I always order through the app and makes it so easy to order what I want with my modifications and once done I enter drive over and pick it up through the drive thru and drive away. Never an issue.
Clean restaurant and a good place to eat if you just moved in or visiting family very convenient if you are close by I think service needs to be a bit faster though

An 'ee of a rival fast food restaurant asked me to try Burger King's fish sandwich. A week later I did and was pleasantly surprised. I liked it better than the (mcfish). A better, larger, crunchy fish w/ lettuce, tartar sauce & pickles - no nasty oil- based fake cheese slice. I opted for the Fish Combo w/ fries & drink* at $6.99 (7.69 total). * huge self service COKE options. A large flat screen TV is available here for viewing. This location has adequate parking in a busy area & was very clean. Service was immediate.
Asked for well done hash brown bites that were not well done, nor do I believe they were freshly made. Otherwise woulda been 5 stars.
I am a vegetarian.. I bought a veggie burger on Thursday.. I told the cashier but he put it in.. bacon.. This is meat. It is not vegetarian? Didn’t your manager give you training? ? ? This bacon caused me to have a slight allergy.. I hope their bosses can give them this knowledge..
They seem to take awhile on making your food but, the food didn't seem fresh so that was interesting. Interior very small but they do allow indoor seating. They have alot of specials so if you need somewhere to go and not break the bank then you can't go wrong. The restroom was not the most pleasant so if you can hold it until you get home I would highly recommend that. Parking here kinda cramped and entrances aren't the best.
This Burger King location is usually my go‑to, but that wasn’t the case last night. When I pulled up to the drive‑thru speaker, I let the employee know I wanted to use my app code for points. For some reason, the employee laughed it off. I ignored it and continued with my order. When I got to the window, the same employee was standing off to the side having a loud personal conversation about weekend plans. When I asked for zesty sauce, I got an eye roll in response. I drove off and pulled into the nearby gas station to check my order, because the interaction already felt off. Sure enough, one of the burgers was missing. I drove back and went inside to request a refund. As I stood at the counter, the employee walked by, made direct eye contact, and gave me a hostile look without saying a word. I left confused, disappointed, and honestly annoyed. Burger King has a long‑standing reputation, and it’s frustrating to be treated this way at a place I usually stop at to treat myself after a long day and a 27‑mile drive. End result I drove to the francisquito location
Ordered via app and politely asked for no ice due to health reasons. Staff was rude, threw my drink away angrily, and refused to even look at the app. Very unprofessional drive-thru service. Management should review this.
The person behind the counter, is kinda rude , just asking the bathroom code , and she doesn't want to be ask , she even gave me the wrong combination , because of her attitude
The workers here will ignore you. They can clearly see that I want to place my order but will go do something else before coming back to me. One of the workers had her airpods in and pretended like she couldn't see me when all I wanted to do was ask for some sauce. She straight out did something on the register and walked away. In my whole time there, I only saw 1 worker helping an elderly lady swipe her ebt card. That worker is great, everyone else sucks. I forgot to look at their name tags but the workers here don't care. For my whopper, I ordered it with no onions & they put onion in there. I didn't know until I left and went back to work so I couldn't tell them. Go to a different BK so you can really have it your way because you will not get it here!
They have this female worker that works there and she has like a crew cut and she wears a hat all the time and she has the worst customer service of life. It's an ongoing issue with this person. If you prefer to have better service, I'd go down the street to the hacienda and Francisqutio They have pretty good food and they won't give you any problems if you want something extra and you're willing to pay for it as I was willing to do told me that they didn't have a button to sell me onions. If they don't have a button to sell the onions that means they don't charge for the onions and they just wanted to give really bad customer service. They don't care. It's not their business that's suffering
This location does not care about the safety at their own customers. They only care about money.
BEWARE!!... DO NOT GO to this location!!! they steal your card information they tried charging over $2,000 of purchases to my wife's card. Their store number is now disconnected. Based on this locations reviews we are not the only ones.
My son ate here between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. by the time we got home my son was feeling sick and he laid down and when he turned he woke up and threw up everywhere pickles meet whatever was in the burger. This is a disgusting place probably have a lot of health codes using bad meat bad vegetables or whatever made my son sick watch out people
Placed an order with breakfast items during breakfast hours. Could not fulfill my order because I showed up 5 minutes past breakfast hours closed. Could not get a refund because the staff was too incompetent about their own refund policy + terrible service. 0/5 stars if I could.
Today my 80 year old grandpa payed me a visit and I was excited to take him to Burger King, but that was a big mistake. I ordered 3 combos to go and a simple mistake from the cashier and assistant manager turned to a horrific nightmare. The mistake was that they gave me the order to eat at the facility. I told them that I had ordered to go and if they can please make it to go. That very second they became very angry and threw the bag at me and grandpa told me, “you do it yourself”. I pleaded with the assistant manager to please make it to go, and he did the same thing. In addition, the assistant manager yelled at me, in a sense bullying me and grandpa. Grandpa ended up putting the order in the bag and we left. We will never go to any Burger King anymore. Here or in any country. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. Given that grandpa came to visit me from China and he wanted Burger King. What an experience. Grandpa simply told me, it’s ok. Let’s not put ourselves at their level. That is why he packaged the combos himself to go and we left very sad and disappointed. I praying that I was not treated as such because of me and grandpa being Chinese.
STEALING debit or credit card information!!! Everyone needs to watch out with this place. Yesterday, 8/26 @ 640pm I went thru drive thru to get food. First of all, COLD fries!! But worst of all....5 mins after I start seeing Sam's Club charges on my debit card, which I used at the drive thru window. 5 different charges...$55, $1, $150, $1, $150. It is possible and maaayyyybe, it wasn't the cashier but when I told my co-worker, he then tells me that he went thru the same thing. He never uses his CC and then one evening he got Burger King from this location and then had fraud charges on that credit card. I added the date and time so that maybe management at Burger King can do something about it. It sucks to know that an employee is stealing credit card information from customers. Burger King management, you need to stop this from happening again....
Ordered some mozzarella sticks to go from this location and they were rock solid inside. Not creamy or cheesy at all. Extremely disappointed to come home and find that all of the mozzarella sticks are like this. I mean it is Burger King. Didn't expect much but never had this happen at any other fast food chain that I have ordered from in the past.
