I told the cashier Kevin that my new years resolution was to lay off fast food . with this said I asked him if he could take his time fixing my order of churros. 15 minutes later my churros came hot and delicious. THANK YOU KEVIN!!!

I went on a Friday evening and it was kind of busy, the only issue is the small parking lot. Big trucks have a hard time getting out of the parking spots.

I ordered the egg bacon cheese chicken sandwich combo with country fries n coffee and it was pretty good n tasty. Very good for fast food. It actually looked n tasted like real food items.

The food was made to order, we appreciate the freshness and that our food was hot!

Please, please, do not do as we did. Please purchase something if you stop here. The reason I gave this restaurant 5 stars is because it is THE EASIEST place we have found to stop and use the restroom. It is on the Foothill off ramp on the 210 freeway going East, and the on ramp is literally right across the street. We had just eaten a big meal before we stopped here so we did not have an apatite for anymore food. But we WILL stop here again and make a purchase as often as possible.

This particular Jack's restaurant site is just off Foothill Blvd near Damien, so the bus-route stops in each way are convenient. The food is a good mix of choices, a full menu, and the restrooms are clean. I'll be coming back!!

This location is convenient and the food never disappoints. Today, however, we witnessed something that made me decide it was time to write a review, which I very rarely do. After ordering my food in the drive thru, I turned the corner to notice the car ahead of me was pulled far away from the window, making delivery of her food difficult. The staff reached out very far to give her her food and drinks, which was not reciprocated by the car's inhabitant. Then the driver and her passengers appeared to throw their straw wrappers at the employee as they drove away. It was completely rude, however, the worker didn't show any indication that the incident was going to bring her down. These types of people need more recognition.

Sometimes you just NEED to eat Jack in the Box tacos... their plain old tacos are so horribly delicious, I can't resist them when I'm sick. Thank you, Jack, for making me feel better!

I visited on a holiday in the evening, and the place was completely empty, including the drive thru. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone in the building. When I decided I knew what to order, a worker came to the register right away. The guy was very cheerful and amiable, cracking jokes and asking about my day and whatnot. Food came within 5 min, and the worker made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean place, and food was decent enough for Jack in the box

I only have ever done drive-thru and the service I have gotten has overall been 4.5 out of 5. Food is always exactly as I would expect. Parking looks fine, accessible seating, parking and entrance. Not sure when this location closes, but they have always been open when I go. I think they are the only fast food place in the area that is open way late, so if you are hungry head on down, they can sell you something good.

My bag was dripping grease from my order. I've never had that happen. Not going back to THAT location. Update: food is much better and customer service gets an A+ with me.

If you’re looking for beautiful leather… just stop looking and go here! The staff is so friendly and so helpful! They go above and beyond! They sell scrap leather which makes it easier for those just learning. They sell hardware, dyes, cements and more. Great place!

The food is exactly the same as any location but the service is excellent. I watched the cashier patiently listen to a man making some very specific pointless requests. He wanted the fries cooked but not overcooked and golden. Exactly how they always come. She related the specific instructions to the back even though it was totally unnecessary

Tried the Smash burger today, Went thru the drive thru, fast as always, and always correct on the order. Drive Thru attendant was polite and happy. Burger was very good for a fast food smash burger. I live closer to another Jack in the Box, but its pretty nasty and filthy the times i've been there, so i drive a little further for the clean La Verne location.

Great place to eat in at. Food is pretty decent, but outstanding cashiers and chefs. Food came in within a matter of minutes, and enthusiastic service. The Extreme Sausage Sandwich combo was a tad too buttery for but it was great for the price, and the mocha iced coffee was honestly the best iced coffee i've ever had.

I've always loved JITB. This one in particular was very clean and the employees were friendly. When a man walked in and there was no one at the counter a person ,who I assume was the manager and was cleaning the store, called to a team member to come to the front to get his order. They were what I think every JITB wants to be. And my meal was delicious!

It's a good freeway pitstop. Plenty of parking space to chill and have your meal. Freeway entrance is right across the street.

I hate their burgers except mini sirloin and now the new Ribeye Burger - Havarti & Grilled Onion. That was impressive. I can make better, but this saves time and money and shows Jack-in-the-box can still make a real good burger when they want to.

We like their food it came very hot and fresh there was one thing though we ask for tomatoes and lettuce on the side which they did, but there was no spread on either Bun nor are pickles wasn't there🤔

This location is vey clean and organized. Great presentation of condiments and beverage area wit all the utensils and various other things. The staff is fast, so fast that once i paid for my meal and was walking towards a table to wait, the cashier staff was calling me that my combo was ready. This is my "go to" fast food place, as it's conveniently located right off the freeway. Better than McDonald's imo. Ordered the Really Big Chicken Sandwich the other day. So good! Just wish they'd being back the hot beef and cheese supreme they used to sell back in the day.

Food is standard Jack in the Box. But what is different are the people. Very nice and helpful to the traveler who may never be in again. Also the location off the highway heading east is very convenient. It is literally on the entry ramp back onto the freeway eastbound. This has been added as a favorite for a restroom, coffee and snack stop.

My companion and I were pleasantly surprised to see that they had real egg on a sandwich for breakfast. It was very simple and inexpensive and just what I needed without all the dressings and goop on stuff. The staff is friendly and efficient and the bathrooms clean. That's about all you can ask for on a road trip!

Tacos are a fav. Sweet and sour sauce should be verbally asked as in " would you like sweet and sour with your order" Dont make me drive away without it!

They have the best drink machine anywhere. There are so many selections on this machine it makes it hard to make a decision but it's fun!

By removing the urinal from the men’s bathroom, you have affectively made to women’s bathrooms with one stall. Put the urinal back in the men’s bathroom.

Getting off work at 1 am and hitting the drive thru for a teriyaki-bowl (with egg roll) 2 super tacos ( hey what kind of meat is that really, nah, don’t want to know) and wash it down with a Dr. Pepper. Good times. Good times. This location is decent. Clean. Newer version right off the freeway. Go on in. You won’t be disappointed. Tell them Rog sent you and the will give you a straw for your drink. Went in for breakfast yesterday morning 12/21/13 it was my shock to move my jumbo jack and find a living spider about the size of a. Nickel crawl out of the wrapper they replaced the burger but mysteriously my stomach has been bothering me since 16:00 hours

They forgot both my fries and the side of potatoes for my wife's meal. Had to return to the drive thru to get them. 3 stars because the food was excellent, but the overall experience was very annoying to not get it all at once especially when the drive thru attendant says "it's all there" as I was sitting through the contents of the bags.

Every time I order from Uber eats they always have an item missing from my order and they neglect to answering their phones! I’ve ordered at least 4 times giving them the benefit of the doubt on them not messing up my order and they always seem to disappoint. I had also ordered a taco and got delivered a soggy wet hard tortilla. Wow what a disappointing experience and poor customer service

Let me start off I saying that I love the food here. It’s prepared fresh and the ingredients are top notch. The people are working very hard to perform double duty at the drive-through and at the front counter to take orders and prepare food. So it’s not easy for them to get to your needs right away, but that’s okay - it’s quite understandable. Since this location is right in the middle of a major freeway access point, there are plenty of people that come here at a convenience to use the restroom. So with that said, it’s very nice to see the workers here being very patient with allowing those people to use the restroom without purchasing anything. Frankly, I think people who do use the restroom without buying anything, often take advantage of this, so it is particularly notable that this concession is free-flowing at this location. Unfortunately, on the few visits that I’ve had here while I’m visiting my mom in Laverne from Hong Kong, I’ve seen some angry people whose vehicles have broken down off the freeway. They come in here asking questions such as “what’s the address of this location” and “can you please assist me my car broke down” while the employees are multitasking. Understandably, those workers can’t respond right away and those inquiring people get very frustrated, so this is another thing that the employees have to deal with. I must say there are two things that are very bothersome at this location now. The bathroom is extremely dirty, and there’s no air freshener inside. It literally smells like a port-a-potty. There are also graffiti markings everywhere which I know cannot be prevented but I believe they should implement some measure to counter this vandalism. The second bothersome thing — which is perhaps more troubling than the dirty bathroom — is the sound of a warning signal behind the front counter it goes off for long periods of time. Sometimes it goes off for minutes at a time and it’s completely maddening. At one point in the middle of my meal, I wanted to get up and leave because of that sound after two minutes repeatedly going off. I’m still going to give three stars because I have faith that the management will address his issues within a month or so. Other than that, the dining area is clean and the workers there are very helpful.

I have always had a positive experience and will continue to go to this specific Location. So for a big chain fast food 3.8 stars!

I just went to the one on Damien and Foothill and it was SO disappointing. The Fajita Pitas were so small and the onions were uncooked and VERY strong. Also, we asked for the creamy Sriracha sauce and they gave us some other sauce. I know these are 1st world problems but when you're looking forward to something then majorly let down, it disappointing. Sub par job.

I've been to better ones. Forgot an item from my meal and almost got hit by an employee coming out. I'll go to the one off Garey for the same sub par service, but at least not near freeway exit.

This place is just ok. The two associates in the drive thru were far too busy flirting with eachother to pay attention to us which was annoying. We asked for condiments which is the standard now and didn't receive them and had to go thru the drive through twice because the coupons we had we were told would not work unless we did go through twice so I've had a better experience. Ordered their "Monster" tacos. 2 for $3.00. Very disappointed. Taco shells are bigger but honestly the contents are the same as regular tacos. That is why the tacos were so 'flat' when I got them out of the wrapper to eat. And they called them "Monster" Tacos. Felt Jack In The Box are the Monsters who mislead customers.

I really don't think these people could have moved any slower. I stopped to grab a couple plain burgers for my dogs and a small milkshake. I told the lady I only needed the meat and bun because they were for dogs and after standing there for just over 5 minutes I was handed two burgers with ketchup, mustard and pickles. When I gave them back the guy magically handed me the right ones about 5 second later which made me question why it took so long to begin with. I ended up throwing my milkshake away because it was basically just milk.

Pulled up at 232am on dec 19th after looking on google and seeing they were open till 3am. Drove almost 10 minutes to be told there already closed after pulling up to the drive through. Thank you for wasting my time and gas.

The place is clean but the service is terrible. Everyone there waited an average of 45 minutes for their food. A customer asked for his money back and instead of apologizing for the wait, one of the cooks started arguing with the customers. Not sure if the older man was the manager but he couldn't control the employee's actions. Many customers left. Will not be returning to that Jack in the Box.

Didnt have time to pick up food for myself and family before curfew. Tried to order delivery at this jack in the box, practically nothing was available and when we finally found something to order it was placed at 9.50 the estimated delivery time was 11.15 then they switched it to 11.45 as if they were actually making our food before being notified that our order was cancelled! Practically waited for two hours for some ‘fast’ food that never came! Also tried to call the store TWICE and no one answered! If delivery isn’t actually an option, maybe you should say something.. i honestly dont think you even care about your reviews or customers but im just that hungry and mad.

We went thru the drive thru and we took the food home and the whole order was wrong. I have been trying to call the store but it is busy or they answer and hang up. I feel really bad because my poor son was hungry and they didn’t even give us his food. It will be a very long time before I go back to jack in the box. We went back and they said there was nothing they can do to help.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?? I just ordered at the drive up. Got to the window and my total was $10.41. I handed the guy at the window $10.50. "He" dropped one of the quarters on the ground and told me, you need pick up that quarter up or give me another one. I couldn't open my door all the way and the quarter rolled under my car. He would not give me my food. WHAT WOULD YOU DO????

This has to be the worst Jack in Box in the country. The drive through is like waiting to fill up at Costco. If there was a way to call your order in 45 minutes ahead of time, like a pizza maybe it would be better.

If you can't handle a simple order, Ms. Daisy, you really shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Apparently the "manager" at the La Verne location needed a nap at 5:30am, because she seemed a bit snippy when trying to take a simple order. Every job has its stressful moments, I get that, but that's not an excuse to take it out on the customer. I mean if you can't slow down enough to LISTEN in order to COMPREHEND, then maybe it's time to consider finding another line of work or just retiring. It's really not that hard. It's situations like this that make it difficult for loyal customers to stay loyal. Do better Ms.Daisy....do better.

We ordered an Ultimate Cheese Burger combo with a very tiny looked like a Wendy's $1 menu shake that cost to much for what we ordered. I usually don't complain about the service at the Jack-in-the Box on 7th & Pacific Coast. Hwy. This order got us both sick to our stomachs for days. We are still recovering, and it's been almost a week since we eat there. We both love their breakfast sandwiches and most of the Jack-in-the Box serve it, and it's delicious. 1 Star is being generous and gracious considering what we dealt with. One trip to urgent care.

She then asked me if that was ok? No I asked for a small I didn’t want a medium, me having to get a medium did not sit well with me. I don’t normally write reviews, but today’s experience made me.
