Chicken Salad Chick

I never knew this place existed. I understand it's been open since June or July. My wife suggested coming here for some good food so I said okay let's go. The food here is outstanding as well as the service. We got here before the lunch rush and I'm glad we did because people were starting to line up out the door. That's got to tell you something right there. They are located in the shopping center right next to HEB in lake Jackson. So, if you are in the area, stop in and grab a bite you will not be disappointed.

The fist time I went, Mikey helped me, he was absolutely awesome!! Answered all my questions. Helped me decide on my order, the order came out quick and delicious!! The second time it was less busy then the first time, the ladies working were too busy chatting to each other to get our order, it took about 5 min to order, and about 15 min to get our food. They were not as helpful nor as interested in customer service as my first visit. The food was still delicious but service was not good. I usually do the surveys but the customer service was too poor, I did not want to leave a bad survey. My review is for the 1st visit and the good food.

My boyfriend and I came here today for lunch after getting a recommendation from my cousin. I’m glad we listened to her!! The lady at the front was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful when choosing which salad would be best. We even got to sample some beforehand. I got a scoop of the dixie chick with broccoli salad, it was amazing!! My boyfriend got the jalapeno holly as a sandwich which was also delicious. The lemonade is also to die for! 10/10 experience all around and will be coming back .

Nice, clean and friendly employees! I didn't get his name, but he was putting out cake slices on counter, he was friendly and helpful to take our order! Seems like a busy location, but food was fresh, made good and tasty and we will be back just for the customer service! 👍💯😁

Food's great. My old man liked it too (he's picky). Loved the messages in the men's bathroom too. Great vibes on the inside decor.

First time here and I fell in love. The service was wonderful. I was looking for a new place to go and I just found it. I ordered the Fancy Nancy tuna, the pasta salad and broccoli and cheese soup to go. It was sooooo good. You've got to try this place. You won't regret it.

My toddler and I shared a meal and it was plenty of food for the both of us. The complimentary cookie with the meal was definitely his favorite part though. The woman taking orders was the regional (maybe district?) manager and she was incredible! We told her it was our first time and she explained everything to us and was so sweet. Great professionalism! We will definitely be back!

I have not had the pleasure of Dining in at this Place. But one day soon the Kliq and i will dine there. Great Food even better when you can sit in and Relax,

The sides are pretty bad from what I've ordered. Very mass produced and mushy in general. I've not been inside so I can't comment on atmosphere. The service is fast and friendly.

I love Chicken Salad Chick. The chicken salad is delicious. I've tried numerous flavors and I love them all. My only complaint so far is that the last two times I've been to the one in Lake Jackson the croissant want fresh and the bottom was hard so I had to just eat the top half. I hope it's going to be better next time.

Everyone there was acting like it was Monday morning with a hangover. No smiles or welcome in. The girl with me said she had never seen it quite that bad before. I ate at this location on 5/28/24 (ordered a scoop of classic carol) and got SEVERE food poisoning. I'm still recovering, but I'll never be eating at this location again. Who is preparing the food? This needs to be checked and monitored because something unsanitary is going on.
