I love the tomato soup so thats my usual order. Apparently at this location you have to ask to get the breadstick that you pay for while ordering if not its automatically substituted for crackers. The young man says it varies locations and his manager does not like having them out so it has to be asked for. Why is this not reflected on the menu or relayed by the cashier taking the order? Its like ordering a meal anywhere else that comes with a side and drink and you dont get said drink or side that comes with the meal you’re paying for and as advertised because of personal preference. Essentially i’m getting shorted out of what I ordered and paid for. You can say, “oh wow over a breadstick?”. No, over my money , what a customer is expecting from the meal they ordered as displayed and lack of communication from employees.

Sandwich was good. I ordered fruit and there was mold on the strawberries. It was very obvious. They were my biggest pieces so 1/3 of it was inedible.

We went and ate here and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and spent $50... we got the number meals that shows a sandwich, chips, & drink and when I asked about the chips that wasn't in the bag she told me I have to ask for chips that they don't come with it???? Wth why does the picture show the meal together?? I think this was the last time I come to schlotzsky's for anything!! They have gotten ridiculous!!

The food and atmosphere were spot on for Schlotzkys. However, I have a big issue with the manager making my sandwich with only one gloved hand. When questioned about his technique, he said, "I have not touched your sandwich with my bare hand." Really! Explain that.... How can you make my sandwich and cut it in half with one gloved hand? I hope you review your training to understand you need to wear a glove on each hand when handling food.

Ordered two turkey bacon “clubs” combos. Neither sandwich had bacon, one sandwich barely had turkey, it was just mainly bread. The broccoli/cheddar soup was subpar at best. This is my first time eating at this deli, we usually go to a different franchise which is head and shoulders above this. At least we tried 🤷‍♀️

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE lmaoooo. Look at how tiny this $6 cinnamon roll was dude!! The size of a business card. Greedy greedy business smh. Never going back. Things just keep getting smaller and smaller. Also, you see how sharp those edges are on the fork?! You gotta be kidding if you think I’m gonna eat with that and cut my mouth or eat a piece of plastic, almost did!!!

I came in and ordered a Cinnabon to go, And once I got home and opened it, It appeared to have been very very old. I called and asked if they could give me a fresh one they would not remake it nor would they refund me. Very Bad customer service and will not be returning

Well been a long time since I got something from Schlotzsky 's so got me a roast beef and cheddar medium and that was the worst I ever had the roast beef was rubbery, tuff and hardly no flavor sorry my opinion

Was asking questions about the menu because it was my first time there and the lady was rude . Said thank you have a good day on my way out and get ignored. If u don’t want to be at work . Okay but being rude to ur customers isn’t the way to go. It’s not hard to speak back.

I am not sure this place is familiar with the ORIGINAL Schlotzsky's sandwich. What makes Schlotzsky's sandwich unic, is the olive mix that goes on the bred. This is the second time I ordered it at this location and the second time I had a few pieces of black olives thrown on the bread instead of the tasty mix of olives. Last time to order here and I DO NOT recommend this place.
