Personally, I don't like what the business offers...but my children, one 12 and the other 5, love it a lot...especially the bubble tea...or rather, their customers are...young people and children.

The taste was good, but they were very stingy. They took my order and charged me, and when they delivered it, they just told me I was out of tapioca. Do you want to cancel? I'll give it to you or I can add Gelish for an extra charge. I told them I could, but they wanted to remove three ice cubes because I was full of ice before adding the product, and they said yes, but the drink would be weaker. So, they gave me a drink without tapioca and with three-quarters of the product. It didn't taste bad, but it did seem very stingy on their part.

We went to the restaurant and there was a frozen fly in my drink. We discreetly mentioned it to the waiter, and he said it wasn't their mistake, that the fly had fallen into my drink when they brought it to me. They replaced my drink, but more out of obligation than genuine desire. Terrible service.

Two things. I went there for what they supposedly sell, as the name suggests, but it turns out they didn't have it. How can they not have the product of what's supposed to be their business? The business is supposed to be prepared so they don't run out of their main product; that's why they take inventory. And lastly, the service from the young woman who served me was terrible. I arrived and said hello, but she didn't respond at all. Okay, I'll let it slide, no problem, maybe she was having a bad day, I understand. I asked for a drink with tapioca, and that's when she told me they were out of tapioca. So I asked her for a drink recommendation, and she didn't even seem to care. Then I asked if they could make me some iced green tea. She said they don't make them. I don't know how things work there, but how can they not make iced tea? They have the tea; they just need to add ice. I don't see why they couldn't make it for me. If it was because they don't sell green tea, fine, then they should have given me other tea options to choose from. Their service wasn't very helpful, and their responses were delivered in a rude tone, as if they didn't want to work there. I understand that customer service is exhausting; I've worked in it myself, but at least try to put on a little effort to avoid this kind of problem with the customer.
