not sure if staff was just lazy tonight on top of being rude. How do you “run” out of Mac n cheese and hour before you close? Will not be returning do better seriously. UPDATE Double checked at window and they did have Mac n cheese the gentlemen working drive though at 10:30 LIED about having Mac n cheese who does that? Word of advice fire lazy workers or people who simply don’t want to be there!

This was my second time going to this chick-fil-a and I have to say, I regret it every time. They have a drive thru but for some reason they don't let you order through it. Instead they have workers out in the sun taking orders. And they'll let you know they hate it. I had a girl that might as well have been a recording. I understand they go through hundreds of cars a day and indecision makes them irritable, but the way I was rushed because I don't have their menu memorized didn't seem worth the drive or the food. She would start out helpful but if I had questions she would continue reciting her memorized script and just glare at me for interrupting. I ended up ordering the first thing on the menu because I just wanted to get out of there. Definitely not worth it.

This is the third time that I bought a sandwich and it was burnt and greasy, or the salad I always get is dirty and not clean. This not healthy. Recently, Chick-fil-A has become poor quality in their food, which is embarrassing. That was my last time ordering anything from here.

I went to Chick-fil-A dec. 19 with my two daughters at 4:11 pm at register 6 to get a late lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and my daughters ordered the eight piece chicken nugget meal. We were really disappointed with the way our order turned out. I got my sandwich and looked at it, the chicken was barely even cooked and the bread was crumbly and dry. And one of my daughters orders had Mac and cheese. It surprised me the way that the Mac and cheese was overcooked and burned on the top. And my second daughter, one of the chicken nuggets was pink inside. We were really upset and disappointed with the way our orders turned out. And plus we paid $29.78 and the food was not worth what we paid for. We are not coming back.
