My wife and i were in the area and decided to grab some poke. When i say this place was great, i mean it. The people working were very helpful, and the poke tasted like it was fresh out of water! Definitely recommend for any sushi lovers.

Visited here while on a road trip to San Diego and would definitely make it a stop every time I go down. Loved that they have different protein options aside from fish like tofu, lobster, chicken, and shrimp, but stuck with the yuzu salmon poke bowl and it was delicious. The employees working there also had great customer service and they made ordering super easy.

This place is SOLID. Used to go just for the musubi but believe me when i say the poke burrito is where it’s at. Employees are always friendly and helpful and it’s just a great place all around. Give it a shot if you haven’t already and if you’re thinking of trying something new, just ask one of the workers about it.

Ended up stopping by here for a quick lunch while driving down to San Marcos and had a great meal and experience! Although I was in a bit of the rush, the staff was quick and polite. I ordered a poke bowl and spam musubi and it was exactly what I needed for a quick, healthy and delicious meal. If I find myself back in this area, I'll definitely stop in again!

First time here and Jonathan was so nice and patient when he was helping my mom order. Great price for the amount of food you get too! 10/10 my mom said she’d come back which says a lot lol

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pokeworks, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First, the freshness of the ingredients used in their dishes was truly impressive. Whether it was the succulent pieces of fish or the crisp, vibrant vegetables, everything tasted like it had just been harvested. As a fan of poke bowls, I couldn't have asked for a better quality of ingredients. The service at Pokeworks was equally commendable. The staff was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu. They patiently answered all of my questions and helped me customize my bowl to my liking. The ordering process was smooth, and my food was prepared promptly. A standout feature of Pokeworks was their wide variety of toppings and sauces. We loved the fact that I could create our own unique poke bowl with a range of choices, making it a truly personalized dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. We can't wait to return for another delicious bowl.

Last week I stopped in here to grab a quick lunch and let me tell you the food at this place is legit. I ordered a bowl with spicy tuna and spicy salmon and it was delicious. They have a great selection of toppings, and the employees were incredibly polite and efficient. The staff member who made my order, Sophia, had a smile on her face the whole time and was incredibly helpful. I was able to enjoy a delicious and efficient lunch on my way to work. I just downloaded the app and will be coming back here again. Totally recommend!

The employee putting my poke bowl together was very nice. He accidentally gave me the wrong sauce (because it wasn't labeled) and offered to redo my bowl. Food was very good. I don't like that they now charge extra for massago. Their prices are already on the high side. The manager offered us a free sample of their miso soup which was good.

Food, customer service and ambiance - definitely 5 stars! I am not fond of poke but when I stopped by at this Pokeworks in Laguna Niguel, I was welcomed with friendliness, this place is very clean. I came back the 2nd time around and the atmosphere was so wonderful. The food was amazing and I was very impressed with the freshness, it was yummy in my tummy! I would take the time to keep coming back here, for sure!!!

The poke is fresh and delicious as always, but this was especially true since we had come today when it first opened, my mom and I. Nothing like too deliciously fresh and fried spam musubi rolls in the morning, would definitely do this again. We were greeted politely and service was exceptional from the time we got in up until the time we left. A big shout out to Kevin whom I know real well now and he was super awesome in customizing my bowl and making sure the spam musubi pieces were unwrapped and in the bowl, as those things can be very tedious for a blind person like myself to unwrap unless you have patience to be able to handle it so it doesn't fall out. Only thing is I really wish for other locations if I were to go to others, there would be instructions within the app but the food was really delicious and I enjoyed the new lava sauce and can't wait to try it again! We also had the fresh milk and strawberry which is made with strawberry puree, it was fantastic, tasted like a strawberry milkshake with none of the guilt. Kevin was super nice, and patiently walked us through the menu and the ordering procedure, he also has a great attitude, very pleasant, he deserves a raise. Everything was great from the food to the service and the outdoor patio. This is our new favorite poke spot

I recently ordered the Luxe Lobster. It was fantastic! Perfect combination of fresh lobster, veggies, and mandarin oranges. Being new to the “Poke” experience, I wasn’t sure what Ponzu sauce was. One of the staff was very helpful. Myles provided me with a sample. Overall I was impressed with the service, cleanliness, quality and portion size!

Pretty good Poke, it tasted fresh, love the options and the fact that you can mix many sauces. The Spam musubi is pretty good too. If you have a hankering for Poke try them out!

I understand the economy is bad and inflation is real- however the price is ridiculous for the size! Too much for too little. The employee put really small scoops. I also think it’s silly they don’t have bigger portion options even if they cost more. There are only two sizes available. The taste is pretty good overall. Tuna was good. Salmon was good. The spicy tuna was odd because they don’t grind it up. I like the garlic crisps. Their house sauce is good. I will not come here again because it is a rip off. Second visit 06/30/24: after reading my review, the company gave me a voucher for a free entree. Since it was free food, I gave it another try. My opinion is unchanged. The portions are not good value for money. Also, there was difficulty redeeming the voucher. I showed it to the employee. She asked a more experienced employee how to redeem it. That employee then asked her manager. The manager was stumped. She just stood staring and didn’t make a decision. The experienced employee then decided they would “comp it and put the number in the note.” None of them had name tags. But they were the people working at 1:45pm. The experienced employee should get a promotion. All in all: my opinion is unchanged and I will not recommend.

The food was good, but I ordered a “handcrafted” cherry limeade and instead received a can of apple green tea? They never even communicated that it wasn’t available. Disappointed.

The food is good whenever they have it more times than not when I’ve come 15 to 30 minutes before closing, they are out of tuna, kinda hard to make poke when you don’t have tuna and most of the basics of poke bowls (edamame, avocado, rice ) just the basics of any sort of poke been there multiple times 15 minutes or more before closing (they close at 8, they already one of the earliest to close in the shopping center) and the doors are locked and they’re cleaning up and shutting down. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience when you come in 30 minutes before closing time. A bunch of high schoolers just wanting to go home early. Staff isn’t the friendliest most the time. I have had good food and good service handful of times but more times than not food and is mediocre if they have it and staff is mediocre.
