A truly lovely place. The service is attentive and friendly, and the portions are very generous. Personally, I found the sauces on the dishes a little sweet, but they balanced it out nicely with the delicious green salsa they put on the table. On the second floor, there's a huge window with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. I would definitely return: the menudo is fantastic.

Since we moved to Santiago (almost a year ago), we found this lovely place where we enjoy coming for lunch, breakfast, and dinner. The service is spectacular from the moment you arrive until you leave; the captains are constantly monitoring and checking that guests don't miss anything. The food is quality and well-seasoned. Sometimes, they've prepared drinks to my liking when I request them sugar-free. We will definitely return. It's a space we've been able to share with loved ones who also leave with a good impression. The service is very attentive. They have good regional dishes. I ordered the mixed grill of rib eye with skirt steak and it was cooked to perfection. I ordered it almost 3/4 cooked for the kids. The side dishes were also perfect and on time, everything hot. The charro beans were delicious. The place is highly recommended. The appetizers were delicious, as were the fried sweetbreads.

I lived in Puebla and they truly capture the flavor of Puebla in their dishes. I tried the mole and the chiles en nogada (out of season) and it transported me back to Puebla. I loved everything, from the tortilla chips and salsas to the main courses. The service was excellent. The place is very pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice place, with comfortable tables and chairs, perfect for those who enjoy a nice after-dinner drink. The food was excellent; today we ordered rib-eye ribs, BBQ ribs, and pozole. The pozole, in our opinion, could have used a bit more chili flavor. The service from all the staff (waiters, bartender, and head waiter) was excellent. Highly recommended for families and romantic outings.

Todo excelente, excepto por la imagen que alguno de sus empleados proyecta, cuando en lugar de estar atento a los clientes está en el celular, recargado contra la barra, encorvado y además con un volumen del celular tan alto que alcanzamos a escuchar los audios de lo que está reproduciendo arruinando la música de fondo del lugar. Creo que deberían poner más atención a esos comportamientos ya que los empleados son gran parte de la imagen del lugar.

Buena comida y buena atmosfera en el lugar. Le hubiera puesto 5 estrellas pero el mesero me cargo el 15% en la cuenta cuando le pedi que cargara el 10%, eramos un grupo de 2 personas. Desgraciadamente me di cuenta ya que nos habiamos ido. Chequen su cuenta ahi mismo, no creo que sea la primer persona a quien se lo hagan.

Comida muy rica aunque personalmente no soy muy fan de los postres. No hay mucho espacio, por lo cual recomiendo hacer reservacion para días importantes o domingos.

En general nos gustó mucho, el servicio muy bien, el gerente nos vino a ver por el punto de cocción de la carne y la trajeron perfecta. Los platos abundantes. Fuimos en domingo y nos tocó musica melodica con show en vivo.

The New Year's Eve dinner was delicious, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. It wasn't even midnight and they were already charging us and rushing us. All the staff were noticeably hurried and annoyed. There was no countdown, no celebration, and they were pressuring us the whole time. It was clear they had the party hats and everything ready to celebrate, and the staff, seeing that there weren't many tables, decided to cancel the celebration to leave early—or at least that's the impression we got. The only redeeming feature was the musicians, who created a lively atmosphere, encouraging the tables to sing along until the captain arrived at 12:10 to tell them to turn the music down. We had asked in advance what time the event would end, and they were advertising it until 1:00 AM with live music and a celebration. It was nothing like that. I don't recommend this place for a New Year's Eve dinner or any special event. If you go to eat there on any other day, I suppose they wouldn't rush you so much. It's a shame because the food was good.
