I eat here weekly! The burgers are the best. I get mine lettuce wrapped. They also make skinny mules with diet ginger beer for those of us watching calories. When I'm not on a diet, the beef nachos, fish and chips, pretzel crusted chicken are amazing! My favorite appetizer is the Hog wings!

Wonderful spot for karaoke, live music, and watching sports. Food is great - the chicken wings, chili lime chips, nachos, and mozzarella sticks.

This place has a wonderful feel, like a cheer's type bar. The food was good. The staff knew what they were doing and did it well.

Cool little spot in Irvine. All the staff was super friendly and the Guinness was perfect. They have live music some nights and lots of nightly specials. Pickles chips were the bomb!

Wow. What a pleasant surprise! Had never been here before but was in town and looking for a place to maybe get a couple of songs in during Monday night karaoke. I have sang karaoke in 28 states and in probably close to 200 venues and based on my experience, I fully expected that there would be a variety of talent level as is typical but WOW! I was impressed with how the KJ, Julian managed the singers which was unique to me. Earlier in the night, the first singers perform 3 songs in a row! It was different but really enjoyable. So, there were 4 singers signed up before myself so I heard 12 songs sang by 4 very talented singers before I got my turn...and seriously any of those 12 songs could have been judged as the best song of the night at almost any other karaoke venue on any given night. It was THAT good. I knew I had to bring my 'A game' and I gave it my best and I felt very welcomed and appreciated for my efforts. This was the most positive experience that I have had at a new karaoke venue in a LONG time!

We were thoroughly surprised to find this bar in a quiet part of El Toro. Really just chose it for the full bar and snacks we saw on Yelp, but the night we were there the place got packed quickly for live music and karaoke. Venue- The place is a good size - 2-3 shops big. They take up a good corner of space in the shopping center. Food- Delicious for bar snacks, dinner and dessert. Bar- Bartenders are generous pourers for the drinks we ordered. Service- We were not lacking, even as the place started to fill up. Food is worth the wait (everything was fresh and hot when brought to the table). Highly recommend stopping in if you need a good place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back again soon.

Came on a Saturday night, place was small but the vibe was good. The bartenders were really friendly and music was nice. It was packed, however the smoking area outside was well set up for the rain. There was plenty of space out there to get some fresh air as well.

The best part about going to Rush is that the food and snacks are incredible, they have weekly food specials that have never once disappointed me. The pizza is delicious, the drinks are generous, and the prices are fairly average for the area. The people that go are mostly regulars, and it can be a good crowd on any night of the week. You can also find karaoke here 5 or 6 days a week. The bartenders are friendly and remember you and your order if you go in more than once. My favorite day to go is on a Tuesday. They have tostadas that are to die for along with taco Tuesdays and karaoke with DJ A-Dub.

Fun local place to get some drinks, food and some live music. We need more of these in the neighborhood. I never been to the karaoke nights, but I heard those are a lot of fun as well. Can’t speak to the breakfast or lunch menus. I’ve only been here for drinks and live music.

I just stumbled upon a two star review I wrote two years ago before ownership changed, so I feel compelled to post an updated review. I started going to Rush Bar over the summer because they had karaoke on the outdoor patio. The first night our server, Tiffany was so on top of it. She was friendly and worked the patio quickly and efficiently. A little later I found out that she was the bar manager, working solo. I couldn’t believe how on top of it she was and was completely impressed. I started going on a weekly basis, and met the new owner during my third visit. I had my dog with me and he brought her a water dish and some bacon. He even held her leash when it was my turn to sing. Things had changed at Rush Bar in a big way. Every person on staff are outstanding. They really go the extra mile to make patrons feel at home, in fact, I would even go as far as to say they make regulars feel like family.

This is a pretty cool bar and grill to get dinner and drinks with friends. Some of the food items on the menu are out of this world (Southwest quesadilla, chicken wings, buffalo chicken salad) and they have desert funny enough. They have a full bar so sky is the limit in cocktails. Place can get pretty packed after 10pm on a weekend so come ready for a good and loud time 😅

My favorite place to hang out watch a game and have a beer. Their nachos are plate liking worthy! The only complaint is there was not enough left on the plate to lick!

The owner welcomes you to his place which makes me want to come back with friends and check out the game room while making a decision from their large selection of alcohol n' spirits from the bar.

Wow! Their wings! I had the boneless Parmesan Garlic and they were delish! I love a dive bar and this is just that! You can tell the locals take care of the bartenders and vise versa! Great hidden gem! I’m visiting from out of town for work and googled “bar near me” this was not the first that popped up, but from the pictures and reviews I decided to give it a try! Took older Mother here for lunch. Outdoor dinning available when I called. No mask anywhere! Ordered fish and chips, 45 minutes later I find out they took my order even though the fish was frozen solid. If the products not available to make don't sell it I did not plan on getting mushy fish that was thawed in a hurry in warm water or how ever they did it. As time went on during my wait I started to suspect this was the case but was confirmed by the bartender when I asked to make my food to go when it was was finally ready due to the major discomfort. I should have known better than to take my mother there for lunch. Did not expect for half the bar to come out to the patio to smoke cigarettes and bowls of weed when we just thought it would be nice to have lunch and help out a small business. I felt super unsafe and feel like this atmosphere is inappropriate when it is considered a family bar and grill. Now don't get me wrong if I want to party and allowed atmosphere and I'm not worried about getting myself or other sick this would be a great place to hang out, get hammered and smoke some weed

Randomly ended up here on a Thursday night. They happened to have music bingo that night. Never been. It was fun and the burger was actually pretty good.

Dive bar with occasional music. Drinks are heavy with live music on weekend. Atmosphere is lively. Crowded at times with a smoking sections on the back patio. Dart board and pinball machines to occupy. The drinks come quick.

Tammy was sweet, attentive, and fast. José asked me if I was okay to drive. So I asked to close out and he told me I could have another if I wanted, and I had to ask to close several times. I'm not sure what happened while I was up singing, but it SEEMED like the bartender was trying to assist my flakey weird date in pushing me out the door. I paid and left (alone and not roofied). No hard feelings babes, keep the tip!

Extremely upset. I went here with my child to grab wings for their wing Wednesday deal. The place says bar and grill. So I thought it would be chill place to eat and these guys kept smoking their vape pens inside of the place. I asked one to stop because my baby was there. And the other one kept vaping. I can’t believe they would allow children to come in and just let people smoke their vape pens in the building

I fact, a stage where the pateons have no control of the music, zero control of the songs or the musucians is not a bar. A real Bar should have Pool Tables and Karaoke nights, etc. This is not a bar. The plan a stage in hopes that you will hang out and tolerate the terrible unkmown rock music and pay for expensive blue syed syrup drinks with not real hard alcohol, and pay for the expensive food with whinny people. No no.. this is a restaurant. Not a bar! Period. A bar has ar least, one pool table. Period. Go to Paddys instead. Go to a regular place. Ps: Jenga is not a bar game, its a Kava Lounge game. Not a real bar. Just serve beer, hard liquor, chiken wings, celery sticks, simple hamburger, simple blt wrap. Done.potato fries, done. You want football. You want a bar with beer. You want and I repeat a pool table for your patrons to really and i mean really go to hangout and spend money. You are leaving money on the table without offering a pool table. Been a patron and my friend has been singing here for yours. On feb 4 the white bouncer screamed at my friend for not buying a drink being unprofessional he was a white bouncer with brown beard and a hat. He targeted my friend who was black and they assualted her verbally do not come here unless your okay with an establishment that employs bouncers that are racist and abusive. It was really scary and traumatic just because she didn't buy a drink doesn't mean they have the right to verbally abuse someone who has spent money here many times. They use you for money and if you don't drink expect to be verbally assaulted.
