Ordered cheesy bread and 2 crustless pizzas - a chicken bacon artichoke and an all meat. My two friends had not had crustless pizza before and loved it. They especially liked the chicken bacon artichoke, which is also my favorite. And the cheesy bread was very cheesy. It comes with a marinara dipping sauce. The only downside was that they gave us the cooking instructions for calzones and not crustless pizza. I called the store and they gave me instructions. Otherwise, everything was great!

Love their pizza, particularly the Tuscan chicken and meat lovers pizza. You can use their App or call in. Comes with fresh ingredients. Since it is uncooked, you have to bake it at home. Tastes delicious and yummy. We no longer order pizza from others, since nothing else compares to the fresh taste of Papa Murphy’s.

We order online through their APP. The APP is well organized, remembers what we have ordered before, and saves a lot of time. We usually order the MeatLovers Combo with an extra topping, since it comes uncooked, can add more toppings at home. We can order with a specified pickup time and it is always ready when I get there to pick it up. Best pizza we have found in at least a couple of years, anywhere.

This was only my second time having PM. Ate from one years ago and didn’t think much of it. This time though, I remembered they had better options and prices compared to places that cook your pizzas. We had Mexican, Margarita, meat, and I believe the last was a Thai pizza. Everyone loved them and we nearly fought for the last lives. They were all made quickly and easy to cook.

Papa Murphy's pizzas always taste great. We really like the bacon chicken artichoke on thin crust. It's super easy to bake and we like the savings over the pizza chains that cook the pizzas for you.

Last night's Mediterranean chicken pizza was way better than those we've had the last 3 times. Always good, but this was way better. It seemed to have more of each topping and spread nicely over the crust, not scattered here and there. Yummy!

What an absolute experience with the management! Loyal employees that one has stood out for over 5 years! He has been up to standards and is overall the fastest when it comes to anyones order. He knows what he is doing! Zach has been able to keep things in order after the 2 last franchises have unfortunately left. After reading a review this is not at all what zach is like and should he redeemed as bad behavior of the customer! And also to put a point this store has looked clean and up to standards regarding health on my end! What a way to act online to that report! Overall one of the best deals out here in lakeway for pizzas will always bring love to my family at the table!

Papa Murphy’s in Lakeway is awesome! I order here 2-3 times a month. If you’re undecided give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed. You will be the cook. All ovens cook differently. Don’t let your pizza burn. I cook my pizza on 350 not 425 as my oven cooks hot.

Not sure what's happened in the past 6 months to a year or so but not the quality nor do I get what I asked for when doing an online order. Extra extra garlic I paid for for my combo, nope, extra salami nope, extra herb cheese, nope. Last time they didn't have the proper order. Not sure if I will return or not. Maybe owner change?? Idk but has taken a dive in my opinion. Retraction.... Visit on 6-13-24 pizzas were all done as ordered and were some of the best we've had in a while. The crew on this date did a fabulous job! Big Kudos from a family of 5.

You can walk in and watch or order online, and you'll be happy every time. Your choice of thick or thin crusts is filled with fresh ingredients and covered with cheese. Take it home, bake it 25 minutes at 325° , and savor the flavor of the best pizza you've ever laid on your lips!

Service was fast but the employee got distracted or something and mixed the sauces on the pizzas. The outcome? A pepperoni pizza with Alfredo sauce, and a chicken garlic pizza with a marinara base. Both of these combinations just tasted wrong.

I love the food but the staff aren’t great. The staff are negligible to the phone when it’s convenient for them, and they seem like they don’t want to be there.

Today at 3:55, I received an order for raw pizza from your restaurant. I asked the staff to put the pizza in a pizza box. However, he started arguing with me, claiming he didn't have any boxes or bags. Later, when the argument dragged on, he ran out the door and started yelling. This guy is a thin, thin man with glasses. Please warn him so he can learn how to talk to customers.

Stating June 2024 the new franchise owner took over. This are pretty bad in terms of online order and pickup time. I ordered 2 large pizzas one hour and half hours ago. Went to pick them. They were not ready. Have to wait another half an hour. Actually they haven’t make the pizzas that were ordered even before me . People were waiting. Too many excuses from the new “manager “. Only two guys. I have been coming this location for over 10 years. The previous owner/management were Great. I am not sure i am going come any more to this place.

My wife just had a terrible experience at the Papa Murphy's in Lakeway with the "manager" Zach.  We have been ordering pizzas from them for the past 10 years.  And we always get the plain cheese pizza.  Every Friday we order a pizza and my wife picks it up.  Today, I mistakenly ordered the "value" cheese pizza.  When my wife went to pick up the pizza, she noticed that it didn't have the "yellow" cheese.  She very nicely asked why it was different.  With an attitude, the "manager" Zach said that I had ordered the value pizza.  So, my wife went back to the car and called me to confirm.  She went back into the store and again the "manager" Zach gave her an attitude.  She asked if she could buy the extra cheese and if he could put it on.  He said that he is not able to re-open the pizza after it's sealed. This was after my wife saw the other employee hand Zach the dough with his BARE hands!!! So, my wife threw out the pizza into the trash can, went up to the counter and asked to order a new cheese pizza.  Zach got all upset because she threw out the pizza that we had already paid for.  He told her to get out of "his" store and refused to sell her a pizza.  He pointed to a name on the door and said "that is my name."  And he kicked her out of the store. There was a man repairing the door that witnessed everything. After my wife told me this, I called the store to ask for the franchise owner's phone number.  Zach said that he didn't have the number and that I should go online and look it up.  I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager.  I asked him how does he contact the franchise owner if he needs to talk to him.  He said he has to call corporate and uses a special crisis phone number that he calls.  I asked him for the number to corporate and he said that only employees can use the "crisis" line and I'm not an employee. I have called the Franchisee Information line and left a message. I am absolutely shocked at how terrible my wife was treated.  I have met the franchise owners before and if they are still the owners, I can't believe they would hire this guy. Hopefully, they will see this review and contact me. Brett Edit: Reading the other reviews, I see there is a new owner as of June 2024. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. We will no longer be visiting this Papa Murphy's. Unfortunately, the other locations in Austin are out of the way, so we will have to find another pizza place. What a disappointment! Other than the rudeness, I would be very concerned about possible health violations with the handling of the dough with bare hands!
