Even though drive thru is long but it depends on the day and hour to go without a line. But the workers do an awesome job to keep it flowing. Plus the food is always spot on. Even my personal favorite, spicy deluxe. Keep up the work, all doing excellent.

Really nailed down their drive thru process efficiency. Two lines running with 4 order takers during the busy times. I don't think they've ever messed up my order, including the different condiments requests.

Chick-fil-A always tastes great! Even though the location is across the street from the mall it's still worth going to. The parking could use a little help as sometimes the line makes it somewhat difficult to park however the food is great and the employees are always so helpful and nice! They always greet you with a smile and asked if we want refills. I would recommend going to this location it is always a pleasure.

I always love giving someone credit where it's due. I go to Chick-fil-A by the Lakewood mall more often than any other location. That being said, my order happened to be wrong but I didn't realize until I got home. I made a complaint on the company website and within 24 hours received a call from a very sincere and caring representative. Not only did he reassure me how sorry they were but he even offered a free meal replacement. I made sure to mention that this has never happened to me at this location and I'd still love to come back. He thanked me and made sure all my concerns were met. Very professional, apologetic, and genuine.

I love Chick-fil-A in Lakewood for a lot of reasons. But one right now made me have to come on. Online it was only allowing drive through pre-order, I love eating inside of chick-fil-a. Extremely clean and they make you feel like your at home. I told Erick I ordered online and was supposed to go through drive through. He switched my order to be meant for inside. Since I was crazy and didn’t go through drive through it was confusing for the cooks and took almost 20 minutes. Then, Erick came up and saw I didn’t have it yet. He not only brought me the fresh perfectly cooked meal in one minute, he refunded my entire meal. This is one of the reasons why I eat here 80 percent of my meals. I love all the workers in here.

My husband loves Chick-fil-A but I dont like waiting. Luckily, this store made my experience great but having a less-than 15-minute experience. I was pleasantly surprised to drive up, be approached by the outdoor order-takers, then drive up to the window within 5 minutes (even with cars in front) to get my order accurate & ready to go. It helps that they have the split drive thru line too. I got home & our food was tasty, still hot & delicious.

Chick-fil-A is delicious and I love eating here, especially love the chicken biscuit minis and the Chick-fil-A sandwich with extra pickles. However, this particular location is too busy during peak hours. The Drive-Thru gets insanely busy and although they are working like crazy inside they can only go so fast. Often this results in a much longer wait than you'd want or would get at other fast food restaurants.

It was busy on a Saturday night, but the line still moved fast. Our order was correct and got to us quickly. It was definitely a busy, family atmosphere, but unlike other fast food places, clean and not too loud. They also had glorious stacks of 6 (!!!!!) sauces for grabs. I recommend trying all 6 if you're new to Chick-fil-A: it's just fun.

Their Chocolate Chunk Cookie satisfied, and my experience at this restaurant has been nothing but pleasant.

Even though there is always a long line in the drive thru, it moves quickly. Don't let the long line keep you away, they have fast service.

In general, Chick-fil-A is above any chicken sandwich shop. Just try one and you’ll see that you’re biting into real chicken meat and not chicken hash. For this store specifically, it was a pleasant dining experience. Line was fast, order was fast and done right. The condiment rack was full and complete. The staff are nice and pleasant and seem like they are happy to there. Food tasted great. (See my first paragraph.) Store was clean.

Way too crowded and small compared to other locations. No one came to our table to ask if we were ok/how we are doing which is what chick filas are known for. I do like the fact that all the sauces are out so u can take whatever u want.

Everything was OK except this Chick-fil-A didn't have the well-done fries. Will go back to Downey Chick-fil-A until this one have the ability to get well-done fries. If you haven't tried it go to the Downey location and give it a try.

Good chicken sandwiches, but pricey and the menu is limited. While they do have other items such as a kale salad they are very expensive and the portion is small (kind of a side dish). I don't prefer waffle fries so they don't wow me, but my wife likes them. The service is very good and someone always comes by and offers to refill my drink when we eat inside. The kids play area is nice and our 3 year old have fun in there.

Morning service is very very 🐌 slow. Asked staff why all the staff just standing, playing and talking and she was rude. Clearly not at standards and speed they used to be She just rolled her eyes and dismissive. I would not recommend going in morning if your in a rush.

We go to this chick-fil-A couple times a week via drive through and always been happy with the food and portions. However, on 7/31/24 I ordered a couple items and one of them were the 8-chicken nuggets. We were so disappointed on the size of them when we got home. They were very small and looked like they were at the bottom of the basket! Few of them were 1/2 in diameter and very thin. We have never had this small size of nuggets there before. I called the store on this date at 5:36pm and as of today, 8/2/24, never received a callback. Just disappointed during this order. I wonder if this is now the size and for $6.59 it is not worth it.

Honestly, I have never understood why so many people like to eat here. I finally have the worst reason to complain which was not only the worst service in any fast food experience I've encountered, but it was literally the worst experience with fast food ever. I had won the coupon for a free chicken sandwich because my grandpa and I went to an Anaheim ducks game. Downloaded the app and headed to the closest location to my home. My grandfather and I pull up to order and he asked if he could apply his coupon to a chicken sandwich but grilled. The person taking our order on the intercom said yes, and continued with the rest of our order. We pull up and they charged us for two chicken sandwiches despite scanning the two coupons both from our phone apps. We point out the mistake, and then ask why the grilled version was still left on the charges. They argued that the coupon was not applicable to the grilled, so we asked instead for the regular so that we could apply the coupon. They then informed us that they no longer had any chicken sandwiches, which would also inform me that our food was not made to order. It would seem odd that they randomly ran out and had not informed us of that to begin with. We tried to argue but gave up due to lack of any sort of logical response. We got our order, and they handed us two drinks for the 3 combos we ordered. I told them that they had forgotten a drink and that the order was still incorrect, and the supervisor just stood there gawking as if she didn't hear me say it multiple times. My grandpa just said it's fine, they handed him back his card, and we started driving away. We got home with the now cold food , and realized that the person had given us the wrong credit card back. Rather than dealing with incompetence any further, we called my grandpa's bank the next day and reported the card lost. This was the last time I will ever eat (or attempt to) at Chick-fil-A.

Just one slice of lettuce when I brought it to Brianna's attention. She had a nasty attitude and told me. You can return your sandwich and I will give you your money back. And a lot of patrons that was inside of the establishment i was really shocked, so when I asked for the manager? He seems to back her up But when I ask one of the cashiers, she said we should have had 3 strips of lettuce on the sandwich. And this is the Lakewood California establishment.

1 star out of 5, Edwen was running the shift inappropriate behavior on his part. I’ve never experienced such a rude worker in my life. I noticed he was wearing a manager shirt and that is shocking that he is a manager he has the most fragile ego and acts like a JERK. They also messed up my food and manager edwen was unaware of the bad service that was served to me because he was on his phone the entire time standing at a counter. How much do you guys pay him to just be standing doing NOTHING. I have came to this location multiple times and I always see that man on his phone he should be downgraded immediately or you guys should put him in check because he does not do his job right at all compared to the other amazing managers.

I don't understand the point of curb side pick up. I ordered ahead of time thinking that I would be able to get my food quicker but after 25 min of waiting they finally came out with my food I could have just gone through the drive thru and been out within 10 min. The worst part is that I was already so irritated that I had to wait that when the employee handed me my food I didn't check it and got home and saw I was missing my 30 piece chicken nuggets. I've gone to this location for a while now at least 3 years and never once had a problem. If anything I've been provided the best service as chick-fil-a is known for. However for the past 2 times that in these past weeks. I have gotten my order wrong twice. First time is a mistake, sure, but second time now theres something wrong. I've had to see my family be disappointed at looking at the bag with the incorrect order. First time the person taking the order did not put a veggie wrap in the order. This second time I was given a cool wrap rather than a veggie wrap. I feel like they are either adjusting under new management or stop upholding their supreme level of customer service either or. This is for them to improve.

It feels frustrating to be a loyal, high-spending customer at one location and receive no extra appreciation,like the one on Carson Street in Long Beach, which is excellent!) regularly send me bonus rewards every month. The difference in local operator generosity is stark. While the core service is fine, the lack of acknowledgment has made me rethink my primary Chick-fil-A spot. Tonight, I'm passing up the Lakewood location to give my business to the Carson St restaurant instead. Hopefully, the Lakewood location's operator will consider rewarding their regular, local customers in the future.
