My delivery driver was awesome You guys should definitely reward him with employee of the month. I ordered today. It got delivered super quick. I don’t remember my driver‘s name however, my location is La Mesa where he dropped off the pizza.

Tried to order online but the site is packed with promos. My order didn't go through. So I ordered by phone. Order take was clear, friendly and helpful. Pizza was prepared to my specs and delicious.

Love Domino's pizza 🍕 and the staff is great at this location too.. I am a little upset at the advertising team or corporate for this sign on the window... I know they can't and don't pay their employees a great amount... but to also treat the employees like animals at a zoo is ridiculous and degrading to them... do better Domino's pizza.

Pizza and wings used to be really good before the pandemic from this location. I have placed many orders and they 90% of the orders have same problem the pizza dough is raw and the wings have drizzled sauced or no sauce sometimes. I have bought the issue to the managers hoping the quality of the food would improve but the opposite the food have just gotten worse and service has gone way downhill. If you can order from a different store l!!

The MANAGER at this location is very unprofessional and immature. My order was delivered incorrect for a second time. When I called to question my order associates took care of the issue immediately. 5 minutes later I get a personal call from Domino's management claiming that he sent the right order and I was wrong. He asked me to double check the box which had bread and not my chicken he even asked me to open one of the breads to see if it had chicken inside this went for 5mins. All this was unnecessary in his part and a waste of my time as I was on the clock at work. When the delivery driver came again to deliver the correct order we called the store manager together to confirm that he had sent the wrong order to my location the first time as he wanted Proof. The manager them claimed he wanted the bread order returned then hung up. The driver apologized in behalf of management. The first mistake they did was cut my large pizza into four slices yes 4. Worst Dominos ever. Finally reached my breaking point. Food is either late or wrong. I do not recommend this location and Domino's didn't even offer to make it correctly

They always drizzle the sauce instead of spreading it. Pizza was to hard to eat. Made me feel like I should've just went to papa johns. Absolutely the worst location! Don't waste your money or time. I wish I could give zero stars. This place needs to be shut down. I will be calling corporate because this is ridiculous!

So I ordered my pizza and I was come for work and then I stopped by cause the app told me that was ready for pick up so I put to the store and say hi and when I tried to talk one of the guys he told me or just went a few a few seconds, and then I feel like I can pay now where he when he say yes so after freaking 20 minutes they decide to give me my pizza during that time the Manager she never told me about it because she always looks like a those persons that she doesn’t like it. Nobody told nothing about it. So up to 20 minutes he just go away. Do you need something and I will like I wait for my order and then he go lie let me check. He went to the kitchen and then some missing stuff. I don’t know what happened and then she never come back in front of me and say look this is what happens. Poor customer service I get all the food greasy, and the pizza was cold. Just because they started pulling orders. I don’t know what happened. They probably miss my order, but whatever I’m not gonna come back this is typical of the teenagers. They don’t know how to deal with customers but Dominos I hope so. You’re doing your rest of your job. Or like corporate, but I’ll make sure to call the corporate and report these because that was ridiculous just because I received my food code and then the funny part and then pissed me up too is because the man she never told me this is what it happened. I’m sorry about it. I can give me your money back or something but well, you’re gonna lose one of the customers I’m sorry.
